This was a complete 5 stat experience pedicure.  So many places I go in and am rushed out in 30 minutes. For me, the purpose of the pedicure isn't really pretty feet at the end (that's just a bonus), but the relaxation experience.  Maybe it's because I'm a mom with young children, but the option of sitting somewhere quiet and reading a book while someone rubs my feet and no one asks me to do anything is a dream.  This pedicure lasted over an hour and included a solid 10 minute hot stone foot massage, tons of time spent getting dead skin off (I know, gross, but more and more places are skipping this), comfy chairs, friendly staff (but not talkers if you don't want to be).....what more could you ask for (ok, maybe champagne would have made it a tad bit better).  But really, this is as good as it gets. I called ahead and they said just come on in for a pedicure! There was no wait. The massage chair was pretty rough for my liking so I just turned it off. The service was great, they offer 18 different pedicure options which was a little ovewhelming since it was my first time there. This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. The customer service is excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. Very nice people and wonderful pedicure...but for my manicure they kept switching out techs and I didn't like that....also where they do the waxing ...no paper sheet was laid down to prevent getting the oil of someone else ony body. I always like to observe if they are clean nail places and alot I find are not...they will use same dirty instruments on your nails This was a cleaner nail Salon then most. Read Less

Poor customer service. I called ahead of time ( while sitting in the parking lot) and the owner said no wait for a mani/pedi come on in. So, I did and 1 hour later they started on my manicure when a tech arrived. The only reason I stayed is because I was with my mother. A total of 2 hours and 40 min later for a basic manicure and pedicure. They need to be more honest when they are busy and tell people how long it will take rather than try and keep the business by lying. I will be going back to the candle bar!!! This nail salon is classy, elegant and sophisticated. The ambience is great! The whole experience was awesome! Michael did a fantastic job on my manicure, full set and cat eye! I absolutely love them! My stress relief pedicure was out of the world! The young lady did an outstanding job on waxing my eyebrows! Loved my coconut pedicure. If only the massage was longer! They use timers so you get your full 10 minutes (or whatever time you choose). The spa is kept clean and the chairs seem fairly new. The pedicurist was attentive and took her time throughout the process. My boyfriend has never gotten a pedicure before and they were very accommodating throughout the process and always checked to make sure we were still comfortable. Money and time well spent! I absolutely love this salon!!! The nail technicians spend ample amount of time for each requested service. They never rush the job and pay attention to detail better than any other establishment. My pedicures and manicures last so long after leaving. I don't live in Fayetteville but I make the drive because they're worth it. This nail salon is what needs to be the standard for other salons. I am a regular customer here. I regularly get shellac pedicures and manicures, as well as eyebrow waxes. This last Saturday 1/7/2017, I went to get a shellac manicure. By Monday, my manicure had already chipped. On Tuesday, I called to let them know and told them I'd be out of school at 7 PM (When they close), they were nice enough to stay open past close to re-do my entire shellac manicure and make sure it was done perfect. The shellac polish I picked for my previous manicure was faulty, and that why it was peeling off. You can tell that they stand by their work and won't stand for anything less than perfect. The price is worth the excellent work they provide. I will not go anywhere else in Fayetteville! I recommend this place! 10/10 Read Less
