I enjoyed my time with Adrienne and the other technicians during my first experience at Lush Nail Lounge. They were very friendly and easy going. Adrienne gave me a fabulous pedicure which I have been showing off to the world. I can't wait to experience the services Love is in the Hair has to offer as well as visit Adrienne for another nail service.

I thought I had found the perfect place to get my nails done forever! WRONG!Had a gel manicure and liked the polish but didn't feel that she got close enough to my cuticles. There was some kind of excuse, which didn't make much sense. After three days, my nails looked like they were three weeks old. On the day of my manicure, I made an appointment for a detox pedicure. I decided I would talk to them at that time about my manicure and hopefully they would make it right.I received an email confirmation stating all kinds of rules about not showing up on time, cancellations etc. Upon arrival 10 minutes before my appointment, I was told there was a computer glitch and I didn't really have a detox pedicure appointment. I mentioned to the nail tech that I was happy with the polish but it wasn't put on up to my cuticles. She sent the owner out who refused to do anything about it and asked if I wanted to reschedule my pedicure. That was her chance to keep me as a customer as well as all the friends I have recommended there. She blew it big-time. She told me no, she would not redo my manicure and that nails grow. I showed her a picture of my nails three days after my manicure and she still would not redo them. Because of her attitude, I left and will not be back and neither will any of my friends. If you are a business owner, the customer ALWAYS comes first. She lost all my potential future appointments as well as a gift certificate I intend on purchasing. It all could've been made right by one goodwill gesture.

I would like to say that Leigh was extremely friendly and very nice but I have been getting dip powder done for years now and she is not skilled in this product. I was there for 3 hours to have this done and I am having to drive over 2 hours back to my other nail lady in Charlotte to have them done correctly where I can show them off to people because right now I am too embarrassed to show my nails to anyone. They are bumpy not smooth, there are parts of my nail especially at the tips with no color dip powder present. I am now scared to death to find a new nail lady to do my nails. It sucks when you have someone who is excellent then you relocate and you need a new lady and just don’t want to try anyone after this horrible experience. No way should nails take 3 hours and still not be done!!! I just told her I had to go I couldn’t take it any longer. I was having a full blown anxiety attack the hairdresser there offered me a glass of wine cause she could see I was visibly upset. So the lady who left a review about Leigh giving one star before me was extremely accurate in her narrative. The hairdressers there were amazing but the nail service....not so much. Please do not waste your hard earned money

I have been a client of Lush Nail Lounge for four years now and I could not let that previous review stand without a strong rebuttal. I live in North Raleigh and I drive an hour to Fuquay every two weeks to these nails appointments because there is no one I trust more than Adrienne and Leigh. I've had gel nails and pedis the entire time and I have NEVER had a problem or issue of any kind.
The environment is professional, welcoming and relaxing and they both take great care to keep everything clean and sterile. They are wonderful ladies, as well, always smiling and putting the client sitting in front of them before any phone calls or other interruptions. They are constantly going to new trainings and learning new things and their talent is quite impressive.
I would (and have) highly recommend Lush Nail Lounge to anyone who is looking for kind, gentle, professional and relaxing visit. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails; you will be relieved to find a service like this, it is hard to find one this good. Love in the Hair is amazing, too, but that's a review for another post!

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a truly terrible experience with Leigh. While she was extremely patient and sweet, her nail skills are horribly lacking. The first time she did my nails there was gel polish all over my cuticles and the edges were jagged and not smooth. When I asked her to redo them she was happy to do so, but was completely unable to fix them. I was there 90 minutes having her redo all of my nails over and over again. Not only did I leave with them still looking a mess, but she cut two of my cuticles using the polishing bit on her tool, which she swore would not cut my skin.
Although I texted her and kindly asked for my money back, as I wanted to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed, she refused, saying she'd be happy to redo them at no cost. Why she thinks that she'd be able to fix them after trying to fix them after 90 minutes of attempting to do so is beyond me.
In sum - do not waste your money here. There are many other nail places close by and you will certainly get a better manicure. This is by far the WORST MANICURE I've ever received, not to mention I was harmed while receiving it.

Adrienne is so much more than a nail artist. She has taught me more about the care of my nails than anyone! I thoroughly enjoy our appointments every 2 weeks. She is punctual, has an outstanding personality and very fun to be with. My nails are always complemented - She is able to do things other artists can't. You owe it to yourself to spend time with her! Leigh is also wonderful! She has tinted my brows and lashes and her eyebrow waxes are on point. Love this wonderful twosome!

There was some kind of excuse, which didn't make much sense. After three days, my nails looked like they were three weeks old. On the day of my manicure, I made an appointment for a detox pedicure. I would like to say that Leigh was extremely friendly and very nice but I have been getting dip powder done for years now and she is not skilled in this product. I have been a client of Lush Nail Lounge for four years now and I could not let that previous review stand without a strong rebuttal. I live in North Raleigh and I drive an hour to Fuquay every two weeks to these nails appointments because there is no one I trust more than Adrienne and Leigh.
