I have been to many salons and spas in my years of travel and more so when I was working in the field of entertainment and television. From Warren Tricomi and Paul Labrecque Salon & Spa both in New York City , to West Hollywood where I went to Sally Hershberger salon . Fredericks has some of the best hospitality and down to earth stylist who are paralleled with a genuine desire to be of service and make you feel important . I can't tell you how nervous I was, I was a walk in with a mess that Required immediate color correction, my anxiety began to lessen when I noticed this lady that kept leaving her area to come check on my hair and the correction, finally I asked the stylist" is that the owner ", yes she replied .. I thought to myself wow wow She must have come over to my chair 15 times to see if the chemical was taking and turning out ok. I had a great stylist Katelyn who was very informative and comforting to add to that the lady owner added such a overwhelming sense of assurance that all would be ok ! If you're ever in the area and are looking for somewhere to get Color or a haircut. Male or female, it doesn't matter they have a very diverse staff from all backgrounds. I am truly blessed to have bumped into this place by accident for I called the Paul Mitchell school and they were not the most hospitable on the phone so I headed to the ultra tan and it's like God put Frederick's hair design right in front of me. I'm so grateful for the new friends I met there and if I could give 10 Stars I would Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Fayetteville or surrounding area Y'all Rock !!! C Read Less

I have been coming here for almost a year now and have worked with the same stylist everytime. Kristina is an amazing hair stylist, she listens to what you want and discusses your hair conditions with you before starting and gives advice on how to make your hair healthier! As the owner of this salon, I appreciate all reviews good and bad as that helps me be a better business owner and helps my salon over all. I feel the need to defend Angeliqulilas review. She came to us as a call in same day service. She asked for her roots around her hairline to be touched up only. She received a deep conditioning also because her her was damaged. Angeliquelilas freely admitted she is not loyal to any one hairdresser.This contributes to her many colors in her hair. She paid and tipped for her service and left happy. She called later to say she was not happy with her color and wanted it fixed at no charge. I felt this was an unreasonable request to fix what others had done not by my salon. We are only responsible for the touchup area.She was offered correction at an additional charge.We refund or correct all mistakes done by our salon. Read Less

These people have horrible manners and customer service. When someone is not satisfied and is very polite in asking for color or a cut to be fixed, you should be a graceful woman and correct it. Not intentionally mean, evil, disgraceful, and tacky! People are paying YOU for a certain service and salon experience, and your salon is seriously lacking. I have a lot of friends, and you get the point that they will know about my personal experience. I don't care how many years this salon has been in service, get your stylists or management in check. Frederick's is a great salon. Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job with all types of hair. Never had my nails done there, but there are always people in there getting their nails done, so they must be good at that, too. I highly recommend Frederick's and their friendly, attentive staff.
