First time coming here and Ginger did an excellent job with my nails. She was helpful in deciding what colors to choose and very detail oriented. One week later and my nails are still in great condition. The cookies at the end were an added bonus to a job well done.Cons - despite making an appointment, I still had to wait 15-20 minutes. I hadn't got my nails done in a few years and I needed a lot of work. Ginger took the time and cleaned me up really good. My cuticles were unkept and because of that I had areas that I had bitten off.  On my feet I had a big toe with a toe nail that had started to grow into the skin and she had her work cut out for her. She explained all of the choices to me; Basic, Regular, Deluxe, etc. I ended up getting the regular pedicure and manicure, both with gel polish. I'm not sure about the going rate for the Gel Polish so I will research that a little more but I loved Ginger and will go again because she was great!!! Read Less

This was my first time going to this salon. I ended up getting a full gel set and their basic pedicure. The atmosphere was relaxing,  the staff was friendly and my services were done in a timely manner... I was a bit nervous because I wanted an untraditional nail shape (stilletto nails)  my technician nailed it (really no pun intended) after showing her a photo..  I'm quite pleased..  Although, it is on the pricier side I feel its money well spent! Ginger did an amazing job!  I'm into week two of my gel mani and it hasn't bubbled or peeled up at all.  I'm constantly washing my hands and using sanitizer, so I'm used to them failing at this point.  But again they haven't!!She is very thorough.  I will be back in a few weeks to have them done again.  The price is on the higher end, but worth it for the quality! I just moved here, and I've been trying to find the perfect salon. This one is hands down amazing! I had Kim and she was super thorough and took her time giving me a mani and pedi. I did gel on my nails and the #2 pedi with the 10 minute massage. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality salon. Came here a few days ago. I've been getting gel nails for years over in Germany. Within the first hour one of getting my nails done, they chipped... I've never had a nail chipped from gel nails unless I was very rough. The lady even cut me. Pedicure was nice, but the personality of the worker was a bit rude. She did my friends manicure afterwards and kept slapping her hand telling her to relax, a bit too many times. She even made a comment that she was about to go home after my pedicure but had to stay to do my friends nails. Who does that? Sorry we gave you business?I was very skeptic to get gel nails again since I've had bad experience with other nails salons and it's not the same as the nails techs in Germany, but decided to spend the money and give it a try. This was not worth my $45 for a fill. I might just have to get acrylic and bite the bullet. Oh my goodness, I love this place! Just had my first appointment here and I will come every time I visit Fayetteville. This was the best pedicure I have ever received in my life! I've had pedicures in Germany, Japan and all over the States and this was the most thorough and gentle one ever. There are several packages you can choose from ranging from $30 and up. Went to see Mimi today - arrived early and had someone else remove my old Shellac. She arrived right on time for my 11:30 appt. and got started straight away. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails (hate messy paint jobs, bad filing, etc.) and Mimi was so meticulous and fast. Good first experience. I know everyone raves about Mimi and Daniella. Of course they were busy so I went to a male can't recall his name. But he did a great job. Just had a manicure with gel polish done. He also wrapped my nails to take off the old polish I had done previously. He took his time which was really great. My only complaint is the spot was kinda hard to find and the parking is limited. They share a very small parking lot with several other businesses. Tech doing pedicure used a purple loofah type brush so hard she scrubbed the skin right off my foot by the toe. It was very painful and bleeding and she then put alcohol on it, and I nearly went through the roof. Manicure was done so poorly that I had to go to another salon to have them fix it. When I went back to show the owner two days later how my foot looked with the injury scanning and do painful that I couldn't even wear a shoe, she didn't seem to care. Wouldn't stand up and look, just kept working on a customers nails. I was upset at that point and left because the owner would not address the situation. I wanted to show her so others would not go through the pain I was. Customer service is lacking here, and I have tried to go to this salon several times. One girl tries to tell me that I bite my nails, but I don't. It has a drama feel as if they think they know everything. I will not be going back, and it's the most expensive place. I also has gel nails removed and they did such a bad job. Nails had gel on them still for weeks until it grew out. Usually they soak them, but they used tools and a file...it was painful and this has never happened at any other salon I have ever been to. Read Less

The customer service was great, the girl that did my nails didn't talk much but she did a great job I definitely will be going back to this location I made an appointment it was fast and my nails and feet turned out great. Out of town,found on yelp and it was My first time at this place,i called ahead to make an appointment. I asked for Mimi(she's amazing at gel polish) she was really nice and made my appt right away. When I showed up Brianna started on my pedicure and even asked if I was okay with her starting my pedi even though she's not the person I made an appt with.
