This is my second time coming to this nail salon. The first was a great experience besides having to wait . I came the second time because I needed a fill in . I brought pictures of what I wanted and showed the nail tech . He didn’t speak the entire time attending to me he just nodded in agreeance . During the entire process of him doing my fill in he cut me several times with the drill both on the top of my nail where my cuticle is and up under my finger . One of my fingers started bleeding and he didn’t even see it until I stopped and showed him . He kept drilling and two nails later he went and grabbed some clear blue stuff and put it on the open cut. It is partially my fault just as much as it’s his because even after I showed him I was bleeding I still continued to sit in his chair and was still cut with the drill on my cuticles . He finished my fill in and I went and payed ($30 + a $3 tip) . I hadn’t really looked at my nails since I was eager to leave the shop but once I got him i did and I was upset . I went back the next day and asked to speak with a manager and told her my nails looked nothing like the picture and that I was cut numerous times to the point where one of my fingers were bleeding . She advised me she would fix my nails and asked would I mind waiting I said of course . I waited a whole hour plus and she finally puts me in a chair to have me just sitting there for another ten minutes and advises me another man was going to fix my nails . She came and looked at my fingers again and asked what needed to be fixed and only pointed out one nail . I advised no all ten were messed up . She said okay and I sat there for a few more minutes and then she advised me to come sit in the same chair that I was in the day before (which was the guy who did my nails the day befores chair) when I realized the guy whom did my nails the day before was sitting down and eventually reaching out for my hand to start my nails I declined and told him and the manager that I wasn’t comfortable with him doing my nails because of the amount of times he cut me with the drill and I didn’t like his work. The manager replied and said he has to fix my nails because it’s his work and it would be free but if someone else does it and goes over his work they’ll haft to charge me . I asked again and advised her even though I was cut to where my finger wasn’t bleeding and still today burning and the fact that I didn’t like his work I’m not able to have someone else do my nails ? She replied the same as before and said it’s his work so he won’t charge me to fix but if I have someone else fix his work they will charge . I declined and just walked out . To me that was horrible customer service and horrible management. If I could I wouldn’t give them half a star just off this one experience. Read Less

I love this place!! Gigi is amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure that she gives you quality work!! I’ve gone to other nails shops that are very expensive and I have never received the quality of work that I get from Gigi!! Been going to her for awhile and I don’t plan on leaving! Read Less
