Terrible customer service. I went for a relaxing day after a stressful week, they were busy and understaffed. I totally understood and was patient. They sat me in a pedicure chair and soaked my feet for 45 minutes. Once they finally took care of me, the woman was incredibly rude, almost annoyed that I was even there. She rushed through the entire thing and even left halfway through to go start someone else's nails. I had to ask her to please trim my toenails because she wasn't going to. And then when she was about to paint them I had to ask her to file them straight and she argued with me telling me they were straight. She filed them and angrily shook her head while she did it. She then painted my toes the wrong color and then didn't use gel like I asked. When I asked her if that was gel she replied that gel was more expensive. My friend and I came from out of town and decided we wanted to get out nails done. We just searched what nail salons were close and had good reviews. We called ahead and they were able to get us right in. The ladies were very nice! Offered us a drink when we walked in. They did a good job with our gel manicures and had a large selection of colors. I get gel manicures regularly and I feel I'm pretty picky with how it's done. I was very pleased. Would definitely come back if I lived in the area. Read Less

Since I've lived in Dallas and that's been the period of 11 yrs and periodly when I've needed desperate service I would drop in for a toenail polish or nail polish, and the service weren't welcoming. The lines of communication are very poor, you only receive ONE coat of polish when they polish your nails or toes.. and that's every time I've came here. When you express what you want they try to do what they want to provide instead of what you requested. Their services are ANCIENT! !!! They're in desperate need of new, friendly, enthusiastic nail techs that bring creativity to the business. This isn't based on today's experience, but over a period of years. Read Less
