Been going to this place for years. They do a great job and try to accommodate all their customers even when it's busy. The quality of their work is great. Michelle works hard to make sure all her customers leave satisfied. If you have any problems she will try to fix it in the most fair manner. Her prices are reasonable and I drive from Raleigh to get my nails done by her. I saw a few people complain about pricing. Which I believe is a bunch of s***. A decent manicure with gel in the Raleigh-Durham area can cost $65+! I've been living in Raleigh for almost two years and only found one salon that does nails as good as Michelle and they charge 3x more than her. If paying $25-45 is too much, 1. Why didnt you ask how much before getting your nails done. 2. Running a small business is hard work, running a nail salon is hard. Yes, the shop can get busy at times but that's any good nail shop. I will continue to go her as long as I live in a reasonable distance. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure I'm satisfied. She makes sure my nails are healthy which is hard to do since I'm undergoing cancer treatments and makes sure I come during times I won't have to wait long. I guarantee if you treat the people at this establishment with respect. You will be surprised how far they will go to make you happy. Read Less

Only went here once and that was to get a chin and lip wax. The lady seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She plucked more hair with tweezers than she waxed. I could of did that at home for free. I paid $25 for both the wax and polish change on my toes. That was a bit much. Not to mention, my entire lip and chin area has a disgusting trail of pimples. Idk if it was dirty wax or if the tweezers were dirty but this breakout is the worst I experienced in my life. I'm almost scared because this doesn't look normal. Please reconsider if you are thinking about coming here. I should have just stuck my nail salon (401 Nails) but my husband was getting a haircut next door so I decided I would just do it at the same time. Ugh 😡😡 Read Less

Their work is very good. Clean environment. But one of the girls works too tough on my feet. Hurts me every time I get my feet done. I don't want to be rude by saying anything. Every time I just hope I don't get her. And I do :( also Michelle is very good on the full sets! Read Less

I've been going here for years. They have always taken care of my nails. Even though I am moving soon. I will drive the hour back to fayetteville for them to continue to service me. I've been going here for years now. I've read the one review that said they didn't do a good job with nails. I think she either had just a one time bad experience or a person who wasn't sufficient on nails because my girl always asks how my fingers feel, if the filing is ok, making sure I'm comfortable. I made an appointment here for 5 women to get pedicures done all at the same time and they told me they could do it. So I made the appointment at 7 because they closed at 730. I showed up at 645 after I had called the lady and she told me they were all ready fo us. At 7 pm, they only had two people doing feet. The other two were doing nails and eye brows...We didnt get the service we had asked for. I had plans i had to attend at 830.......needless to say I never got my pedicure because at 745 ( 45 mins after my scheduled appt) My feet had still not been worked on. It would of been better to have just told us the truth. Why lie? Did they think they were going to get my money on a lie???? Worst place ever. Ruined my plans with family and friends..... Read Less

I had a pedicure, full set of gel nails and eyebrows done. They did great on my eyebrows. Pedicure was ok- didn't cut my toenails straight or paint the french tips straight. Worst of all... Was getting the gel nails- OUCH! The girl doing them had nearly no mercy or regard to the fact that she was hurting me. She kept catching my cuticles with the spinning sander tool, while filing my nails she was constantly scratching the sides of my fingers. When cutting the nails to the correct length, she nearly cut every finger tip off because she wasnt watching the underside of the nail for my flesh!! I got them done 12 hours ago and ALL of my nails still hurt! I would not recommend going there for fingernails. Read Less
