I didn't even want to give them one star, I only went to Annes bc a lot of ppl have referred her. But my nails look awful, the nail tech that did them acted like he was n a hurry. I asked for coffin shaped and mette color. No I got a shiney coat that has bumps on them. Also I got my nails done yesterday and it already looks likes I need a fill in.. Very beautiful place but it is over an hour wait I went 03/ 04 I was told a 30 min wait I said that’s fine sat down waited an hour and a half in the waiting room then was finally took back to a pedicure chair where I waited another hour and a half before I actually got my pedicure in the meantime there were about eight women sitting in chairs along with me waiting for pedicures and only three nail techs at the time the waiting room was also packed full again I was there for... about 3 1/2 hours just for a pedicure and while I was there over six people that mad and stormed out a lot of the people were forgotten that had been there longer than I had and still have not got their nails done even when I was getting mine done because the Shop employees forgot about them and never got them seated the only reason I got mine done was because all the nail techs stopped doing nails and came and did pedicures as fast as they could which means it was a half assed job i used to really like this place but I guess I’ve learned my lesson on never to go on Sunday while I was waiting 4 women came in saying that they wanted their nails redone because they had messed up or started popping off within a week and the woman kept asking them who did her nails when they said who it was she then had a panicked look on her face and said oh no they’re not working today come back tomorrow even when the girls had appointments to come in and get them redone this so-called employee was for some reason not at work that day so instead of calling these women and telling them not to come or change their appointments they let their customers drive all the way to the shop then tell them nope sorry come back later it was very unprofessional and I was not impressed I definitely won’t be back on the weekend if ever See More Read Less

While there are some good nail techs there, it's hit or miss and the wait is often over an hour and half on the weekends and evenings. So if you work normal hours it can be impossible to get in, even with an appointment sometimes. I've been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years now, but after 2 attempts to get in at an hour and a half wait plus (and not allowed to make an appointment) I will seek out a new place. Read Less

I’m upset because I gave a gift card as a gift to my niece and she had a horrible experience, she only got gel polish and was charged $30!!! No manicure no fill in , the only thing was her real nail was cracked /split and lady applied glue to her real nail and caused her finger to be stuck to table!!! Then laughed about it !Very embarrassing especially because she had to pay more than gift card for this and only for polish !! Nothing else ..just polish was $30!! I have tried ...to contact without having to do this but unable to get through by phone and no one has answered fb messages I have really enjoyed coming there and that’s why i bought several gift cards and all have been upset with service and being over charged ..very embarrassing and will not do this again. So, I went here 12/27 for the, “all about me”, package. My appointment was scheduled months in advance for 2:00. When I got there nothing was ready. I was told to pick colors for my nails and have a seat. After about 15 minutes of waiting, which I wasn’t mad about, I got to go back for my massage. The massage, pedicure and brow waxing were great. When I got to the nails I was very disappointed. The nail tech acted as if she didn’t want to do my nails. She also never spoke bes...ides a quick, hey. Tiffany and the other lady only spoke to one another. They also had a stare down at me as I was washing my hands while laughing. I decided to skip on the tip, because she already made a mock of the fact I wasn’t tipping with the card that paid. Not realizing this was a birthday gift from someone. Went for the first time to Ann's nails yesterday. Took my mother there for her birthday to get a pedicure. The staff was pleasant and had a conversation with us for most of the time we were there. Will definitely be going there again. The glass of mimosa was nice to sip on while getting our pedicures. Read Less

I been coming here for almost 10 yrs and they always do an excellent job. The staff is friendly, thorough, and I can relax and get pampered properly. Worth every penny and prices are great and affordable. They offer me somethjng to drink and although I am a regular they always treat me as if I am a new customer walking through the door. I came in today for a mani/pedi & was disappointed to find that Wes was on vacation. My first mistake was having one of the girls do it. The first "tech" that prepared the pedi water almost scald me in the pedi chair. The tech that actually did my pedi was rough and nipped me a couple of tines. 4 stars because of Wes. I won't be back until Wes returns from his vacation. How dare he go on vacation.....and didn't take me. BTW...I didn't get my mani. I was so disgusted but I let her complete the pedi. Read Less

I have gone to this nail salon for several years, and had been pleased, until the last few months. I am an older woman, but that should make no difference in how they treat people..at first, they were kind, and very good..then, their service became less than a nail salon should be.  I only have pedicures, and  today was the worst ever.  The attendant did not turn on the water jet for the mineral bath, my feet were in there for 3 seconds before taking them out, and proceeding with the nail polish, etc.He did a good job applying the polish, but I won't be back for the lack of service.  They should have put the mineral salts in, and proceeded with the normal jacuzzi foot tub wash..lasting a full 5 min. before proceeding.  There were very few people, and I was rushed thru like a busy restaurant!
