I went on a Sunday shortly after they opened. There were already a few people there, two of whom were being worked on. I told the lady wanted I needed (to have the SNS removed and check the nail to make certain it is not cracked underneath). I am not sure she understood me. She placed myself and another woman in chairs and put our nails in acetone. A young boy sat down and looked prepared to work on my nails then went to do a pedicure on someone else. 45 minutes later we are still soaking in acetone. An hour later I asked if they could just please remove my polish as I was leaving. My nails are destroyed from the long soak in acetone. I will never go back! Read Less

I live close by and decided to give this place a try. I was a walk in so I had to wait a little bit before being seen but it was well worth the wait and now I see and understand why the have such a high rating. But if you are in a hurry I definetly recommend setting up an appointment and being there on time for your appointment. I went in to get a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and chin wax. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a very welcoming, inviting, and homely environment. When it was my turn for services I didnt feel rush or like they were doing a rush job (like at some other places). They listen and do what you want to be done (as far as cutting my nails done to were I wanted and waxing my eyebrows to arch how I like them) so I appreciated that. They list all there prices near wear u pick out polish so there is no hidden fees and you know in advance how much extras like designs cost. As well as there prices are very reasonable and affordable. I will absolutely be back every 2 weeks. Absolutely enjoyed my experience.
