After waiting for a hour at Fashion nails and spa I came here and they saw me right away their chairs were comfortable and Helen gave me a great pedicure with free handed flowers look how pretty they are! She always checked in to make sure nothing hurt and was gentle because I am very ticklish. I can’t wait to go back.

Greatly Disappointed. Intentionally made an appointment 2 week ago with Simon. I was 5 minutes late. When I arrived I clearly stated that I had a 1:00 appointment. I was told that he'd be "right with me" and instructed to get a color. 10 minutes goes by and no Simon. 5 minutes after that I see Simon stand up in the back...apparently just finishing someone's pedicure. A good pedicure last 30-45 minutes unless you have feet like Myra from Martin. Nevertheless, I chucked it up to the fact that I was late - although it was only by five minutes! I know that he asked (in his native tongue) because I saw her look over at me as she responded. He comes up to the front...and I'm thinking 'oh ok she never told him I was there'. But he proceeds to a station with the other customer in tow, sits her down and begins to do her nails. Never said a word to me. No 'hi'; no 'I'll be right with you'; nothing! NOT ONE WORD!! I figured he must be doing a manicure because now HE KNOWS that I'm there waiting for him. Another 10 minutes go by and still no word. I kindly took out my phone googled the next nearest salon; made another appointment and kindly walked out! Within the hour, I got my nails done at Tips n Toes in the mall. Best decision ever!!! Pro Nails don't have to worry about me coming back. It's obvious that they don't care anyway because they can't even honor their own system with professionalism or integrity. I would rather spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else. No recommendations either!!

I was introduced to gel and then powder nail polish via Ruby Nails in Blue Springs MO. That salon is the absolutely BEST. And each time my nails looked fantastic for 4-6 weeks. I visited ProNails to get the same powder nails done again. The polish popped off within hours! I went back and a different man supposedly fixed them. He initially said the color code I offered didn't exist. Yet when he brought the samples there it was! His efforts looked sloppy and lasted only three days after he did them. I don't know what to think! Do they use old products? Or just not know how to do nails properly? As he was finishing he told me if I was not happy to find a different nail salon. Made it clear what sort of outfit they are in my opinion. I miss RUBY NAILS!!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this nail salon. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. I have been to multiple nail salons in the area and this is by far the best one. Their service, positive attitude, friendly atmosphere, and the attention to detail far exceeds my expectations. Thank you Bill for always making my nails look beautiful!

I had a very negative experience with my manicure here. The young lady who did them seemed extremely rushed and filed my nails almost down to the bone. I am currently in pain at touching anything. My cuticles were not properly taken care of and the edges of my fingers were cut so close the skin is peeling up. I've heard the owner/manager does a great job but the younger woman who helped me today was in a rush to get done. I had an event that evening so I just paid and left.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience. They must have all new people in here or something. I’ve went before and had no problems. I think I recognized one person in there. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. I’m pretty sure he was new. I went in for a shellac manicure, the manicure part wasn’t horrible. The polishing was, my nails had wholes, bumps, parts of my nails were not even painted you name it, it was happening. The guy nex...t to him told me he would fix it. He proceeded to grind off the polish... not getting it off at all. Enough to rough of my nail a little. Repainted them, they looked pretty good. I paid and left, not even an hour later one of my nails had the polish completely coming off. I went back he fixed it. Two days after 2 of my nails were chipping. Currently four days out and 3 are chipping. That is unacceptable in my book. I will NEVER go back there. That was an absolute joke. See More

I will not be returning to this salon. I got a gel full set. My whole nail was not covered with polish or gel and the nails were crooked. I don't use my hands for much, within 3 or 4 days. Nails start...
I will not be returning to this salon. I got a gel full set. My whole nail was not covered with polish or gel and the nails were crooked. I don't use my hands for much, within 3 or 4 days. Nails started to pop off. I also got a pedicure. She didnt scrub my feet with my pedicure.

When I got to Goldsboro a year and a half ago, this place was very good and I never had any concerns about who was going to do my pedicure. Over the past six months or so I've gotten very picky about who did both my pedicures and manicures because my nails were either filed crooked, not painted well, or filed so short on my toe nails that it cut me. Today I went in for a pedicure and got cut TWICE on my right foot with the callus remover because whoever was doing my pedicure was so rough and careless (and filed one of my toe nails so short that it hurt). Who gets cut with a callus remover?? I walked out and will not be going back. I knew I should have trusted my gut when I didn't see Tommy in.. he does great pedicures.

Great place with great service. I loved their deluxe pedicure! The place looks very clean and the ceiling is beautiful. Everyone was very professional and I got in and was helped right away. I definitely will be coming back here every time. Only issue I would say is to change the name of the place on Yelp as the sign out front says 'Pro Nails' and not 'Comely'. It was confusing as I am new to the area and had no idea where to go until I looked at the storefront pics on here.

Let me first say that this was a very clean place with one of the best selections of nail polish colors and the staff was very nice......That's about all the nice things I can say. I walked in a little before 7 on a Saturday. They do close at 8, but I was just looking for a pedi. The pedi I picked was the sugar scrub, claiming that it was about a 30 min. Well no sooner than maybe 20 mins later I was all done. Not to mention the man who did my pedi, although he was very nice, about filed off my toenails. My toenails were filed straight across with sharp edges on each toe. He also had no talent for shaping or cuticle cutting, which was really disappointing. He probably couldn't paint either as he had another lady do them. I couldn't pay before they were turning out all the lights in the joint and it wasn't even 7:20..... They did charge me for one below the sugar scrub....I guess they felt bad that they were rushing me... Still won't be back.

After waiting for a hour at Fashion nails and spa I came here and they saw me right away their chairs were comfortable and Helen gave me a great pedicure with free handed flowers look how pretty they are! I was introduced to gel and then powder nail polish via Ruby Nails in Blue Springs MO. That salon is the absolutely BEST. And each time my nails looked fantastic for 4-6 weeks. I had a very negative experience with my manicure here. The young lady who did them seemed extremely rushed and filed my nails almost down to the bone. I am currently in pain at touching anything. When I got to Goldsboro a year and a half ago, this place was very good and I never had any concerns about who was going to do my pedicure.
