Went it for a fill for my daughter. We were not greeted at all. It seemed like we were bothering them. I asked how much would a fill in be and the elderly lady seemed to have an issue with my nails because they are long. I told them it’s for my daughter, not me. She looked confused and so another lady came up. Looked at our nails and decided to have a conversation amongst themselves. Mind you all my daughter needed was a fill. My daughter asked if they could do a design and was rudely told no. They went back to talking between themselves. I told them to just forget it, I’d take my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I would never go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Called a few hours in advance to make an appointment , got seated right away for fill ins with acrylics that I got from a different salon . They took their time and were very sweet . My nails look beautiful and I felt very welcome . I will definitely be back here .

If I could give less stars I would. My husband and I called to make an appointment. Gave the name and we were told 530. We were in the area so we stopped in around 415 to just check availability they told us to come back at 630. We just arrived again at 520 for our 530 appointment and we were turned away. They say we did not call. However, to verify that we did I checked my call log and the phone number. It matched. I would not be able to talk about services rendered since we did not receive them. But, they will argue with you no matter what. Even if you show them proof. Stay away!

This salon is now Nail West and under new management I believe. My teenage sons and I had pedicures as walk-ins. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Service was great and all of us were treated awesome. Would recommend any time!

this place is a rip off. they charged me extra for a fill in because i ddint get it done there. the charged an extra 15 dollars. the best nail salon to go to is le nails in fuquay on broad street. they are reasonable and very nice and do a great job. i would not recommend this place to anyone they are rude and they are not polite and do not care about customers

Went it for a fill for my daughter. We were not greeted at all. It seemed like we were bothering them. I asked how much would a fill in be and the elderly lady seemed to have an issue with my nails because they are long. I told them it’s for my daughter, not me. She looked confused and so another lady came up. Looked at our nails and decided to have a conversation amongst themselves. Mind you all my daughter needed was a fill. My daughter asked if they could do a design and was rudely told no. They went back to talking between themselves. I told them to just forget it, I’d take my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I would never go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
