I am here from out of town for work. I have been to nail salons all over the country and this place is beyond the best. Walked down the street for a mani pedi last Sunday and I left so relaxed and satisfied. Nancy did a beautiful job on both and my favorite part was the mini massage she gave here and there throughout the service!!! They don't really know how to do nails, they charge to do nail art but when I asked for something they end up telling me no one knows how to do it and they can only do lines, when I give them an example of line art they said nope don't know how to do that only one straight line...they wanted to charge me 40.00 for that?! On top of everything the acrylic nails they left them a little too thick and the oval shape that I asked for did not come out how I wanted. I wish I had a better experience, I did not mention all this because I was already upset from how many no's they had given me from the beginning from the original nail art that was not complicated. What a great addition to the east side! Was able to get some beautiful lavender nails with a little nail art from Chloe. She did some top notch shaping and was able to work around the fact that my previous manicure was with dipping powder. The whole staff were super friendly and offered water, sparkles and macarons to enjoy during your appointment. I love how they remove the gel polish! They soak off and DON'T use that drill to wear down your nail bed. They also put more then 1-2 coats on!! those are 3 things I'm really specific about with my gel polish nails. Everyones friendly as far as I've experienced!! I make the drive to go here. Use to love this pkace but their too high and they are very rude. They want you to get what they wanna do for you which is the highest priced way to go. I used to love this place when it opened. Even sent them lots of bussiness. But i dont go there anymore an havent for a few years because of the rudeness an how they treat you. I have never in life dealt with more rude people and horrible customer service. I called to see if I could have my pedicure redone because the polish was done horribly and it was just an awful pedicure. I was told to go else where and pay more money to receive a pedicure bc for the prices they charge they were not going to redo my pedicure. I will never go back!! Read Less

I will never go back. My gel nails look terrible. The lady was "having a bad day" and was completely rude to me. Attitude is everything and I almost walked out half way through her doing my nails. Worse nail experience ever!!! Read Less

I had a full set of acrylics done and they looked great until I tried taking them off. My natural nails are destroyed. A few almost ripped off with the acrylic. I've had them done before but not at this salon and though they messed up my natural nails from the grinding they didn't rip them off and didn't hurt half as much as these did. I wouldn't recommend the acrylics however for a manicure on your natural nail they are great. Read Less

They have a very poor nail polish selection their rack of polish is no where near full and they don't have all colors. They mainly just have shades of red and pinks. I got a pedicure and there was someone's toe nail clippings in the chair. The place is very dirty. The massage chairs feel wore out. Definitely NOT a place to come a relax. It's located inside of walmart and all you hear are the cash registers. By the time I got home my nail polish was already chipping off. The staff was not friendly, didn't offer u anything thing to drink. i will NOT be back to this location. Read Less

I love love this place! I have been coming here for years. I see either CQ or Steven. They both do a great job. I have gotten the article nail with the gel polish and right now I have the pink and white. I drive over 30 minutes away but they are by far the best place around! I highly recommend them and the rest of the staff! Read Less

Would have been 5 stars but I came in today to get a nail repaired but had to wait 15 minutes. There were 4 staff here but they only did pedicures. They open at 9:30 but nail technician didn't get here until 9:49 and only one came in. Others not here yet at almost 10am.  Not good for business!!!!So disappointed. I come here faithfully. Read Less
