I went to Diana Nails this past Friday. It was my first experience. I was highly disappointed. I got a full set with regular polish. It took my technician two and a half hours to do my nails. I asked for oval and received some weird shape in between claw and ballerina. I asked for short and they ended up being really long. There is acrylic all over my cuticles. The technician seemed more concerned with keeping her own acrylic nails from getting messed up. I had to reshape and polish them at home to remind be the excess acrylic and nail length. This id my first time going to this salon. They are wonderful. I was offered a drink. I had one bottle and thy got me another without my asking. The salon is very clean. My nails are done perfectly, I got sns and tips and a manicure. I've been to other salons and this is definitely the best. Read Less

I have been shadowing at my dentist office in anticipation of going to school to be a hygienist and On lunch hour I came in today in a little bit of a hurry and the lady who did my pedicure was very sweet, did a great job, and was very courteous of my need to get back to the dental office before 2 definitely will come back when I have more time to enjoy more :) Read Less

I've found my salon home!! This was the best salon experience of my life! If i could give more stars i would! From the time i walked in, to the time i walked out...it was such a delightful experience. They referred to me by my name, they were so friendly and extremely welcoming when i walked in the door. They offered me the SNS service and explained exactly what it was and i LOVE IT! They weren't invasive in my personal business like other salons have been or make me feel uncomfortable. They were very professional and had such a classy feel. I feel like I've been going to them for years and this was my first time ever going! They seriously made my day. I cannot wait to go back. Went there on Saturday afternoon (8/26/17) wanted to get full set and color change on my toes (French tips). Was greeted by 2 worker that  spoke little to no English. Then I'm assuming the owner comes out to tell me they have no nail techs that could do my nails. Which I thought was strange for a Saturday afternoon, but could do my toes. I was literally in there for an hour to get French on my toes!! No pedicure!!!The worst experience every! I came here just 5 min before closing time, they close at 6pm I entered at 5:55pm. They willingly welcomed me and I had an a great experience getting my pedicure done. Their pedicures are excellent. Not to forget the back massage chairs are very relaxing.On the whole my experience here was wonderful, I'm giving it a 5 star. I've been going here ever since my first time. Read Less

My mom, daughter and I decided to visit Diana Nails as first time walk-ins for Mother's Day mani's. The service was excellent! The staff was very courteous and friendly and the salon is very well kept and neat. We were offered beverages upon arrival and also received a special Mother's Day discount for 10% off services. Came for the 1st time on a Wednesday evening around 7:40pm, noticed they close at 7:30pm but I saw the OPEN sign ON and decided to come in and ask. I only wanted a normal pedicure so they told me to come in, they offered something to drink, made sure I was comfy in my seat and did an amazingly great job without feeling being rushed. I was told the business is under new ownership, so definitely you can tell they are trying their best to give an awesome customer service. I started using Diana Nails when it 1st opened with original owners.  Loved going there but as years went by I tried other salons for various reasons. However, last Sunday at salon I have patronized  I could not even get in. I thought Diana Nails was under new mgmt so I called. The young lady who answered was so friendly & said to please come in so we can help. When I arrived they were all busy but said if I could return in 30 minutes I would be able to be helped. I said no, it's already 5:30 on Sunday and you close at 6:00. The new owner said no, you came before 6 so pls come back.Without writing too much more I want to say I have never enjoyed a salon or treatment received as much as I did last Sunday!!  The Salon has been transformed into a New & Luxurious Full Service Establishment!! My gel nails are perfect, my pedicure was amazing, new massage chairs to die for & a splendid glass of wine.  The husband & wife (new owners) are dedicated to their commitment to ensure their clients happiness. The people were nice and very welcoming but the quality of their service was unfortunately not as great. I got acrylic nails, and then a few days later one of the nails snapped off halfway. The polish is already damaged as well. I have crooked nails too. One of my least enjoyed nail salon experiences. Read Less
