I rarely leave reviews but left with a really bad taste in my mouth. I believe these technicians are trained from higher management to nickel and dime you to death- I paid $88 for a decent pedicure and really bad SNS (a gel top coat is NOT supposed to go on SNS!!) When I went to pay they kept trying to upcharge me for more and more (I think it is so wrong to charge someone to take off a gel manicure.... you just soak it off with acetone.) My gel top coat is bubbly on my SNS which already shows me that it will last maybe a week and a half. I will not be returning. Read Less

Everything was clean and organized. She was personable and very helpful in getting me the nails I wanted. They are always great ! People have always been nice. We came a few months ago for a blowout and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. At one point there were 3 people with 3 hair dryers doing my mom’s blowout. The fuses blew two time and we finally said forget it and that we would finish ourselves at home. They did not charge us for the service since we were unsatisfied and we appreciated it so that is why we have it a second chance. When we came in this time we had our nails done instead, but the problem came at checkout. They were very unorganized and could not figure out what the final bill was...probably because the lady was on a personal call with state farm while ringing us up. They were also not up front with pricing. They did a good job with nails, but just an overall unprofessional experience. We will not be back. Read Less

Amazing service and hospitality! And you definitely can't beat $1 mimosas, champagne, or wine while getting pampered. They have so many options of colors to choose from and when I felt overwhelmed by the options, they were able to take my ideas and create a custom shade! So accommodating. Missy, who pretty much runs things there is an amazing asset to the business. I really enjoy her alot. She is the HEARTBEAT of the business! Tonight I tried Kelly and she was really good. My experiences at the spa have been mostly positive. A few times my services were a little rushed and when that happens, I am not afraid, to share that with Missy. I tip well, and work in the sales industry too, so service is very important to me. I recommend Bellagio to many people. Keep ...up the professionalism with your guests and you'll continue to grow. Never make any of your guests feel unimportant, because that will kill your business. Speaking English is so important because as a guest, we don't feel comfortable hearing the employees talking amongst themselves and then laughing, it makes people feel like we are being made fun of. This is atypical for me to leave a negative review, however my experience at this nail salon was so egregious that I felt it necessary. I went in for a mani-pedi which took place in the chair and during the "hand massage" phase of the manicure the man doing my nails began to rub the front of my body in a completely inappropriate manner. Love this place. Their gel manicure lasted almost 4 weeks. And I am hard on my nails. I've never had a manicure last that long. Very clean place too. They open a fresh kit for every customer. I love that. Highly recommend!! Suri is a sweetheart and extremely professional. :) Read Less

Just took my mom in here for a late Mother's Day present. As a guy I have only gone in a few of these places, but I was impressed. The massage chairs were awesome! All of the employees were so kind to my mom and myself. Loved that they were playing relaxing Christian music. It was really clean in there. I paid cash, and without me even asking, they let me know that you get a 10% discount if you pay cash!!! Loved that :) BEST PART: It did not smell toxic like all the other nail places i have been in.
