Beautiful salon. Great customer service . First time going and I will NOT return due to poor work. $137 for two pedicures and gel manicures. My gel French mani chipped on three nails overnight! I went back to have them repaired and there was no issue or questions (hence the great customer service). However the gel polish was poorly restored and the tip repair was lumpy not smooth. I enjoyed going every other weekend with the old manager. The place was welcoming and I didn’t mind waiting, if need be. New management has the place chaotic. Some of my favorite staff members have left. I sat waiting in a massage pedicure chair for 15 min before someone asked me if I was being helped. I would come in every month and get my SNS redone. They got a new chrome polish in and I wanted to try it. The manager told me it would be 5 dollars to put it on two nails per hand. I was fine with that, however the guy keep fileing my nails against my skin giving me cuts along nail. A normal hour process took 3 hours because the guy kept touching my nails before they were dry. Then he tried to get me to go without fixing my nails and I told him no he had to redo the nails 3 more times to fix them. At the end of everything I should have paid $45 for everything but the total they gave me was $53. Worst place to go now with new management, they charged me way to much for one hurting me and then having to keep fixing my nails cause the guy was trying to rush to give someone a pedicure while trying to fix my nails. And not even 2 weeks later the chrome I paid extra for came off my nail... Never going back again. Didn't even want to give 1 star to this place now. Read Less

This has used to be my go to place, but sadly the quality has taken a nose dive. I think the last time I went they had the receptionist doing my nails. He literally kept getting up every five minutes and took forever to finish my nails. I got the SNS dip powder which usually lasts two weeks. It didn't even last 2 days. I am so disappointed. Not sure what's going with the new management but the whole place has changed for the worse in the last couple of days. The friendly environment has become very bland and tense. Seriously the best nail salon I've ever been to. My husband was with me to get a pedi and they gave him a bottled corona and he was HAPPY. His pedi lasted at least 40 minutes! I got a new, full set and they did a dip powder where they actually dipped my fingers into the powder. I've never had it before but it's my new favorite thing. This quickly became my go-to spot for pedis for a few months but after my visit today I 'm not sure if I'll go back. I made an appointment for me and a friend for pedis and manis in the morning as the salon was filling up with appointments. We were seated on time but my friend was serviced first as i waited for a tech to come for my pedicure. It took 15 minutes for someone to get to me and by then the water had gone cold. The tech didn't ask about what shape id like for my toes and the paint job was very poor. I had polish on the skin around my toes and the coat was not even. Not worth $40 whatsoever. I also needed my acrylics soaked off- she didn't even know how to do that because another girl had to show her how- they soaked my entire fingers in a ziplock bag of acetone. It was ridiculous. She then proceeded to give me the worst "manicure" I've ever had- she completely filed my nails down to paper, they are RUINED. She also filed my SKIN on the side of my nails- they are scabbed over and bruised now. She didn't even apologize when I was clearly in pain and jerking my hand back. I made her stop the service. I was going to get new acrylics but i said i just wanted a clear coat. My nail beds are ruined, my cuticles are horrendous and I've already broken two nails two days later. This is a case of a bad nail tech. I know the other girls put out quality work. I dont know her name but her work is unacceptable and i cannot fathom how the owners allow shoddy work to be performed in a fairly nice Salon. Read Less

This review is for Thahn. She is THE BEST nail tech in the area, hands down! I've tried so many places to find a nail tech that could replicate the nail art that I see on Pinterest and Instagram. Most nail techs that I've tried either didn't have the knowledge, skills or the supplies. Thahn has everything and more! I have been visiting the salon for 6 months and never had a problem with any of my services. On Saturday, Nov. 11 I received an eye waxing which left a burn on my right eyebrow. To this day I have not heard from the Manager, Branson to apologize or even acknowledge that my eyebrow had been burned. My next step is to get in touch with the owner and the Better Business Bureau. Way over priced for the services that they offer. Paid $40.00 for the lavender pedicure, the water was way to hot, (yes I told him) but since he spoke no English I adjusted the temp myself. He did the typical cuticle removal but never cleaned under my nails, while he was using the metal callus remover he got a bit over zealous, I just pulled my foot away and he finally got it. There was no foot massage my legs got all the attention. The so called warm lavender neck wrap was hot I had to take it off. When he ( I would use his name but it was never offered) was setting up the chair for me I watched him go in the wrong direction with the recline part of the chair until it banged and clanked and made an awful gear grinding sound into the wall, needless to say after he readjusted the chair and I sat down and went to adjust the back it made this horrible cracking sound that the entire salon thought was me breaking the chair. Was going regularly when I was pregnant and always enjoyed it. Haven't been since having my baby in fear of it being too difficult with a small baby. Got brave and decided to try it and not only did the pedicure feel like heaven, the guys were so kind with my daughter. They were smiling at her, trying to make her laugh, and being so patient with me while I kept her happy. If you're a mom, you know the judgement that can come from bringing a baby into the mix, but I honestly didn't feel that at all... from anyone there, customers included. I really wanted to love it l, but I did not have a great experience. I made an appt for a mani-pedi. Had a pedi, water too hot (yes, I told them). The technician used the callous remover and kept scraping and scraping until my heels were almost raw. Yes, I tried to tell him to be more gentle and I pulled my feet back a couple of times, but he did not speak any English and apparently did not understand my gesture...and no mention of my mani whatsoever... I ended up choosing to forego the mani after the the issue with my heels.....something else I noticed (I've been there twice) is that you can stand at the check-in desk for too long and not be acknowledged or spoken to. Prices are too expensive.  Paid for the upgraded Lavendar Pedicure - and all I got was a wrap on my neck that was barely warm...  Also rec'd no massage.  Got charged for Glitter top coat and charged for Ombre - on hands and feet.  Also, took way too long. Read Less

Tried the nail "dip" this week. Love it! On the other hand, there were gnats swarming beside where I was sitting and I had to request the nail tech to please move the leftover cup of wine because that was attracting the gnats. I went on the Saturday before Easter which I was even surprised I was able to get in the door. My friend recommended that I see Nancy, so I reserved a time slot with her via the Yelp App. This place is super clean and very fancy. It blows the run of the mill nail salon out of the water. But what impressed me was the customer service. All of the nail technicians were really friendly, attentive to detail and made their clients feel like they cared. I had the Lavender Spa Pedicure done by Nancy. She even went above and beyond for me because I am super picky. I enjoyed a refreshing glass of sangria while receiving my massage. It was great! Absolutely the best nail salon around town! I was welcomed with inviting personalities and offered a seat for a pedicure right away. Service was fantastic and I felt like a celebrity the way I was being pampered! Needed a nail fill while I was on vacation. Stopped in here because it was near where we were dining. The decor is nicely done. It was a little more expensive than the place where I go in NY($20 compared to $15) for a standard fill. Wish I checked in prior to getting the service since they actually offer a Yelp discount on salon services. Will need to try to remember that the next time I am down visiting my daughter. Selected a blue polish that matches my swimwear and many of my summer outfits. Seemed to take a longer time to dry. That may be weather related. This is my new favorite nail salon! We had such a great experience from start fo finish. The atmosphere was inviting and  relaxing with chandeliers, candles and soft lighting. It felt very upscale at very reasonable prices. We got the basic spa pedicure which included a massage chair and a complimentary glass of wine. The service was excellent as we were greated quickly upon arrival and they were immediately ready for us. They promote cleanliness and customer safety. They lined the foot soaker tub and used new tools for each of us. The technicians were gentle and spent ample time with us, making us feel as though we were their only customer.
