Just got my nails done today on 7-17-2018 and i had never been there before because I’m not from the area. I stopped here to get my nails done and got charged $85 dollars just for nails and toes. I only get charged 50 back home. I looked at their prices on their website and I was only supposed to be charged $70 according to the site. Tin did my toes and anther lady did my nails but she didn’t have a name tag. I was seated to get my nails done and the guy named Tin who did my toes had a sheet of paper that had something written on it I’m guessing maybe a receipt so the lady would know how much to charge me. Anyway I asked if I could pay her first before she did my nails and she told me “no it’s not time for that” and I said ok then. She precceeded to do my nails and she did a good job I have no complaints but when I got to the register to pay I said $70 right and she said no $85. You can imagine the look on my face when she said that after reading the prices on their site to determine how much I would pay. Anyway I didn’t argue I was ready to be out of there I was irriatated by the price gauging they just pulled on me. Now I’m home and looking at my toes and Tin didn’t even paint the side of my toes on 3 of my toes and when you get close to my toes you can tell but I couldn’t tell at the time of me getting them done. Also some of the paint is lighter near the edges of my toes. I paid $85 for half painted toes I guess. No complaints on my nails. Just hoping nothing chips before 3 weeks like others are saying.

Great service. A very clean place. I did not have to wait a long time at all and I was a walkin. Tin did my pedicure and my gel nails he was very nice and attentive. I will certainly be back again.

I just went and was seen by Jason, and had a horrible experience. He tried telling me an oval was a square and when I told him I wasn’t happy, he told me I could get up and leave and go somewhere else...

Poor customer service and even worse materials. I paid $50 for removal and a fresh set of acrylic with gel polish on a Friday. By Sunday I had two broken thumbs. I went to get one fixed aha here lady who did it has an attitude when I asked for her to glue the cracks on one and replace the other. This makes no sense to charge that much and to have this many issues. My coffin look like narrow squares. Save your energy and go somewhere else.

I did call back and talk to the manager and all she said it that is the cost it's more and when I asked why it was more then stated on line she couldn't answer. Very disappointing visit.

When deciding on a color the I picked up what appeared to be a regular polish but ended up being gel the OWNER yelled DONT TOUCH employees only which was unnecessary. Also my nail tech VAN was very rude and never introduced herself. Everything I asked her to do was questioned even as simple as a cut down on my toes. She talked the entire time and wasn't focused on doing my toes. Also if you plan on paying with a card there is a 1.00 fee Or you have a option to use their ATM for a .50 fee which is ridiculous! On a bright side NANCY did a amazing job on my sisters toes.

This place was awful. They wouldn't let me pick my color before starting. I was told to sit down and they would take care of my color. I kept telling the lady I didn't like the color or style and she argued that I needed to see the completed hand before deciding. I explained I still didn't like it. I left looking like a child painted my nails. I had to go to a different shop and have them redone.

I actually don't review places very often but this one I have to do. The overall experience was decent and the lady that did my pedicure (Lindy) was awesome but the manager or owner or whoever she is was absolutely aweful. Earlier in the day, I had grazed my leg on the surface shaving just enough to make it bleed and while I absolutely understand being cautious the manager put some drops on my leg without my knowledge (which burnt like heck!) and said it was the only way they'd do the pedicure. That's all well and good but now what was a surface scrap is a full on inflamed sore and whatever the stuff was burnt small spots on my leg. I wish I could attach a picture to show how bad it is...it looks like someone took a hot metal rod and just burnt spots deep into my skin.

I went in on Saturday afternoon for an unplanned pedi. They were busy and of course I didn't have an appointment. I was fully expecting to wait a while because there were plenty of people there. But thankfully I didn't have to wait very long at all! I got the basic pedicure but it was fantastic. The scrub, massage, and hot towel were all amazing. Perfect pampering. Nice staff. Toes are on point!

If your looking for average, this is it. My nails look fine but the service is not great. There's nothing special about this place except that the manager is always there. However, that doesn't seem to effect employees, as they could care less about their customers. While getting a pedicure, the employee assisting me had a lengthy conversation in Vietnamese with her coworker, completely ignoring me. I think that is rude enough as it is, but to make matters worse she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing to my feet! She even stopped a few times to engage further with her coworker!The worst part is, there is no other way to entertain yourself. Obviously you can't have a conversation with the employees because they are too busy talking amongst themselves. There is no tv, terrible wifi and of course I had no data service while inside (neither did the customers next to me). It was like s black hole for cell phones.To top it all off, if you are there close to closing time, they make it clear that they want you out! They couldn't wait for me and the other customers to leave, so they just swept and vacuumed around us while we were getting our manicures! Rude!

The ambience is really nice, low lighting, clean, and everyone was very friendly. Got a gel manicure and eyebrow wax, very reasonably priced, and they look amazing! This place is located in a busy shopping center near best buy, but that means they have plenty of parking, and have a ton of customers! Kind of surprised that there are not more reviews, this place is busy, so while they do take walk-ins, I'd recommend making an appointment. We walked in and they were full, so we made an appointment for an hour later and went shopping around there.The shop is nicely decorated, clean, open, and reasonably priced. They have a variety of services and different options available for each.We got pedicures, which had four packages to choose from, we chose the pedicure plus for $30 which included, exfoliating, aloe Vera cream, cooling gel, hot towels, callus treatment and of course the pedicure. They had a great assortment of nail polish colors, comfy massage chairs, all of their products smelled great, they were accommodating and made room for my friend and I to sit together, and our nail technicians were excellent. They were attentive to detail, and even went as far as fixing our nails when we hit it against the drying station even though we were done and it was our fault. That's above and beyond! They take cards, but do charge a $1 fee, however if you have your debit card, you can use their atm!I'd definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever I'm in the area!

This place is horrible, the woman who runs it is rude and treats her employees like slaves. She barks at everyone who enters the place demanding to know what they want. The pedicure I received was like an amateur, I still had skin left on my cuticles and one toe was only half polished. Then, to make matters worse, if you use a credit/ debit card to pay for services, they charge you an extra $1. I realize it is only a dollar, but this is illegal, if you cannot afford to have credit card processing, get rid of it or raise your prices to accommodate the expense! I was able to avoid the $1 charge for using my card, but only after the slave driver woman tried to have me call a number that was "conveniently" disconnected. There are way too many other nail places, don't waste your time or money on this one!

I stumbled upon this nail salon once about 5 months ago and will never want to go anywhere else. In fact, whenever I have visited other salons, it's been because I was out of town or Lee Spa was closed that day. The atmosphere here is fantastic! The music played is like a Lite FM station (which I know probably drives the clinicians batty when it's an all day everyday thing, LOL) but I love it! The salon is well maintained and managed. No matter which clinician I have, it's always a great experience. During busy times, the manager will often send customers to her sister salon (Diva Nail) to make sure they don't have to wait a long time. It's a good idea to make appts when you come in so you don't have to wait but even if you don't, your wait time shouldn't be more than 5 mins. The manicurists' licenses are clearly displayed and up-to-date as well as their cleanliness grading. The manager speaks English very well so if communication is an issue, she will assist however she can. Several of the other clinicians also communicate well enough in English to understand your needs but if there is a struggle, you will get support. Look forward to a rewarding experience here.

I feell that this spa was over charging on the services based on what they say the price is vs. what is on line. We did have okay service but not what I expected , did not have the color we picked out...
I feell that this spa was over charging on the services based on what they say the price is vs. what is on line. We did have okay service but not what I expected , did not have the color we picked out, just said well it's an old one. I did call back and talk to the manager and all she said it that is the cost it's more and when I asked why it was more then stated on line she couldn't answer. Very disappointing visit.

First time here & I won't be back. My sister, mom & I came in to get pedicures. When deciding on a color the I picked up what appeared to be a regular polish but ended up being gel the OWNER yelled DONT TOUCH employees only which was unnecessary. Also my nail tech VAN was very rude and never introduced herself. Everything I asked her to do was questioned even as simple as a cut down on my toes. She talked the entire time and wasn't focused on doing my toes. Also if you plan on paying with a card there is a 1.00 fee Or you have a option to use their ATM for a .50 fee which is ridiculous! On a bright side NANCY did a amazing job on my sisters toes.

This place was awful. They wouldn't let me pick my color before starting. I was told to sit down and they would take care of my color. I kept telling the lady I didn't like the color or style and she argued that I needed to see the completed hand before deciding. I explained I still didn't like it. I left looking like a child painted my nails. I had to go to a different shop and have them redone.

I actually don't review places very often but this one I have to do. The overall experience was decent and the lady that did my pedicure (Lindy) was awesome but the manager or owner or whoever she is was absolutely aweful. Earlier in the day, I had grazed my leg on the surface shaving just enough to make it bleed and while I absolutely understand being cautious the manager put some drops on my leg without my knowledge (which burnt like heck!) and said it was the only way they'd do the pedicure. That's all well and good but now what was a surface scrap is a full on inflamed sore and whatever the stuff was burnt small spots on my leg. I wish I could attach a picture to show how bad it is...it looks like someone took a hot metal rod and just burnt spots deep into my skin.

I went in on Saturday afternoon for an unplanned pedi. They were busy and of course I didn't have an appointment. I was fully expecting to wait a while because there were plenty of people there. But thankfully I didn't have to wait very long at all! I got the basic pedicure but it was fantastic. The scrub, massage, and hot towel were all amazing. Perfect pampering. Nice staff. Toes are on point!

If your looking for average, this is it. My nails look fine but the service is not great. There's nothing special about this place except that the manager is always there. However, that doesn't seem to effect employees, as they could care less about their customers. While getting a pedicure, the employee assisting me had a lengthy conversation in Vietnamese with her coworker, completely ignoring me. I think that is rude enough as it is, but to make matters worse she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing to my feet! She even stopped a few times to engage further with her coworker!The worst part is, there is no other way to entertain yourself. Obviously you can't have a conversation with the employees because they are too busy talking amongst themselves. There is no tv, terrible wifi and of course I had no data service while inside (neither did the customers next to me). It was like s black hole for cell phones.To top it all off, if you are there close to closing time, they make it clear that they want you out! They couldn't wait for me and the other customers to leave, so they just swept and vacuumed around us while we were getting our manicures! Rude!

Less than a star for me. This guy called Tin was rude. Never said hello, rushed through the pedi by trimming the cuticles of only one foot and made a comment about me not having an appointment when I asked if my other foots cuticles didn't need to be trimmed. He said if I wanted good service I should come during the week. Not coming back here anymore and for sure not tipping this joker. Totally disappointing!!!

They charge a credit card fee. The guy went on and on about upgrading after I told him I wanted basic. $25 an hour shouldn't include lip service.

Stopped in without an appointment on a random Wednesday, but will be making an appointment next time! They definitely have a steady crowd, but I walked in and was able to get started on right away. The ambience is really nice, low lighting, clean, and everyone was very friendly. Got a gel manicure and eyebrow wax, very reasonably priced, and they look amazing! Will see how long they last, but right they look great. Definitely will be back!

This place is located in a busy shopping center near best buy, but that means they have plenty of parking, and have a ton of customers! Kind of surprised that there are not more reviews, this place is busy, so while they do take walk-ins, I'd recommend making an appointment. We walked in and they were full, so we made an appointment for an hour later and went shopping around there.The shop is nicely decorated, clean, open, and reasonably priced. They have a variety of services and different options available for each.We got pedicures, which had four packages to choose from, we chose the pedicure plus for $30 which included, exfoliating, aloe Vera cream, cooling gel, hot towels, callus treatment and of course the pedicure. They had a great assortment of nail polish colors, comfy massage chairs, all of their products smelled great, they were accommodating and made room for my friend and I to sit together, and our nail technicians were excellent. They were attentive to detail, and even went as far as fixing our nails when we hit it against the drying station even though we were done and it was our fault. That's above and beyond! They take cards, but do charge a $1 fee, however if you have your debit card, you can use their atm!I'd definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever I'm in the area!

This place is horrible, the woman who runs it is rude and treats her employees like slaves. She barks at everyone who enters the place demanding to know what they want. The pedicure I received was like an amateur, I still had skin left on my cuticles and one toe was only half polished. Then, to make matters worse, if you use a credit/ debit card to pay for services, they charge you an extra $1. I realize it is only a dollar, but this is illegal, if you cannot afford to have credit card processing, get rid of it or raise your prices to accommodate the expense! I was able to avoid the $1 charge for using my card, but only after the slave driver woman tried to have me call a number that was "conveniently" disconnected. There are way too many other nail places, don't waste your time or money on this one!

I stumbled upon this nail salon once about 5 months ago and will never want to go anywhere else. In fact, whenever I have visited other salons, it's been because I was out of town or Lee Spa was closed that day. The atmosphere here is fantastic! The music played is like a Lite FM station (which I know probably drives the clinicians batty when it's an all day everyday thing, LOL) but I love it! The salon is well maintained and managed. No matter which clinician I have, it's always a great experience. During busy times, the manager will often send customers to her sister salon (Diva Nail) to make sure they don't have to wait a long time. It's a good idea to make appts when you come in so you don't have to wait but even if you don't, your wait time shouldn't be more than 5 mins. The manicurists' licenses are clearly displayed and up-to-date as well as their cleanliness grading. The manager speaks English very well so if communication is an issue, she will assist however she can. Several of the other clinicians also communicate well enough in English to understand your needs but if there is a struggle, you will get support. Look forward to a rewarding experience here.
