Today was my 1st visit. I went in just for a gel manicure and unfortunately got stuck with Mark. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. He didn't speak one word to me, just sat the colors in front of me and then started clipping my nails. Right before he was going to polish I noticed one nail was very obviously uneven so I asked if he could fix it. He got very irritated and kept asking "how is it not even?" I pointed it out to him (one side was longer and it was not straight) he then filed it down some and went on to paint but never evened the nail out he just fixed so it was rough. I asked him to smooth it out and he used the same rough file which of course didn't fix it. So I then asked if he could use the little white file he had used early to smooth it, he jerked his drawer open and handed me the file to fix it myself!!!! At that point, I was not happy and just wanted to leave. I told him that this was first time in the salon and I didn't feel like it was turning into a good experience....he didn't say a word! Just continued to paint. When he finished he just got up and walked to the register, I guess just assuming that I knew to follow him. He told me the charge was $30.00 but then he ran my card for $31.00. I guess maybe they have a $1 card fee? Which I don't mind at all, but I think you should let your customer know that. Don't tell them one price and then run payment for another, even if its just $1.00. All the other techs seemed like they were friendly and their customers all seemed happy. I guess I just got the unlucky pick of the draw. Its disappointing that I will never go back, I work within walking distance and the convenience would be great. I guess I will start my search for another nail salon with better customer service. I suggest not wasting your time or money at this place :-( Read Less

Walked in at 3:20 (they close at 7,) they asked what we wanted and before I could finish answering, they said they were full and to come back tomorrow. Will never come back anyway, why ask what we want if you’re not going to service us?? Read Less

Nicky did my manicure and pedicure stopped what she was doing to check her phone multiple times. She was very short, and didn't respond much when I tried to engage her in friendly conversation. She got me in and out as fast as possible and tore my cuticles all to pieces. Read Less

I drove pretty far to get here and get an eyebrow wax.  I wasn't unhappy with the result. Service was quick, I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and my eyebrows were done the way I wanted them.  Parking was easy and people seemed to like this joint because it was pretty busy, even early in the morning. Visited a friend today who lives in Raleigh and we decided to get our nails done. Immediately upon walking in, we were greeted by a nail tech who asked what we were having. After clarifying a few times (pedicure with gel and gel/shellac for me and pedicure with gel for my friend), she shooed us over to choose our nail color. I quickly realized that she failed to share with us the gel colors so I turned and grabbed a basket full of pre-colored gel nails. We were then ushered towards the back to our massage/pedi chair. My nail tech was explained what I wanted in their native language and she then offered me a nice notebook to choose my pedicure. I opted for the $30 service (just a notch above basic) since it scrubbed the dead skin off of my very dry feet. My friend did the same. The pedicure was nice. Nothing special in regards to kneading/massaging, but not bad at all. My tech was very efficient at my pedicure as well as applying my gel to my toes. She clarified in advance my color choices and even allowed me to accent toes (and fingers) in different colors. The gel set on my hands was equally efficient. At this time, I did engage the tech in small talk and she happily obliged. She was actually a very friendly young lady. The reason for the 4 is that I am accustomed to my chair being turned on for the massage feature, being offered a water bottle (I did ask for one before she started my hands and she happily obliged), and being provided flip flops after my pedicure is finished (again, I had to ask for these). The Salon is very clean; however I got shellac / gell polish and the nails were peeling and chipping off in less than 24 hours. Won't return as I paid $30 + Tip and it didn't even last 24hours. I was getting my nails done for an event. It was me and a friend that got the exact same thing done to our nails and both had the same experience. We won't be returning to either of the 2 shops. I highly recommend this salon and TINA!!!😍 she was a delight to have my nails done by, after visiting three other salons including cobe nails in garner and being rudely skipped and waiting for 30 minutes I remembered my coworker highly recommended DIVA NAILS. Upon arriving they saw me right away and this put me in a great mood after several salons weren’t taking customers anymore. Tina started on my nails and the shape and length were perfect she was wonderful including I brought my three!!! Children and she assured me several times they were okay and to relax which made me even happier. Most salons are super rude or won’t allow children in the salon the experience at DIVA NAILS was all around AMAZING!!! My girl was perfect but the guy that was doing my girlfriends pedicure was god awful.  Like threw her feet every which way rushed threw her entire service and the sad part os she got the same service as i did.  Her toenails look just as she came in.  We will gladly drive an hour oppose to 30 minutes for great service. I have been blessed to have found this salon. I moved here over 1yr ago and could never find professional nail techs after 4 different locations and then I found Tina. She is the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of trusting with not only nails but waxing too. I recommend this salon to everyone. Just awful.  I got there on a Sunday afternoon and they were really busy, so I waited 30 minutes before they even started.  I understand waiting and I didn't mind.  They were also a bit rude.  Then, the nail technician rushed through my gel manicure.  Not only was she really rough on my nails, she didn't give the polish enough time to cure.  This resulted in several of my nails having a wrinkled, uneven finish. She said I wasn't putting my thumbs under the UV light long enough.  I would have understood this, but it wasn't just my thumb nails that looked uneven.  She tried to do a quick fix.  The fix made my nails look a little better, but not what they should have looked like.  I've had nail technicians make mistakes before, but they always fix them before I head out the door.  I've NEVER had a nail technician who was okay with their work looking this shoddy.  I will NOT be coming back here. overall the place is very nice inside but when it comes to nails i was very disappointed. i had a man name Phil do my nails and he was very rude and rough. i got the gel manicure and after two days it had chipped. Also he only applied two coats of the nail polish making it look super light. whenever he would apply a coat he would almost move my hand in a very rough and rudely manner. i would not recommend doing your nails here at all. So I didn't like the results and the process of my gel nail art or my pedicure. My heels were not done properly nor the polish on my toes. My gel set....well they are lumpy and wide due to lack of skill I assume. I saved this review for 2 weeks to give them a chance...one broken nail, gel lifting from set later I'm still pissed. I actually ended up here by accident.  I booked a mani/pedi at a high end salon and they messed up my appointment so I only received the pedicure.  I was annoyed about the whole thing so I called Diva Nail Spa to make an appointment while I was in the chair at the other salon.  Now I've been here twice. Once for a full gel set and once a week later for them to cut down the nails and do a color change.  The first time I got Peter and fell in LOVE!  I asked him not to use the machine on my natural nail because I was sick not long ago and now my nails are super thin.  He didn't act annoyed like most technicians have when I make the request.  He just picked up a hand file and went to work.  He put on two thick coats of gel, filed and buffed everything down, and then added another layer like polish on top of all that so I ended up with some super sturdy nails.  He is the ultimate perfectionist.  My nails were all even, the exact same length, and super smooth.  And his painting is on FLEEK.  He is extremely precise.  Very professional.  I will be returning many times. As far as waxing, I would give them 5 stars. Customer service, they'd get 5. But I'm so annoyed with the quality of their nail service that I can't even give them more than 2 stars. My sister and I got our nails done on the 17th of September (Saturday) and mine started chipping that following Tuesday. My sister's also began chipping and one broke one one week later and she essentially got a brand new set only 1 week and 1 day later. I'll return for facial waxing but that's it. The liquid they use is supposed to be purple, my sister says they used cheap products and hers was clear. Never again. I went to Diva Nail Spa yesterday for the first time.  I was very, very impressed with their professionalism and most of all friendliness.  I had been going to their competitor in town and was so unhappy with their poor work and treatment of clients that I stopped going.  At Diva Nail Spa, not only did Tina do an excellent job with my pedicure and gel nails, but I noticed that all of the staff was friendly, engaging and respectful to all of the clients.  I will most definitely go back and I highly recommend this place to others. I was a walk-in appointment on a Thursday. I had a great nail technician for my gel full set french manicure. She took her time and was patient with my various requests and was very sweet. I was nervous about getting a full gel set because it's such a costly gamble if the technician doesn't do them the way you want. Luckily, I had a very pretty outcome.  It took an hour and a half for the full set with french, which was my expectation. The salon is clean and has a nice, comfortable environment. I only had a manicure so I can't make a comment on the pedicure stations but overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Worst experience ever!!!!! I paid for a full gel set with gel polish. I made an appt 2 days in advance.  The shop had 3 customers and 3 attendants were lounging in pedicure chairs... so they weren't busy. Yet the guy Timmy who did my nails rushed through the job as though they were. The gel was bulky and uneven and when I asked to have them evened out he advised it was my nails... right. 48 hours later the gel polish is cracked along with the nails. I called and explained and advised I don't get off work until 7 and they close at 8. She advised that was fine. Just got here at 7:25pm and the doors are locked. Two women are inside with customers. It took them minutes of staring at me to come to the door. Their response was... we close at 8 and we have customers. So I pay 60 bucks for a rush job and now I'm stuck waiting until Saturday for repairs when the event I got them done for is Wednesday/Christmas. Do not go to this shop!!! Read Less

After waiting an hour because we didn't have an appointment for a pedicure, the tech picked at my toes for a good 15 minutes even though I said not to. She said I had ingrown nails but that she got them out. A week later, both of my toes are infected! Extremely painful and gross. The only thing that fixed this was antibiotics. They clearly don't use clean equipment, so unless you want a nasty infection, I'd say steer clear! Read Less
