I am visiting from out of state. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by everyone inside of the salon and assisted. I was offered a drink while being serviced and the nail techs were very friendly. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend rather than a stranger. Disappointed. I went to get my nails done on a Saturday. I got an acrylic full set. By Tuesday, one was already pushing up. By Wednesday, they no longer looked fresh, and the polish was beginning to dull. By Thursday, I needed a fill in. This is completely unacceptable. if anyone saw my nails today, Friday, less than a week later they would never believe I had them done the previous Saturday. Typically, you need a fill in after at least two weeks, not less than a week. There is no reason for this. My nails look embarrasing and I take very good care of my hands and nails. I feel like I wasted money and now I am going to have to spend more a lot sooner than I expected. The nail tech who did my nails was pleasant and my nails looked fantastic for a very brief time, but she was a tad rough while providing the service, causing my hands to be slightly sore thereafter. Unfortunately, I will not return here and will have to find another nail salon where my nails will last longer as I am accustomed to. Read Less

Chris’s wife here, Jenny who did my nails today was so good. She was really nice really welcoming even asked if I was OK when I tripped on the curb coming up to the door, she took her time and did a really good job she was nice and friendly, she even made sure I knew what the prices of the gel and the acrylic before getting my nails done and the difference between regular gel. I will definitely be going back to the salon it was so nice inside and I didn’t smell the chemicals like other places. So good, ask for Jenny or Linda. Both good. Great service. Read Less

I went for the first time last night for a pedicure and a fill in. I was very impressed!!! Everyone was very nice and even with them being short handed, due to it being New Year's Day,the wait was not long at all and I loge my nails and toes!!! Just moved to Langley and thought where do I even start to find a nail salon. I googled and Polished came up in the top 3. It’s a beautiful salon, clean; all the staff are warm, inviting and it’s obvious as soon as you sit down that they know what they are doing and very skilled at their art. Mary was my tech and she is an allstar! The prices are also comparable to all other salons out there but, the experience at Polished has you leaving feeling glamorous! Great nail shop. Yon was my nail tech and she knew exactly what to recommend for my nails. My goal was to grow out my natural nails without damaging them but at the same time wanted short tips. I just had the most wonderful experience here! The salon is extremely clean with super modern, cute decor and was welcomed by all when I walked in. There is absolutely no language barrier not even an accent. I came for a pedicure and was treated like a queen. She spent 1 hour and 20mins on my toes and even offered for me to sit and relax while my feet dry!! At no point did I feel rushed. I have never had such a precise pedicure! She took her time and focused on every little detail. The leg massage was so wonderful I walked out feeling like I needed a nap! As I went to pay she went over all she did and there was no little hidden costs. Its a spa treatment without the spa cost. Clean, sleek and perfectly decorated. The staff are super friendly, informative, and easy to commincate with. There is no language barrier here. Mary answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The quality of the work is too notch, and I appreciate that they really take the time out for each of there clients! I woke up to a voicemail from my regular nail tech in Abbotsford the other morning that she was snowed in and would be unable to make my appointment. With a big Christmas party the next day, I was scrambling to find a place that would be able to fit me in last minute with it being such a busy season. After googling different nail salons in Langley, I saw that Polished had the best reviews, so I gave them a call. I wasn't expecting them to be able to fit me in so quickly, b...ut they got me in right away. Mary did my nails and was so sweet and efficient. All the girls were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The space was very clean (which is huge for me). Their pricing is very reasonable as well! I was relieved to find a place in Langley that did gels (and gels only at that) as it seems like so many salons only do acrylics. I had asked for a matte top coat and didn't realize until I got home afterwards that it had been forgotten, but I really didn't care much because my nails still looked amazing. However, the next day Mary realized that she forgot it and gave me a call to ask if I would like to come back in that day to get it done. Great customer service. Thanks ladies! I will be back. I've had my fair share of trying out nail salons in the area. I really like this one, I've been back a few times now and plan to keep going! My shellac has been lasting long enough and they take their time to do a thorough job. The only thing is, they don't have a ton of techs so there is usually a wait but they do take appointments! It was my first time at polished nail studio and I was very very pleased and impressed. The decor feels very spa like and is very gorgeous. Janny and her team really take their time when working on clients nothing is rushed, they really want you to feel comfortable and at home. All her employees speak English which also seems to be hard to find at nail studios. I have been around the block for nail studios, different studios, people operating out of their houses, and Polished Nail Studio has been my best experience! Bestie and I went to Polished for the first time today for pedicures and must say it was the best pedi experience we've ever had! Thanks for the recommendation Allison! Cami and Mary were so friendly, professional, gentle and paid so much attention to detail. No razor blades, no cuts, no stinging, what a concept! We got a lovely leg and foot massage followed by a hot towel. It's a lovely clean facility, we were offered a drink, the bench seat was comfortable and there were two flat screens on the wall. A very reasonable price for the level of the service ($35 for basic pedi, extra for French and a design). I was happy to read their pamphlet to see that they offer waxing etc. This is our new nail salon! Thank you for a wonderful experience, we love our fresh and pretty feet! Read Less

Nice people but if you're looking to get a manicure and pedicure, be sure you give them PLENTY of time. Twice I have gone to get a gel mani and pedi and have had to leave before the mani was completed because they took too long. They are apologetic stating that some of their staff takes longer than others, but it should not require 2 1/2 hours to get these services. Quality certainly isn't superior to warrant the extra time. I went here about 2 weeks ago for the 3rd time, could never understand why even on a Saturday the place is always empty...ok, now I know! The big guy (the only husky man that works there) is sooo rude and arrogant...we will never go back there again. If you ask him anything about your nails it's like you are bothering him...I'm sorry, but if you work in a nail salon you should expect questions. I had a great experience here.  First off, the shop is adorable.  It's brand spanking new.  The decor is feminine and elegant.  Second, the staff is amazingly kind and engaging.  In addition, they have an autoclave in shop I think, as all the tools came out of sterile packaging.  Big plus!  I had both a mani and pedi done here.  Pedi was lovely.  Mani was great.  I normally don't take time to do anything with my nails and for this reason, sheepishly, donned a Pinterest example of what I wanted to get.  Honestly, felt silly.  Thirty year old woman asking for a pink heart on her nails... Nevertheless, the nail techs were super accommodating and did a really great job in my opinion!  Oh, and they have a Yelp special going on right now.  Just check in and get a  discount.  Worth checking out this shop! On Sunday, I went to Blush for the first time. They were recommended by a friend of mine. I was greeted at the door by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming, and he also gave info on the nail polish. The inside is nicely decorated with pink and gray walls. Even the manicure and pedicure stations are presentable and lovely. The best part about my visit to Blush was my nail tech Lo! She was easy to talk to, very knowledgable and had no problem answering my questions regarding my nails. Plus we talked about everything under the sun!
