This is the second time my card was charged way more than I was charged in the shop or signed for on the receipt.Not only did I get charged for a service on my teenager that neither us requested that was more costly than our request but then to have the bill padded even more is ridiculous.Disappointed to say the least. Definitely the worse nail salon I have ever been to! They charged me 5$ more for the shape I wanted and did a horrible job. I asked for them to be short and he told me that the nails I wanted were supposed to be long and continued on. Then as he is filling them he did it so hard that he cut my skin and it started to bleed. After that he had me put them in to dry and while the were drying he started filling them again and totally messed up the polish. After he fixed we left. I wouldn't even rate this place as 1 star honestly. Their costumer service skills are lacking big time, and their prices are stupid ridiculous and not to mention they make you pay for a nail file and buffer if you don't have one when you come in. Why am I gonna pay to buy a nail file when that's the whole point of going to a salon!! Also they wanted to charge 25$ just for a polish change, no thanks. if you have nails done in the area, DO NOT use the Nails For You by the Food Lion  in Creedmoor!I took my daughter in today to have her nails filled in.  The older man (owner) cut them down so short (shorter than they were when she first got them) that we stopped him and told him they were too short.  He proceeded to argue and fuss with her until I told him not to raise his voice at her anymore.  The older lady(owner) stepped in and said she would redo them and start over.  She didn't completely, and added the nails so that they were curled around.  Now, I hate it when people have overly long curly nails, and they certainly have no place on a 16 year old.  The lady assured me they started out like that and would be fine.  I don't do manicures and I was getting a pedi the first time she got them, but we have been happy with them, so I took her at her word.  Needless to say, they turned out very curved and even had a couple with notches in the side and look awful.  I talked with Ty( the one who did them originally) and he said they were not right but that he would have to do them for her tomorrow and to just have them take those off.  Well, the woman refused to do that.  Even after talking to her and The younger guy Ty coming right out and saying that they were "messed up" and that "with them like that they cannot be fixed like I would do them" and to just have them remove them, they refused to do it.  They were bad enough thatshe didn't even want them left on overnight, and a couple were uncomfortable, but even though he told them they should take them off, they refused.  He finally just looked at me and said "They own the place, what can I do?" Ridiculous!  Needless to say, My daughter  left there in tears, which made me even more angry! As for the person who says she was there, she missed all of the problems with the first attempt, including the man yelling at my daughter.  She only came in once we had been there three hours and had made multiple attempts to get these people to be competent and professional, which we know now is not possible.  My daughter was afraid to say anything else was wrong in the salon because she didn't want the man to yell at her anymore.  They were bad enough that she said she felt like a Disney villain and her friend to,d her they looked like eagle talons.  I did take her in to another salon in Raleigh today, and the people there were very professional.  The woman spent over an hour and a half correcting the nails, and to,d us step by step what should have been done and why they looked like they did.  Now they look beautiful! My review is based on today's experience only. I have gone before and been really unimpressed. Today I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. Yen did my nails and did a great job. You know after a bad day I thought going to get my nails done would make me feel better. ..... well I got a gel manicure before Valentine's day and was told they could "soak off" and wouldnt ruin the nail underneath. Well I just sat through some bitch literally ripping the nails off my fingers and when I asked why the hell she was doing that when I asked for a soak off I was told that was the only way to get them off! !!! Highly fucking pissed and I will never fucking be going back! FYI DONT GO HERE! Typical strip mall nail place.  The techs don't speak English fluently so alot gets lost in translation.  When I think I'm looking teenwolfish, I get my eyebrows waxed here.   And dude, it never fails... the staff here will bluntly let you know if any of your other areas need servicing too.   It took me off guard the first time.  I was asked what I wanted waxed.  To which  I politely answered "just my eyebrows".    The girl helping me  raised her index finger, pointed towards my upper lip and said   "oooh, noooo. It's much".  Um, ok.  {{insert a WTF?}}I guess my 'stache was showing?  Hanging head in shame, I obliged.   So next time I went in, I came prepared with my upper lip waxed and all!  I don't like paying the extra $8, so I'd rather do it at home.  Nevertheless, she now pointed to my un pedicured toes.   I quickly realized, this is their style of upselling and I don't take it personal.  Plus, I don't have much of a choice 'round here. Again, typical strip mall nail place.    If you're looking for upscale spa quality, you need to look elsewhere.    I will have to say though, that they do a decent  job on all services offered (manis, pedis, acrylics, and the waxing).
