Today was my first and last experience at Dazzling Nails. I stood 20 minutes at the door of the shop to request a fill in and cut down. I was told $ 27.00

Today was my first and last experience at Dazzling Nails. I stood 20 minutes at the door of the shop to request a fill in and cut down. I was told $ 27.00
I then waited approximately 2 hrs to be serviced. I was serviced by the gentleman at station 2.
The gentleman was advised by myself that I only wanted a fill in and cut down.
Minutes through my service this guy began cutting off my nails and replaced two of the fingers in a crooked position. I noticed immediately and asked for them to be removed, but he continued as, if I didn't make a request.
All my 41 yrs on this earth, when paying for service, I never requested specific service and was provided the direct opposite of what I request and still paid for it. Today was definitely the day I went opposite of my usual display of dissatisfaction.
******This place obviously makes plenty of money to not have to value a new potential customer.**********
Good Luck on your visit, maybe it will be better than mine.

I have mixed emotions about this nail salon Ina get my nails done fanatic I like my nails to be as close to the image I have in my mind as possible they are very professional they are very clean aesthetically appealing before they are new facility the customer service is good I absolutely have no complaints today was my first day having a very bad experience with them but all in all it was more like a understanding and communication so I will give him five stars

Love this place! You may wait for walk in but it's totally worth it! Massage chairs and extensive work on pedicures will have you loving your feet again! Highly recommend them!

Been going to them since they came to Dunn. I tried salons in the area all the way to Lillington and I was never satisfied. Finding Dazzling right around the corner has saved me a trip to Garner or Ra...
Been going to them since they came to Dunn. I tried salons in the area all the way to Lillington and I was never satisfied. Finding Dazzling right around the corner has saved me a trip to Garner or Raleigh! Plus they do a better job. I try to get Solomon every time now because he does a beautiful job. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. Like all nail salons, sometimes something isn't right but they've always taken care of it for me. My only issue is that the space is too tight in there. Great neighborhood atmosphere. 💟

My pedicures are always amazing the older lady who i believe is their Mother she is amazing and she does really good work! Too bad i can't say the about her daughter, Her attitude sucks. As long as she is bragging on her self or trying to sell you something everything is fine but when you point out her mistakes she gets very hostile. Horrible customer service.
