Got an early Mothers Day pedi and I loved how they kept the atmosphere calm and dark. I really felt like I could enjoy myself. The prices are ok for what you get. The nail tech kinda seemed in a hurry and actually stabbed my toe and made it bleed while he was using his tools. Other than that the polish turned out great and I received a nice massage. I’d like to first say that this is the ONLY place in Fayetteville I come to for pedicures. I absolutely adore this place, however I just spent 1 hour or so waiting to be helped. I asked for a VIP Pedicure and 10 minutes after sitting down to wait they said they would help me in 5 minutes... then almost 30 minutes later they said I could sit in chair #4. After a long wait I was sat with a girl who didn't look too confident, which should have been my first clue to run. I told her I wanted almond nails and after the longest nail application of my life, I ended up with coffin nails. Usually I would ask them to fix it but after the initial process taking so long I was just ready to leave. Not only did she burn my nails because the buffer was too hot, but my nails literally felt like they were on fire the entire process. Being someone who has gotten my nails done on and off for over two years this isn't something that normally happens- again, I should have run. To make things even worse she hit my hand while doing my nails, smudging them and then acting like it didn't happen. At this point I'm tired, pissed off and ready to get out. When I went to pay for my nails that were messed up I was charged $135 DOLLARS! The woman said it was a mistake after I refused to sign the paper and refunded the money. This is my new favorite place. The vip room is worth the 50$ minimum pedicure to get in. They take their time to massage your legs, and give you blankets and a beverage in this peaceful dark and quiet area so that you can lay back and relax. I came in with a group of 6 for the VIP room. We've been here for about 25 minutes now. My nail lady left to "go grab something" and still isn't back. EVERYTHING here is an up charge. They are not very friendly and they raised a fuss when I asked for water. This place is great.  I've been coming here for 3 years.  Each time is wonderful.  I've had a different technician each time and all have been great.  You will pay a bit more here, but you are paying for the experience.  I usually go to the back room (the quiet room).  This room is completely relaxing.  There is so little quiet time in our lives these days.  This room is dimly lit, has wonderful music, and great massage chairs.  If you like to talk during your pedicure the front room is also lovely and a better fit if you like to chat.  My nails always look fantastic and I leave feeling totally relaxed.  My fave spot for a pedicure. Horrible place!I never thought I would write a review but people need to know about this place! The place is like going to a hoarders convention. Junk all over. A nail place should be relaxing and this was just the opposite. I was forced to look at employees lockers ,piled up boxes and lots of JUNK! Employees walking back and forth constantly talking. The owner/manager constantly on the phone. Then the girl giving me a mani/pedi cut my toe and it bled and all she did was squeeze some alcohol on it. It hurt for days! I just moved to the area from DC and was in need of a new gel manicure go to salon. I've tried several in the area and have been extremely disappointed with the services. I have not a single negative comment about my experience here! Wendy did my gel manicure. Not only was the equipment used completely sterile (all equipment is bagged and sealed for each customer), but she took pride in her work and didn't rush through like most nail technicians do. Today was my first time here. I have heard many many good reviews from a few people and I wanted to try it out myself. I had who I believe was Tracy do my nails and she also waxed and cleaned up my eyebrows. She was really great! She did my nails exactly how I asked and she did NOT butcher my eyebrows. I had posted only three stars because towards the end when I went to pay, I wanted to personally say thank you to Tracy and also leave her a tip, and introduce myself so I can see her again. BUT for some reason the older guy at the register just monitoring things Would not let me. He said she was busy somewhere else and to just leave her tip on the counter where he was standing. WONDERFUL PLACE!!Millenia Nails and Day Spa have been taking care of my daughter and I for 7 years now. They are very professional. They always ask us like every 10 minutes if we are ok and if we need anything. They have always done a super job on my daughters eyebrows and mine. Their pedicures and manicures are wonderful and I have always had fresh tools used on my feet and hands. This used to be my favorite place to go. I always looked forward to having my weekly pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although Mimi was always the one to do my pedicures and manicures with shelac or the occasional execption of gel nails! Being a faithful client that tips well I wasn't pleased with my last experience! I had eyelash extensions done and it was a nightmare! The glue smelt like nail glue and my eyes were on fire te whole time, but the worst part was the fact that my eyelids where glued shut. The lady doing my eyelashes forgot to put the paper in between my top n bottom lashes to prevent that from happening.... It gets better... So I couldn't open my eyes at all so she took some tool and proceeded to cut my real lashes when I asked her if that's what she was doing she said... OH NO! When I was finished I got up to look in the mirror all of my bottom lashes had been cut and were gone! I broke out in tears due to the fact I was so upset. I had to leave for Vegas the next morning with a catastrophe! All I could say was oh no, oh no what am I going to do?? Her response oh give it a week and they will grow out... This is 2 months later and they still have not fully grown in. Horrible experience! She wasn't going to charge me but I would not could not pay someone for their work... Along with a nice tip...
