Unfortunately today marked my last day patronizing Angel Nail. Although I received as prompt a service as possible as a walk-in, I was disappointed and shocked that the Nail Technician was content with a gel mess up on my left thumb, as well as having me fully pay and leave without correction to the gel. I have patronized Angel Nail for a little over three years despite the low reviews. I’ve gone here a couple times for pedicures and haven’t had issues. So I had high hopes for my nails. This past time I got the powder nails and less than two days later, I have cracks in two of the nails. The top coat is not covering all of my nail so it’s super rough on the edges of almost every nail and the bottoms of the nails are peeling up some. The guy who did my nails has done my feet before and I really like him but I don’t think he had much experience with the powder. I was with one woman and then they had me move to him while my nails were soaking. He also nicked my cuticles twice on one finger so it looks like my cuticles are cracked and bleeding now. My nails look like I paid for a $10 manicure when I paid over $55 for them! They charged me twice for a mediocre pedicure. They grabbed more money from my Debit card and when I called to clarify they said they would call me back and asked for my number, they never called back and when I called them again they've blocked my number. Do not go there!! Read Less

This isn’t about Nordstrom galleria but rather online...I just purchased shoes for my dd and they arrived yesterday with glue on the front. They said I could return them but they couldn’t ship me new ones since they were out of stock. I said that I really liked the shoes so would they give me a discount for the defective shoes...even if I brought them to the store in person and they said no. I was not impressed. Customer service was not there. I came in to get a full set and I left with a crooked full set. They did not touch my cuticles at all. I'm highly disappointed. I also have bubbles in my nails. My niece was with me gettin a fill and she left with a lumpy fill. I do not recommend this place. Read Less

I am rating this business that I have been coming to for 3 years a disappointing 1 star and I will really you why. I came to have a change of gel change of nail polish that costs $20. I wanted French nails but they didn’t have an opaque French nail gel base. So I picked a pale pink and after she was done , she said she is charging me extra $5 because the pink is a color so I’m being charged twice for gel. Then she said because she filed down my nail, it’s a manicure so my total for nails is $32- I don’t know where the 2 came from. Manicure with no scrub , no hot towel, no cuticle oil just file down. My pedicure was $30 and gel polish add on which I usually pay $40 was suddenly $45. Anyways, I didn’t want to cause a scene because I’ve noticed they treat certain customers differently here- This would be my last time coming to this place because I can’t stand when a business obviously places preference over certain types of customers. And this place does- they used to be great but their attitude has changed towards minorities such as black women and not only that, I feel they just made me pay for what is supposed to be a courtesy. My toes were done great! But my nails look terrible , the man who did my nails pushed my cuticle back way too far! Hedidn't shape them the way I wanted them! Some of my nails aren't the same length and my polish just looks terrible, I will not be back! Need more experience workers! Read Less

Dublin store better even the new 1 in Sacramento & Arden Mall. Manager needs to get it organized especially Shoe Dept. They were all over the floor hanging out of boxes just disarrayed. Employees not friendly no smiles, Customer Service 101. Oh and Associates need say excuse me instead of walking all over you close enough to bump you geez. :(. Read Less

My time was devoted to ensuring all was perfect for her until I realized I had nothing to wear. The young saleswoman was so nice and looked online and the directed me to another outstanding employee in Encore. I found the perfect dress and now my planning is complete. Very pleasantly surprised. I am very picky about my nails and normally go to another place.. but I was waiting on my car to get done at Meineke and needed my nails done badly. My nails look awesome and the technician was very fast as well.  Some minor confusion, when I walked in I asked for just a polish change and was told 25$, the nail tech did a full manicure and it ended up being 30$, but my nails looked so great I wasn't really too upset over 5$. They did not use bond aid prior to the base coat, which I'm hoping won't lead to early chipping, this was my only reason for less than 5 stars. Read Less

I have been going to Angel Nails for over six years.  The owner, Annie, is very sweet and all of her employees do an excellent job at a wonderful price.  If you are looking for a spa, this is not for you.  The lights are bright because the employees need to SEE what they are doing, and it works.  If you are looking for a spa, look elsewhere.  The employees are extremely friendly, and care about their customers.  Give it a chance. First I decided to try  # 1 Nails....big mistake!!! There are signs all over asking for cash only. I went in for a mani and pedi. I sat with my feet in the tub long enough for the water to be replaced 2 times because it got cold and the chair massage ran out of time and NO one had even started on me! I walked out. They changed all their pedicures so noting but cuticle trimming and polish comes with the basic. Their signs say only callus remover is not included in basic anymore they also removed the foot scrub. When I called them out and questioned it they said they didn't understand what I was talking about. Typical bullcrap. Never going back there. Read Less

Angel Nails is another of those seemingly strip-mallish nail salons that pop up here and there, with the focus more on price than customer service. Not so at Angel Nails. It's a great place. And I think the prior reviewer moved the service levels up a few notches. This is my fourth visit. The staff are friendly and highly skilled. They have a vast - I mean HUGE - array of regular and "shellac" polishes. The pedicures and manicures are top notch, even compared to larger cities I've visited and where I've had mani/pedis. Yes, the interior is too bright (overhead fluorescent lighting of the Walmart variety) and decorated rather garishly, but the service, quality, people and price is spot on great. I highly recommend this nail salon. They also offer waxing and other services that I haven't yet tried but will.And the TV was off...the music was very relaxing/chill and I got a great neck massage to boot. Read Less

Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars, so ..............* called, ask if there was a wait for pedicure, was told no.  The correct answer should have been there wasn't a wait to sit in the actual chair but the wait to get a pedicure was 25 minutes (& there were people/employees available but it wasn't their "turn in the rotation").  The water actually got cold I sat there so long.  * 7 chairs, only 1 was occupied (another lady sitting at the very end).  I'm placed directly next to her.  Why would you do that?  Spread us out!  * I understand English is not their first language, but I felt like Elaine from the Seinfeld episode.....  I've been in a lot of spas (not that this is a spa by any stretch) but the constant chatter, laughing, exchanging of looks, etc is unmatched in this particular place.  * total disregard for their customers.  The aforementioned 'chatter' was loud and absolutely constant.  Even had an Asian speaking soap opera on the tv - and again at a loud volume.  Mind you I do not want them talking to me but maybe just keep quite & attempt to add a tad of atmosphere to the strip mall joint. * the actual pedicure itself was just okay.  I mean, I waited longer than the actual procedure took.   Nothing special, for sure.  I'm pretty sure I will never return.  Ever.
