I've been here 3 times so far, I've traveled all around the states and go to the gym daily. So getting a massage is a way to let my mind, body and soul heal. The staff are professional and do a very good job. Waxing: they do waxing since I do body building I sometimes get my thighs waxed and most of the time it hurts but not here they do it fast and efficient. I still don't look toward to getting it done lol. Massages: simply amazing, very relaxing atmosphere its quiet with calming music. The message beds are very clean and comfortable the lights are dim for a way to immersive dream. I've actually fallen asleep during one so it's that good. Cons: from the business perspective I would only recommend some type of way to bring customers back often such as card stamps(for people who come often). Or better text message coupons. I had injured my back badly and not able to reach my toes in weeks. I figured it would be difficult to get an appointment but they found an opening for my pedicure. This Spa never disappoints.Ask for Nicole who is always smiling by the way, she is not only the owner but gives an awesome Mani/Pedi and has the latest Shellac and OPI Products.
