I have been going here for my manicure and pedicure. They have wonderful service and are very friendly. I go every 3 - 4 weeks and I leave happy each time. Sting does a fantastic job every time. Came from rose nails to get my gel fixed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. He said I had a rushed job. Fortunately, they had the same color. He fixed the few that were wrinkled and didn't even charge me. Definitely going back! Read Less

The customer service could be improved. I went in to get a full set and pedicure. This is not the first time my water has gone cold waiting on someone to start my service. When I got ready to leave that's when they wanted to say someone is coming. I did not see them clean the pedicure stations after clients left which is unsanitary. I showed a lady a picture of how I wanted my nails only pink with gems she said I can't do that in a rude manner. I said ok well can u do the full set and someone else do the design she said I mean if they're available if not then u just can't get it. I got up to leave and just pay for my pedicure. At that time the manager asks no full set and I said no she doesn't know how to do what I want and left. It's a shame bc I used to enjoy going there but their lack of customer service skills and the young people working there have no sense of care in the world they don't care about customers coming back to me it seems they are just rushing to get you in and out to take your money. 4/17 on Monday, I arrive here and there are more people than there are staff, I wait for almost a hour and once my turn I requested the pink and white nails and she says they dont have the powder. In reality they didnt have the time and didnt want to do it. Horrible experience, and this is after the fact I went to get a polish change last week and it chipped off entirely! Wonderful in my opinion. Didn't have an apointment so I had to wait, but it was only a short time. I got a full set if gel nails with gel polish and they looked perfect. The lady that did them was friendly and conversational. I don't usually do things for myself and it was nice for a change. I am actually going back today for a fill and new color. New to the Triangle and gave this place a shot since it's near my house.  Got a pedicure and all seemed fine, cute nails, inexpensive and speedy service....Until some time passed and as the nails began to grow out they were thicker than usual, there was an obvious ridge in both my big toenails from where I had had a Spa Nails pedicure....Fast forward a few months and both my big toe nails have actually peeled off from that pedicure.  Apparently this shop gave me a fungal infection!!!!  I've never had an infection before and haven't had a pedicure anywhere else (I usually do my own nails with my own clean equipment).Gross.  Painful.  Unattractive.  Do NOT go to this nail salon!!
