This was my first time at Allure Nail Spa and I truly enjoyed the Service. My nail technician, Ms. Jenny, was very courteous and professional. I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been very authentic and I have never felt like anyone was trying to upcharge me or over charge like other salons in the area. The staff is always warm and friendly, and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Not to mention they always do a fantastic job! I would have kept coming back based on these things alone, but the recent changes in management, the aesthetic of the salon, and the new tweaks added to the services give you a spa like feel, which is a nice perk. Upbeat and funny, it was highly enjoyable for him to do my nails. They have a HUGE selection of colors and a variety of products to choose from...and for $35 for a classic mani/ pedi....I honestly have not seen a better deal. AND my nails look fabulous! It took me just over an hour to get in and out on a Wednesday evening. Nolan gave a great foot/leg massage but could tell I was uncomfortable with all the bottom of the foot scrubbing (sorry I'm ticklish!) Found this little gem after doing a quick search for a salon near my office looking for a place to fix my busted no chip nails... and they saved the day! They did such an great job that I've been coming here religiously for the past year. The owners is awesome, as is all of their staff. My no chip manicures typically last 3 weeks, sometimes up to 4! This compared to other places that last MAYBE 2 weeks. They really take their time with your nails and make sure you are happy with the results. Read Less

Upgraded everything from the floors, nail drying area and best of all massage chairs! I opted in for the lavender massage and it was worth it! Friendly staff as before and they do excellent work! The gal doing my pedicure Tina was super sweet and kept checking if things were going ok. (I I appreciate that!) I will definitely return and I felt that they genuinely care about their customers! There are some pretty bad reviews on here about Allure, but I think they do a pretty good job. I came and got a pedicure and gel polish change during my lunch, and my experience was pleasant. I had a man technician (not sure what his name is); he paid close attention to detail and took his time, but wasn't slow. He was quiet but very kind and fulfilled my needs. The only complaint I have is that I asked for a gel manicure, but I just got a polish change, which is annoying, but no big deal because it saved me some money. :) I'll come back here in the future. I went a while back and everyone was so friendly and nice so I decided to treat myself to get my nails (acrylic) and toes(pedicure) done two weeks ago and when I got there the man cut my fingers two times; causing me to bleed badly on one nail and acted as though he did not care ! Afterwards when I asked why it cost so much for my nails and feet she caught an attitude and then took out tipping money ! I knew it wasn't going to be cheap to get everything done but it was still overpriced especially after the bad service I received ! I've been here several times in the past and have not had any issues well today was a different story. I walk in and was greeted immediately and was asked to have a seat. A few minutests later I was asked which services I needed and directed to the chair of someone who has never done my nails..... She was nice and pleasant. Until she finished and had to file my nails. I got the dip powder and after they were dry enough to file she did just that. On several of my fingers she went too far into the cuticle area to the point my pinkie now has dried blood in the crevice of it while a few others were burning when she went to polish them. I tried to explain this to her but I'm pretty sure she did not understand what I was saying. If I do go back she will not be doing my nails. Read Less
