I have been a patron of this salon for many years but today will be my last visit. Nail tech asked what type of pedicure I wanted and I advised hot stone. The same pedicure I get every time. She has done my feet several times. She did paraffin instead and then wanted me to pay an additional $5 for her mistake. She got an attitude and started speaking in her language. I called over the phone for pricing and I was priced at $35 full set gel. I get there and I signed in. They called me into a chair and realized no one was available to do the full set so I waited and then was moved to another chair and waited some more and then got moved to a third chair and then a fourth chair until I was asked not to be moved anymore. Ver unorganized. I finally got a nail technician who was maybe in her 40s. I told her I wanted a full gel set which at this point I repeated myself about 5 times to 5 different people. I politely asked the nail tech not to make them thick. She disregards this and my nails look like a peace of square gum the acrylic (because she screwed up and made them acrylic) is hanging off my nail bed. They are all uneven and lopsided. Finally when I come to pay she charges me more and wanted to argue with me about it. This is a hit or miss place. Sometimes I can go in and my nails look wonderful. Other times my acrylics look awful. Today, I came in for a fill in & 1 nail repair. I waited 30 mins to get seated. When I got seated it took the nail tech 15 mins to get back from the back room. Then she rushed to do my nails. and didn’t inform me that the polish that i picked out was $5.00 extra. Very nice and relaxing salon/spa however, the service there is awful. The staff is rude, they do not know any English and are not very helpful. They sat me in a pedicure chair and told me they would be right with me in like 10 mins. I ended up waiting for 45 mins because they forgot about me. Also, I got to Anna’s at 4:20 pm and ended up leaving at 730pm. They did not apologize and wasn’t nice about the time instead they rushed on my feet then sent me right out the door. I would give them a zero if possible, I have tried this place several times and had horrible experiences everytime. The 1st time I had a pedicure done, the lady wasn't paying any attention to what she was doing and went way to deep with the foot file take a huge chunk out of my big toe. It hurt so bad I was almost in tears. She then starts putting alcohol on it which made it even worse. It took 3 weeks for it to heal. 2nd time I had gel polish done and they looked horrible, there were lumps all in it. I tried waxing there which they done an okay job but I then found out they double dip the wax sticks for the entire waxing and then use the same wax on someone else, including after they have done a complete brazillian wax. Very beautiful place but it is over an hour wait I went 03/ 04 I was told a 30 min wait I said that’s fine sat down waited an hour and a half in the waiting room then was finally took back to a pedicure chair where I waited another hour and a half before I actually got my pedicure in the meantime there were about eight women sitting in chairs along with me waiting for pedicures and only three nail techs at the time the waiting room was also packed full again I was there for... about 3 1/2 hours just for a pedicure and while I was there over six people that mad and stormed out a lot of the people were forgotten that had been there longer than I had and still have not got their nails done even when I was getting mine done because the Shop employees forgot about them and never got them seated the only reason I got mine done was because all the nail techs stopped doing nails and came and did pedicures as fast as they could which means it was a half assed job i used to really like this place but I guess I’ve learned my lesson on never to go on Sunday while I was waiting 4 women came in saying that they wanted their nails redone because they had messed up or started popping off within a week and the woman kept asking them who did her nails when they said who it was she then had a panicked look on her face and said oh no they’re not working today come back tomorrow even when the girls had appointments to come in and get them redone this so-called employee was for some reason not at work that day so instead of calling these women and telling them not to come or change their appointments they let their customers drive all the way to the shop then tell them nope sorry come back later it was very unprofessional and I was not impressed I definitely won’t be back on the weekend if ever Ver más Read Less

The spa was relaxing. The lady who done my pedicure done an incredible job! That's why I gave this place a 2 🌟. Because when it came to customer service and my nails.....I give it a ZERO! Came in and was not greeted. After walking to receptionist she walked off as she was saying sign in and pick a color. Not knowing the system I wasn't informed on where to sign in. I’m upset because I gave a gift card as a gift to my niece and she had a horrible experience, she only got gel polish and was charged $30!!! No manicure no fill in , the only thing was her real nail was cracked /split and lady applied glue to her real nail and caused her finger to be stuck to table!!! Then laughed about it !Very embarrassing especially because she had to pay more than gift card for this and only for polish !! Nothing else ..just polish was $30!! So, I went here 12/27 for the, “all about me”, package. My appointment was scheduled months in advance for 2:00. When I got there nothing was ready. I was told to pick colors for my nails and have a seat. After about 15 minutes of waiting, which I wasn’t mad about, I got to go back for my massage. The massage, pedicure and brow waxing were great. When I got to the nails I was very disappointed. The nail tech acted as if she didn’t want to do my nails. She also never spoke bes...ides a quick, hey. Tiffany and the other lady only spoke to one another. They also had a stare down at me as I was washing my hands while laughing. Went for the first time to Ann's nails yesterday. Took my mother there for her birthday to get a pedicure. The staff was pleasant and had a conversation with us for most of the time we were there. My favorite place to relax and get my pedicure and nails done. The new place is BEAUTIFUL. You won't find another spa close to this one, unless you go to New York or California. { First Class} but prices are good. The owners Ann & Steven are great people and wants everyone to enjoy and relax. They have all kinds of services and the employees are there to cater to what you want. They have a nice bar with complimentary wine, & drinks to enjoy while you are relaxing. Another option is the "Party Room" for private parties such as weddings, birthdays or any special occasion. I should have pulled yelp up before going to this salon.. the place looks amazing. And very comfortable. Owner put a lot of money into it. However the staff is all half trained, snotty, and everyone seems to only know one thing if that. Lady doing my moms nails apparently only does square nails because we asked for an almond like shape and my mom got stiletto nails basically. My "manicurist" basically had me wash my hands cut cuticle and put the gel on poorly. When I told her it looked lumpy she said it will be ok with top coat and ignored me. No to mention she didn't give them a decent shape. Looks like I did it at home. Mom was so upset. She is 49 and now has nails of a teenager... when we spoke to "manager" he just looked annoyed that he had to come out. And rudely said what do you want me to do?  So $180 in the trash cause now we gotta have my moms nails redone elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere. What a great spot! My husband and I came here for the first time today for a pedicure. We were greeted and seated within about 10 minutes of arriving. I honestly was prepared to wait whatever length of time because it was 5 PM on a Friday! We were offered an assortment of beverages and decided on the 4 Step pedicure. Heaven. I picked the lavender fragrance for stress and he chose orange (I believe) for reenergizing. His nail technician almost put him to sleep! And mine did, as well. Also, my husbands glass fell off of his side table and shattered from the vibration of the chair, but it was no big deal! He was embarrassed, but they were so nice about it and didn't make a fuss. I had the worst experience at this place today. The older lady who did my nails rushed me from the very beginning while I was looking for a polish and then was rude and very unfriendly the whole time I was sitting in her chair for my pedicure. Not only was she rude but she was also very rough and hurt me multiple times. She messed the polish up on my big toes like 3 times and had nail polish on my toes and feet in different areas. When she finished I complained to management and they were not any help at all. They never understood that she hurt me and that my nail polish was a mess, they thought I did not like the color. The only decent thing was wine my best friends nails looked like literal smeared poop after we paid 20 dollars for gel polish and another 16 for three little diamonds on her nails it was the worst I'll never go back. After looking for a good nail shop I was referred to Ann's nails and it was NOT what I expected. I wish I could do 1.5 stars and not one bc they did polish my daughters nails and toes and albeit she is 5 they looked okay for $12..simple polish..HOWEVER that's about it. I came in with a picture of the set I would like. I went in, signed in and picked my polish. That's where it went downhill. I was directed to station #8 and waited for my nail tech..I was told instantly I couldn't get the nails I wanted bc they didn't have the color (soft matte pink and hologram nails)..I could understand that but still wanted the shape (short almond nails). I explained to the guy that I wanted them short bc I do hair and can't function with long talons. He basically ignored everything I desired and did his own thing bc "long nails look better". I kept asking them to be shorter and he just huffed like he was annoyed. After a while I gave up asking bc I was just ready to go and figured I could deal with it. After I showed him the polish I wanted he told me "no bc it won't look good"..it's what I wanted..again he did what he wanted to do. He then proceeded to roughly file my nails AFTER he polished them so my polish was jagged on the ends and sides..I ended up going back the next day to get them cut down and he told me he couldn't paint them over..just wait til the next time. I'm POSITIVE there won't be a next time. I paid $62 and I'm so disappointed. After I got them cut down to a decent length and dealing with him huffing and puffing the whole time I just feel like I wasted my money. Bc he kept filing over gel polish, my polish is chipping..2 days later..I paid $25 extra so they wouldn't chip..My shape looks like I filed it myself. Some are crooked (he told me it was my fingers and not his filing not a great first experience. If I could leave negative stars I would. Let's start by saying the pedicure was ok. The scrub they use felt like 40 grit being rubbed on my legs. Not nice then I get burned by the paraffin wax. Massage chair was the highlight.  On to my purpose of the visit, to get my nails done. I wanted the SNS nails and showed them a design I wanted on them. No can't do it. So then I asked for gel nails with the design. No can't do it and said they don't have gel. So I asked why they have it in the brochure and online? Many designs on website but they have trouble with doing a feather. Hmmm. Got switched to 3 different people all of whom had no clue how to do nails. I was adamant on having mine soaked off as they usually do with dipping powder nails. No she just wanted to cut them down and use the old material that was lifting off and split after my stating I have already tried to repair them. And mind you still charge me the full $ 55 price. I said no way are you going any further and I got up paid for the pedicure and left. I wanted to get gel polish nails but there was a language barrier and they kept trying to give me silver nails with gold toes, so I finally just told them to only do my toes. I decided to try Anna's Nails after seeing such great reviews on Yelp. However they just didn't seem to live up to their reviews. I'm not sure if we got the wrong technician, it's a bad day for them, or they really don't want to be at work on New Year's Day (in that case don't open)......but the reality is they were cold, the technician was sloppy leaving paint all over the nails, and just overall dissatisfying. As a customer I do not feel I should have to ask the technician to clean the excess paint from around my toes only to receive laughter in return. Long story short, I won't be back! Read Less

Wanted to find the closest nail salon in town and came across this little gem.  Very quick to get, which was a plus.  Had one of the most relaxing manicure & pedicure I have received.  Only thing that was just a slight downer is I could not understand the nail technicians language, had to have another technician tell me what she said each time, very heavy accent, but I will say she did awesome work and gave a great massage!  Will definitely be back! Today I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and though I do not often have the chance to indulge, today was my day! It was suggested that I give Ann's Nails a try and though I've seen it many times, never even walked in. Immediately it was love! It seemed a bit busy, but I was taken back rather quickly. The tranquil music was amazing and the super soft/cozy chair engulfed me! The massager was turned on the chair and I was able to recline back and erase the stressors of the day. The lights were dim and I was offered a beverage. The pedi was nothing less than relaxing and perfect! The mani, amazing! The lady that worked on me did a fantastic job and offered to help with my eyebrows (I must have looked a bit rough, haha). That was my first ever eyebrow wax and it was great!
