I had been a customer of Coco nails for about 2 year, and I stopped going because one evening the owner got mad because I seen a polish color that I liked better than the one I had chosen and he got very snippy with me about me changing my mind, even though I was paying for the service. So I just quit going. Well it's been about a year since I've been there because Fayetteville has so many nail shops that I felt like I didn't have to patronize them. I was in the neighborhood at the next door DQ, so I decided to get my nails done, hoping for a drama-free Mani this go round, esp since they sent me a 10% off coupon via email as an old patron of theirs. BAAAAAD IDEA! 😖 So this is how my encounter went on my first day back in about a year. I was kindly greeted by the owners wife, very nice and poised, as all the technicians are. She asked me what I wanted, and I asked her could I look at the selection of chrome nails. She brought me a sample with about 6 different Chrome polishes on it. Since I thought that was all the samples of the Chrome, I picked one and I also picked the extra design, which I would have had to pay 10 extra dollars for, but I didn't mind because I wanted to spoil myself since I was going out of town. Then the polite technician asked me to come sit, I went and sat, but I noticed they had about six different sample boards of the Chrome nails. So I asked the owner's son, who was gonna do my nails, "Ohhhhh Gee, can I see those samples." And all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the owner came over and SNATCHED the nail samples out of my hand ✋ and threw it halfway across the room onto another workstation, in the corner, like some raging bull in a china shop. I responded by saying, "Oh my that was rude!" and he responded by asking me to leave. He asked me to leave because I stated the obvious that he's rude, impatient, and, obnoxious. He was so out -of-pocket, extra, and impatient. Patrons pay their money to come to nail shops to unwind, relax, and not feel nervous or scoulded like a child about wanting to see various selections of nail 💅 polishes. If I choose a polish and then change my mind before the technician begins, then that's my perogative 🤔UMMMM BECAUSE I AM PAYING. I don't like to feel like I'm in a sweatshop or that I'm being rushed to choose, or if I choose a particular nail color, that Im under obligation to stick with that if I happen to glance over 👀 and see a sample at the next table I think I would like better. 🙄 And let me reiterate the technicians are very nice, it's a family business and I understand that everyone is protective over their cubs, but asking your son to see another nail sample is nothing for you to act like a bull in a china shop about. The reasons for asking me to leave were totally UNWARRANTED esp because I had been going to him for 2 years prior. He needs to get some meds for his little tempermental outbursts. No one is trying to do his family wrong, he is just waaay too overprotective--I just like what I like because that's what I pay for. But what goes around comes around. So if you want a place you can relax and feel unpressured about how you spend ur hard earned money 💰, this is NOT ur place! Very pushy and Very nasty. UNPROFESSIONAL! all I'm saying is you better bring a snapshot of what you want, or you might see the Hulk come out from nowhere and ask you to leave! But you know what, if ur new to the area, I just want you to know their's a lot of competition in the Fayetteville area, so I will not lose any sleep. But I think everyone should know how the Owner is. I've seen him yell at customers before, I'm not the only one. Just take this time, do some scrolling and read a few of the reviews. He gets very snippy at times because they are so busy, buuut what he fails to realize is, it's not the customer's fault, and patrons should be able to take their time and choose what they want without him falling off the deep end. I went today for my first time. As soon as you walk in everything looks clean, new and updated. I needed my toes painted and a gel fill in. I came in at 2:50 and was out by 3:45, keep in mind this was during one of their rushes. My nail shape was perfect, and my toes looked great (and I’m very particular about my nails). Katie did my sets today and I’ll definitely be returning. It was $40 to paint toes and have a gel fill in and french tip for both toes and fingers. I recommend trying them, they get you in and out quick, fits everyone in, and does a great job in even a short amount of time. They were high staffed which is why everyone seemed to be helped right away. Plus their color range is huge, from bright colors to mood changing to chrome. I would probably schedule an appoint prior to coming in, but even the walk ins seemed to be a priority. Read Less

I found it to be a good foot bath with lemons, has the massage chairs, bottled waters, and the people were nice, great leg massage and hot towels. Downside, a little more pricey, he cut my toe, didn't paint all of 1 of my nails. Also I was doing 2 colors and he moved me to dryers before applying 2nd coat stating he didn't know. But 4 of us, all getting the same thing, handing him both my bottles, doesn't make sense. So he's on floor doing my nails at dryer, not comfy. THANK YOU LORD!! My prayers have FINALLY been answered in finding a TOP QUALITY nail Salon. I just moved here from Los Angeles and I have quite high standards coming from my hometown. I tried two other salons which left me with very poor and below standard quality when it came to my nail care. I came here after seeing a girl with beautiful at my local cell phone store. She recommended the salon and I ran the first chance I got! As soon as I walked in I felt the positive vibes which is what I'm accustomed to from my California nail salon. I was welcome and immediately put in a chair. Trish did an exceptional pedicure and Danny was like Picasso on my nails! Technician was rough and rushed.  Splurged on a signature pedi $40 and was looking forward to a lovely long massage.  They were busy but put me in a pedi chair to wait. Which was fine.  The water was warm and the chair was comfortable.  I waited about 10 minutes and the technician came over. Again, fine.  Then everything headed downhill.  The tech was rough and unskilled - going over the same area in repetition very rapidly and completely missing other areas.  This happened during the exfoliating and with the callous paddle and each time I said that's starting to hurt.  OK, so not relaxing - but still looking forward to the wonderful massage.  The message was about 2 minutes per leg (I video'd actual time was 1:35). Whole thing was for me over in 45 minutes including 10 minutes waiting.  Maybe isolated training issue, but I would definitely not return. Read Less

I went to Coco Nails last Thursday to get my nails done. I got the pink and white acrylic. I heard great things about coco nails and that's why I went to get my nails done there. I've had to stop going to the nail salon I used to go to because they're work was not coming out good anymore. My acrylic on the nail tips would start to rise after 4 days. and from what I know and have experienced of getting pink and white acrylic nails, is that they lasts longer Than just two weeks. The pink and white acrylic nails is my thing to get when I get my nails done because it's a classic. Looks beautiful and I don't have time to go every two weeks to get my nails and it's meant to last. So I decide to go try Coco Nails because I needed a new nail place to get my nails done, so I went to Coco Nails. And the pink Acrylic on the nails is already rising.???? Why??? I got my nails done with Katie when I went last week. And I told her my bad experience here in Fayetteville. She reassured me that I would be happy. So I felt ok let me try. I do want to say, that she did rush thru it. And she did not apply the primer after putting on the nail with glue. After she put the nails on m, she drilled them down and she just started putting on the acrylic. She did not put primer on before acrylic. I called yesterday around sometime after 6 pm i believe it was 6:30. And I asked for Katie because I wanted to let her know what was going on with my nails because she said if I had any problems to call her and I can come back and she would fix Nails for me free of charge. So I called yesterday and let her know that my tips were starting to rise. She asked me when Was the first day I got the nails done, I told her it was Last Thursday and she told me ok I fix for you when can you come on. I asked her if it was going to have to pay and she said no, Because it has not been two weeks since I got my nails done and they are rising already. So I said ok, can I come Saturday, August 5, 2017. I didn't want to wait much longer and my nails got worse. But then Katie said that the nail Salon is Closed today and Saturday for me to come on Monday. My left heel wasn't done correctly so I talked to the owner about it, she said there was nothing wrong with my heel and the next time I come they will take care of it... really lady ?she don't like having customers!!!!....
