I arrived at 6pm with a friend to get a fill in and her get a full set put on. They took my friend around 610 to be worked on, by 650 I was still sitting, waiting to be helped. There were two ladies who seemed to be there just to talk because all they did the entire time I was there was stand next to someone else and talk to them as they worked on nails. By the time they finished with my friends nails (around 650), I had had enough with sitting around wasting my time, waiting to be helped so we left. In the 40 minutes they were working on my friend three other ladies came in to get their nails done also. One left before they finished my friend and the other two waited to be seen. Also while waiting, one of the girls who was there before me had started to be worked on, but once the lady glued the nails onto the girl, she left and did not finish working with her AND had 4 people waiting. It was a TOTAL waste of my time and most definitely will not be returning to get anything done there. As the staff clearly didn't care they had others waiting. I also gave a one star rating because I can't leave it empty.

So went in for a Mani & Pedi with gel polish $72. So basically they charged me $40 extra for gel polish on both my hand and feet. So I asked if I bring my own gel polish does that eliminate that cost....
So went in for a Mani & Pedi with gel polish $72. So basically they charged me $40 extra for gel polish on both my hand and feet. So I asked if I bring my own gel polish does that eliminate that cost... the answer of NO.
I treat myself maybe once or twice a year. Last time I had it done in the village it was $50-$60 but definitely not $72. So I assumed it would be about the same here, so I proceeded without confirming the price, Different places different prices. Customer service was good. Lin did my nails and I like them. Call them after leaving to get a price break down. Tone of nail tech during the conversation left a bad taste in my mouth and he may have been like that because he thought I was trying to get a discount or refund, if that's what I wanted then I would have said something before I went out the door.
Will I go back for a Mani and pedi?... Yes for a pedi but no for a Mani. I'll definitely purchase my own gel polish which is less than $20 and paint them myself at home.
Will I request Lin to do my pedi again? Yes

JOE AND LYNN ARE THE BEST!!!! everybody that works there are like a family to me. If I could clone this nail salon I would. The prices are worth it and the atmosphere is lovely.

I come here all the time. They accomdated my daughter and granddaughter without any appointment to do wedding nails. I absolutely LOVE this place. Am so glad Joe took it over! 😊

If you are in the Durham area, don't waste your time going anywhere other than here! I went to a place in brier creek and they did a horrible job. Came to Panache's and Kelsy not only fixed my nails but was so kind and personable, it was a wonderful experience. Kelsy is also bilingual speaking Spanish and English. If I could rate this place 10/stars I would!

You really should find another place. I was there today and went to pay for my pedicure, the total was $27 I had $10 left on a gift certificate I got at Christmas, the guy ran my card for $17 and then...
You really should find another place. I was there today and went to pay for my pedicure, the total was $27 I had $10 left on a gift certificate I got at Christmas, the guy ran my card for $17 and then the owner started yelling about let me see that gift certificate. He handed it to her and it had expired last week so she told him to run my card for another $10. I explained to her that it is illegal in NC to put a 3 month expiration date on a gift certificate that has been paid for and she said that she didn't care what the law was she would do what she wanted to.I told her that if she would give me the gift certificate back I would pay the $10 but I wanted the gift certificate because I was going to file a complaint with the attorney general. She refused to give it to me and kept insisting I give her my card so they could run my card for another $10. I finally called the police (at this point for the principle of it).The police arrived and I explained my side of things and he told her that she had to give me the gift certificate back and she completely ignored him for several minutes until she looked up and said that I was lying. She then lied to the policeman and said that I never offered to pay the $10. He told he that it didn't matter that if she was not going to honor the gift certificate back and I wanted it she had to give it to me.I'll be contacting the NC Attorney General's office first thing tomorrow.EDIT: Only business I have ever written a review for online and received harassing emails and messages from individuals saying that I need to stop running my mouth about their business.

Okay. I went here because it was convenient as to where I needed to be at the time. I got there at 5:50. I know they close at 7, but I thought it would be plenty of time. I walk in and the lady tells me to get a color. No problem. When I sit down, she tells me one of my acrylic nails popped off because they were old. That's okay too. She then proceeded to tell me I had nail fungus when she was taking off my acrylics, and then cut my nail so far down it started bleeding. She did not apologize or even flinch. It was not comfortable and she seemed annoyed. The lady doing my nails was also rude to a walk in customer who was taking too long to pick out her nail color. Really? The quality of the work was great, but I will not return due to poor customer service.

Got a mani and pedi for my wedding... Absolutely incredible customer service, very relaxing and clean environment. I also got my eyebrows done. I can say, hands down, the BEST wax job I've ever gotten...

Pretty great!!! I came without and appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and was taken in right away. They have lots if colors for gel manicure and plenty opi too! The place was clean and their massage chairs even massages your behind! Interesting right?! The price for a pedicure and gel manicure is about 50. The staff is very decent and very friendly! I like it I'll definitely come back again!

Met the ladies at Panaches on the same day I met Tim, my new barber. What are the chances of two great finds in one day?Lindsey - I hope that's the correct spelling - is the champion of liquid gel overlays. I'll be a customer for as long, long time. This shop looks great and is really, really, really clean. In fact you must wash your hands prior to service. There is a great selection of services and what seems like a never ending rainbow of polish colors. Can't wait to go back and sit in one of their many state of the art spa pedicure chairs - maybe this weekend?

I arrived at 6pm with a friend to get a fill in and her get a full set put on. They took my friend around 610 to be worked on, by 650 I was still sitting, waiting to be helped. There were two ladies who seemed to be there just to talk because all they did the entire time I was there was stand next to someone else and talk to them as they worked on nails. Okay. I went here because it was convenient as to where I needed to be at the time. I got there at 5:50. I know they close at 7, but I thought it would be plenty of time. I walk in and the lady tells me to get a color. No problem. When I sit down, she tells me one of my acrylic nails popped off because they were old. That's okay too.
