Was a walk in and got right in, someone cancelled their appt thank you! Decided to go here because of good reviews and it was open. The young ladies were very helpful and friendly! Just want to remind people to be considerate of others. While I was there people walked in or called and the young ladies were booked (it is Memorial weekend for gosh sakes) so they could not accommodate anyone else. They were either treated rudely or hung up on. Shame on you! These ladies do not deserve this kind of treatment. If I lived here I would definitely be going back. This place does good quality work. If you can get in, the experience is great. The downfall is that they only have 4 nail techs that work certain hours so they mostly take appointments, walk-ins are impossible. Late on Saturday afternoon I needed a gel manicure they could fit me in at 430 - unfortunately I'm rather new to the area and was 15 minutes late.Not to worry! They got me right in. This gel manicure reminded me of the ones I got in New Jersey. There are so many nail salons to choose from but I got lucky with Ninja Nails!They have four nail stations and maybe 5 pedicure chairs. I didn't get a pedi this time but I will when do have more time. They accept credit cards and you can put your tip on it too. They do EXCELLENT nails here! Superior attention to detail. On top of that they are some of the friendliest and laid back people I've met. Pricing is not bad at all. My only caution is to make an appointment ahead of time because they seem short staffed so if you don't make an appointment you'll end up waiting a long time. I'm glad I came here, because the nail technicians and staff take their job seriously, time-wise, design-wise, customer service-wise, you name it! I was attended by Krystel, who did my pedicure and gel manicure, as well as Kristin ( sorry if I spelled her name wrong!), who painted some detailed flowers on my nails. It has taken me a long time to find someone to do my nails but I've found her . They are professional, polite, acomodating, clean and if for any reason you are not satisfied, they will do anything to make sure their clients are 100% happy every time. Due to the nature of my job most nail polish won't last but a couple of days, they suggest a product called SNS and they last three weeks now, I'm so happy with them and I will not trust anyone else to do my manicure/pedicure. My pedicure lasted nearly two months without chipping! I went in for pedicures with my mother and sister on Mother's Day we all upgraded to the OPI Infinite Shine and I don't think I will ever used another polish. The pedicures were relaxing and enjoyable. They concentrated on problem areas and really listened to what we wanted. Can't wait to go back and see how they do with a manicure! Read Less

I went in to get a Pedi. I'm scrolling through my phone as a girl uses a pumice stone on the side of my heel. After a little bit, I feel intense pain. I look and my food is bleeding, wound is about the size of a nickle. The girl leaves me to go talk to another woman whom I assume is either her boss or the owner. The woman comes over and tries to tell me how it's MY fault for having athletes foot. I know my feet, I did NOT have athletes foot on the side of my heal. I had 2 small spots of it, 1 in the middle on the side and the other was in between 2 toes. The girl even said that she thought there was callus there. The girl was freaking out and upset, saying she never hurt anymore before. I don't think she's experienced enough or properly trained. I gave the girl $10 to make her feel better because she was in slight hysterics over it. The boss/owner woman gave me a whole $2 off $40. I'm sorry, but when you hurt someone, causing them to bleed...you DO NOT charge them. Especially when that someone could sue you for causing harm. I will never go back there. My friends are appalled that they hurt me, blamed me for it, and still charged me...so they vowed never to go there either. Read Less

This place is the absolute best! My nails are on point--the prettiest they have been in YEARS for less than I pay elsewhere! In addition, my pedicure was flawless. They fit me in without an appointment 1 1/2 hours before they closed and, not only did they stay open late to accommodate me, they also let me get the pedi with extra massage time. Leah (spelling?) did my feet. Leah is a massage student folks. You will not regret getting pedicure from her! She is incredibly personable and talented. Nini & Nan are the best. They treat you like family. Appointments ensure their undivided attention for only you. The services are reasonably priced. Mani, Pedi, eyebrows and eyelashes. Massage in the chairs is invigorating and relaxing at the same time while you get your feet pampered with several types of pedis to choose from. Jelly, chocolate, tropical are a few of my favorites. I came here with my mom about 4 months ago (so sorry for my late review). I honestly thought this would be a red flag, because there was a vapor lounge (or something) near the salon, but luckily it had nothing to do with the quality of the store itself. I got a Mani-Pedi, and my mom chose to just get a pedicure. I work with my hands, so the manicure didn't last long, but it was beautiful nonetheless. As for the pedicures, I took mine off waaaay too soon, however, my Mom's lasted quite some time (which let me know that I totally screwed up, removing it and all). The experience was lovely. They did take their time with everything, but I thought that just made it more relaxing. There was also a T.V., so that was nice. Though, they didn't exactly have the most kid/family friendly show on, so if that will be a factor for you, you might have to ask if they can change it to something else. Also, I don't know if it was an option there, but there was no dipping your feet in some hot wax, which I was really hoping they had, since there was one at the last salon we went to. They did put a lotion on my hand and feet when they were done, with a nice little massage to go with it. I would definitely go back here again. Good selection of quality polish, they have Essie and OPI gel so thats a plus in my book. Always so polite and friendly and they usually have something good playing on the TV so you're not just sitting there and staring at wall. 2 hours and my feet nor my daughter's nails are complete yet. She wiped the design off of my big toe 4 times. Why I don't know. Now, I'm waiting for the owner ugh. The owner has done somebody's eyebrows, eyelashes, hands, and now that lady is getting her feet done while the owner is working on somebody else's hands. So, no design because I'm ready to go. No eyebrows and eyelashes because I'm ready to go. This is just ridiculous. They haven't even got to painting my da...ughter's nails yet. Still filing or whatever she's doing. My feet look horrible. Where's the French tip because you can't even hardly see the line. First time here and I am Never coming back again. Somebody just came in and doing tips over and design while I'm still waiting on my daughter. Let's see how this goes. She corrected by toes and did my eyebrows and now doing my daughter's eyebrows. No time for eyelashes though. I've got to go take a nap before work. 3.5 hours with no wait time though smh. May be back after work corrected. However, they were very nice. The one star was for the hospitality. As soon as I came in, I was handed water and the staff was very friendly. The lack of the other 4 other stars was for the worst/painful manicure I've ever had. I just had gel/polish removal and cleaning. He cut my finger and as he was cleaning out my nails, I jumped back with pain and said my nails weren't bleeding, but when I walked out I noticed blood underneath my nails.I'll probably go back, but not to that guy again. From the time I walked in I was greeted kindly and was given all of the information i needed in order to make a decision on what I wanted. There are also military friendly gel colors, about two, for finger nails (see photos). This was my first time going to this salon since I moved here I will say their pricing is not the lowest. It cost me 67.00 for a basic mani/ pedi with gel. They are extremely meticulous so I spent about 1 1/2 hours in the shop. My nail tech was named Lee. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The atmosphere is lovely and they have a television to watch while receiving your service. I will be exploring other nail shops for lower prices however, this place is a viable option! Read Less

I have had two separate experiences with Ninja Nails. The first time I visited the nail salon was in Fall 2015 where I received a regular manicure. I made an appointment beforehand, as I read that it could get busy. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and offered a bottle of water. The two stars commensurate the level of customer service - everyone was very nice and communicative throughout the entire process. The nail color selection is pretty good, although the gel selection is not as extensive. The process was sanitary and pleasant. The lack of stars, however, stems from the longevity of my manicure. Within three days, my nail polish began to chip. Although, I understand that it is a regular manicure, I have never had an experience with such a short-lived nail polish. Now, flash forward to my second experience. I even brought a friend along, as the people who work there were extremely kind and helpful, and this time I would be receiving a pedicure, gel polish and eyebrow waxing. Again, the process was very pleasant without any issues. I will also note that my pedicure looks great even a week later. However, not even five days after my gel polish manicure, I had chips on two nails. Two days later, and the polish on one of my nails has chipped halfway off. For a gel manicure, I expect WAY more especially since I have had experiences with gel manicures lasting over a month's time. Overall, I have not had an issue with customer service or the environment of the salon itself. I do not appreciate, however, how short my manicures last and do not think I will be revisiting. My mom and I have tried so many different nail places here in Fayetteville trying to find somewhere we loved and before here, every where has been mediocre at best. But this place was so awesome! They were so friendly and professional! They stayed past closing time to finish our pedicures and didn't rush through them or take any shortcuts. When I first saw that this location had a 5 star rating with 41 reviews I of course was a little reluctant to think it was actually that good. I have to say that my wife has tried a countless number of nail salons since we have been here and Ninja Nails hands down gives the best pedicures with the best service there is. When you go in they give both my wife and I a bottle of water and on top of that they ask about where I am even if I'm not there with her. This salon takes the time to be personal and also give a high quality nail salon experience. Definitely a must go to if you are in the area.As I said in a previous tip, if you pay cash then you save 5% and if you come in Monday-Thursday while it's raining then you save 10%. I came in from out of town Thanksgiving week and wanted to get a mani/pedi. They had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. They are located in a little strip mall I found the location to be a little sketchy. The atmosphere was not what I expected. I am used to aide spa like salon but this was a very bland, generic building. It was one large room with about 5 or 6 pedicure chairs and 4 or 5 manicure stations. When I walked in I wasn't greeted. I stood awkwardly looking for a sign in sheet but couldn't find one. Finally someone came over and asked if they could help me. They never mentioned there would be a long wait. They said they were "finishing up". Their color selection was limited in the gel polish. I sat down and waited for an hour before they even started getting my pedicure chair ready. The TV was playing Netflix but it had timed out and no one fixed it the entire hour I was waiting. The song selection was also very weird. I am used to spa like music but instead they played everything from country to gospel to 90s Pop. Some songs I have never heard. When they took me back they did my nails first. They didn't clean the station before starting my manicure. The simply cleared off the desk with a nail file. Typically the soak your hands in warm water before starting but they didn't. She went right into filing. I didn't know if this was because she was trying to save time or what. The lady that did my nails was nice and did a good job. For the pedicure she did a great job and took her time. I was surprised because they typically rush through appointments when they're really busy. But she took her time and did the full spa pedicure. This place is new, it was opened in January they say. I'm sad I discovered this place so late because they OPEN ON SUNDAYS. Hallelujah! It's clean and they have AMAZING FALL/WINTER colors for both OPI and Essie, I was like a kid in candy land.Prices are what is expected to be. $18 for mani (kinda steep) and $30 for pedi.But if you pay cash you get 5% discount and I think if you do mani/pedi combo you get a discount too. I visited Ninja Nails based off of the awesome reviews this salon has here on Yelp. I was happy to find that those reviews were not misleading! I called ahead to make an appointment, something I highly recommend doing since they have a limited staff of four. The salon is SUPER clean and organized. It is well ventilated and does not smell of chemicals! You are greeted immediately as you walk in. You are also offered a bottle of water, something that the majority of their competitors do not do. They only use top of the line brands for their polishes and gels. I chose a full sculptured gel nail set for my service. My technician, Nene, took her time to make sure that it was done properly, which I appreciated considering this was my first artificial nail set in many years. The owners and their staff are personable, professional, and very good at what they do. They answer all my questions without any apprehension. They give a discount if you pay with cash.
