On my 1st visit I was told the s.s nails were better then gel and while I was getting them was told you don't get fill-in every 3 weeks but replace them ($45 & $5 for color). Within 2, 2 1/2 weeks 2 of the nails started to pop off. When I went back n told them I was told "yes, it's been 3 weeks n that's about right". So I decided to go with gel which I had in the past. 2 1/2 weeks later 2 of the nails started coming off again. Being that I just didn't feel "welcomed " there decided to try another salon. While waiting my turn found a woman who didn't care for this salon either. I have found a nail salon were even if you haven't been a regular you are welcomed n they did an excellent job. Their salon looks nice, but I got a terrible nail fill there. The lady filed all the corners of my natural nails off. Filed down my nails soo short. My fingers were sore for days. The nails started to lift after a week. They were a terrible shape. It was an expensive fill from an inexperienced nail tech. I Sent an email the next day, explaining the situation. I was told they would "talk" to the lady who did my nails and to come in again and I would get a discount. I said I w...asn't comfortable with getting my nails done, could the "discount" be applied to a pedicure? (They never took the time to tell me what "discount" they were offering me.) They replied with just come in to the salon and the manager will "decide what discount to give you". I wasn't happy with the vague response. I asked for a manger to call me. And she didn't or hasn't. It's been two weeks since my fill and over a week, since I asked for management to contact me. Terrible customer service. If you read through more reviews, you can see that they don't take well to customer complaints, and don't seem to offer a whole lot to unhappy patrons. I have worked in customer service for years, and that's not how you deal with a customer complaint. The customer is usually right, and companies should want to rectify situations in order to have people come back and spread a good word. I've been going to Mint for about 8 months and I have had nothing but fantastic treatments! I have seen almost everyone from their team and they are always amazing!! I booked a pedi... I burnt my foot twice!!! The water was so freaking hot!! I had to keep telling her it was way to hot. She rushed through everything. ... kept looking at the clock. It wasn't very relaxing at all. I just get regular polish. Once she was done... she said I could leave but be careful .. I said no that's okay I'll wait abit longer... I'm kind of clumsy. So she said I had to wait upfront by the door with a fan on my feet. It was a super crappy experience. My feet feel worse then when I walked in... Super rough feeling. Not too bad the first time , 3 times in a row was not good . Shalac peels off , after the third time I asked if the girl could go it over , she said yes . I drove all the he way there and the girl said her boss was there and she said no . I left very unhappy . Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone . I was looking for a salon that offered me value, quality and professional service. It was a pleasant change to walk in the door and not have someone yell "Pick your colour!" from the back of the room. The décor is simple but classier than many of the other nail bars I have been to. My first visit, I brought one of my daughters and she was so excited with the pretty designs on her toes - not the typical 5 dot daisies. Pricing is very reasonable - only $5 more for a mani/pedi than the salon that treated me like just another set of nails in a production chain - I consider it money well spent. I have happily recommended them to my friends, family, co-workers and keep their business cards handy for all the people who compliment my nails. Read Less

I would give this place a zero if I could . Rude rude rude. The first time I went I was to get s mani/pedi. The young guy who did my pedicure was upset about something when he began my pedicure and handled my feet as such! After the pedi I was to get s manicure so the guy set my at a booth and never returned! At that point I left after sitting for 20 minutes. So, I decided to try this salon again. Walked in for mani/pedi. Set in the chair for s pedicure, the nail tech didn't even speak. I saw her grab the pedicure tools from the cabinet not the sterilizer. So, I asked if the tools had been sterilized. You would have thought I committed a crime. The look and response was amazing. I was told yes they came out of a pack. I said well I did see any of the tools get removed from a pack. After that I left without any services and went to a facility where I know things are sterilized all the way in Greensboro. I'm very particular with my body and having someone else foot disease is something I do not want ever! Never again at this facility. Read Less

I love getting my brows done here by Mia. She's great and I love the atmosphere and how all the employees are kind, friendly and easy to joke around with.
