Prices are not posted and they do not honor the prices on their Facebook page. Went there for months then got up charged. When I asked the guy about it, I was informed I was wrong. I showed him their menu on Facebook and he said that it was old. i told him I was disappointed because they did a good job but I didn’t trust going somewhere that is not upfront with their pricing. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He made it clear he didn’t care about my business.

I have never had a bad experience at sexy nails and spa. I’ve lived in concord for about three yrs now and this nail salon was the first nail salon I tried and I’ve been going there every since then. Mimi is a very nice person and she conduct her business as she should. She has always been nice to me and any service I have ever requested was done in a professional manner. She is always upfront with you on how much u will pay and if u are a regular customer, she will make sure you are taken care of. They staff always greet me and ask if I want something to drink and they keep it that way to the end of my visit. I definitely love going to this nail salon and will keep going, even if I decided to move from concord this would be my home salon.

I would give a zero star if asked. The owner MeeMee called me from Ohio to work for her while she go to her country. I came down two days later, only to be treated like dog. She talk about her employees and customers like dogs. She told her workers I owe her money. When in fact she agreed to help with the plane ticket to Charlotte. She tried to cheat me out of almost $50 and blamed it on the computer. She made me feel like a ant because I forgot to charge for a few different services, but her husband helped with getting the ticket right. All clients I serviced was happy and was glad they had someone that understood them.She discredit her customer if they are not happy with service. She makes all employees rush on the customer service to make more money. She change the price on almost every client. She pay to have five star on this site, because of bad service. So I come in today only for her to hand me a check and lisence. She never told me she was letting me go and the reason. My last day working she showed no sign of firing me. I'm still confused as to why I was fired.

Less than 3 days later you couldn't even tell I had a manicure. (And I babied my hands) My mother and grandmother were with me and they had/have the same issues. They cut my cuticles to shreds and they are still recovering. Totally disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

I asked for a manicure. I was told it was 5 dollars extra. Fine. I had four cubicles trimmed, and nothing else! I had dry skin under my nails, no oils or massage on my hands. I used a manicure brush twice under my nails before I left. Still had "sawdust" residue under my nails.$40!!!!!!Too many nail places.....

I don't typically write reviews but I will today! I came across this salon and I haven't left since. Yes I've had some "okay" nail jobs where they may not have been perfect when I first came here but it has never been horrible! I get SNS from Billy every 3 weeks. My nails grow like weeds and I have to get them cut down. The SNS could definitely last one more week! I've went to other salons before and my nails were either sloppy or never lasted. The prices are amazing and the quality is outstanding. Billy is awesome. I have eczema that tends to break out on my hands and he is very gentle, even when it is flared up. Couldn't ask for better. I love this salon!

I just returned to Sexy Nails & Spa in Concord yesterday to refill my nail. I never think that I would be able find such a good place. Despite full of clients, they still had time to get me. I had them to make an art on my nail. I didn't feel anything while they did my nails. The price tag was slightly more expensive than most salons in the area. That's a great experience ever ! Don't think twice ! Treat yourself !

They was professional, welcoming and clean. I received good ones from my nail staff. Their prices were measurable & they were treated me very tactful. It's really bounteous when they shared anything their job.
I never fail to disappointed about Sexy Nails & Spa. Strongly recommend you go to get pampered.

Got my nails done and not even 3 days later they started to break and chip. I have never had this problem anywhere I went. When I went back to get my money he told me that I could not get my money back and that they could only fix it. Why would I want them to fix it if they messed it completely up in the first place and charged me more than what I usually pay. This was my second and last time coming here I would not suggest this place to anyone. You are better off doing your own nails. Do not waste your money.

I usually get my nail / eyebrows done in NYC but it was a mistake to try in here They thinned down my eyebrows to curve instead of an arch (dude there is a huge difference ) + who uses razor after waxing the eyebrows & on top of it she didn't even showed if the razor was fresh or used by some one ... no hygiene or worries about spreading infection/ disease to customers ... & I didn't even sat down for my nails & the guy is like " of u don't like the service here u should leave " sure I left that place without my nails done & getting my eyebrows screwed big time

Always a great experience here. I've been here many times and I am satisfied each time. I love the fact that they remember me each time I come in. Pedicures are my favorite here. They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then). I always like for Mimi to do my nails. She is friendly, and experienced. She makes sure she does a great job everyone. She even will work miracles on nails that are done terribly by other nail salons!! I also work in the customer service field, and can appreciate when someone gets it right. They will give you the same respect you give them!

Pedicures are my favorite here. They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then).
I always like for Mimi to do my nails. She is friendly, and experienced. She makes sure she does a great job everyone. She even will work miracles on nails that are done terribly by other nail salons!!
I also work in the customer service field, and can appreciate when someone gets it right. They will give you the same respect you give them!

The first pedicure I got here was great. It was late, but they didn't mind and told me to come in. The pedicure itself was nice but maybe that was because I was paying more for upgrades. The second time I went was Saturday afternoon and I waited 45 minutes before they put water in the basin. Then I soaked my feet for another 15 minutes before they got started. The pedicure was average this time, kind of rushed. I just got a basic this time. I think I've decided I don't like their chairs, they are uncomfortable to me. She was meticulous at times but when I got home I saw I had polish all over my cuticles on a few toes. She recognized me from the last time but wouldn't put a mark for last time on the loyalty card I got this visit because I didn't know about them my first time. That kind of peeved me. I'd go back to try out a manicure, but I think i'm done with pedicures there. The next day my lower legs broke out in a rash from the scrubbing stuff and lotion they use.

We were here due over 3 hours and still not done... I wanted gel mani Pedi and 3 pedi were almost over and they hadn't even started on mine. I suggested then skipping my Mani so we could finally get out from there.... the lady suggested doing a Polish change instead. Time comes to pay... they charge me a removal fee because I didn't do Mani but did a polish change instead. When I argued they gave me a $2 discount. The lady then apologized for the delay and gave me another $5 gift card. I doubt I'd want to go back here.

Firstly, there was a huge sign out front claiming 10% everything for a Grand Opening sale but this was the most I've ever paid for a pedicure. Second, what kind of nail tech calls their customer's choice of nail color crazy with a disdainful look on their face? Not good customer service in my opinion. The massage pedicure chairs are nice and the cleanliness was apparent and my toes look good but I won't be going back.

I didn't have any issues with their prices, I just don't know what's moderate or pricey for getting manicures and pedicures at the same time??? I paid $50 for both AND a callus grater. Is that a lot? I walked in at around lunchtime with no appointment and was greeted immediately and asked to sit down in a nice, comfy chair with a built-in massager. My manicurist was from Viet Nam so I couldn't understand her half the time; she was nice though. There were two men and two women employees there and they're all chatty and make clients feel welcome. If $40 (the other $10 was for the grater) is good for both a manicure and a pedicure, I recommend this place. They're also right by the NCDMV license plates branch if you're going to be stopping buy there anytime soon.Worth giving it a shot.

This nail spa is just okay. They offer so many services which is nice but my service felt rushed. I came on a Sunday and their was only the owner and two other men working. She immediately started on my pedicure and tried to upsale me. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes and was not enjoyable. My gel manicure took about 30 minutes and she hopped between me and another person. I won't be back but if you are looking for an okay salon, this is it.

I have just moved to Concord and was recommended Sexy Nails & Spa by my neibour .I'm so fantastic that they opened up at Concord!
They was professional, welcoming and clean. I received good ones from my nail staff. Their prices were measurable & they were treated me very tactful. It's really bounteous when they shared anything their job.
I never fail to disappointed about Sexy Nails & Spa. Strongly recommend you go to get pampered.

Got my nails done and not even 3 days later they started to break and chip. I have never had this problem anywhere I went. When I went back to get my money he told me that I could not get my money back and that they could only fix it. Why would I want them to fix it if they messed it completely up in the first place and charged me more than what I usually pay. This was my second and last time coming here I would not suggest this place to anyone. You are better off doing your own nails. Do not waste your money.

In 2.5 years today is the 1st time I thought I will get my nails & eyebrows in CLT but what a horrible experience.... I usually get my nail / eyebrows done in NYC but it was a mistake to try in here T...

I usually get my nail / eyebrows done in NYC but it was a mistake to try in here They thinned down my eyebrows to curve instead of an arch (dude there is a huge difference ) + who uses razor after waxing the eyebrows & on top of it she didn't even showed if the razor was fresh or used by some one ... no hygiene or worries about spreading infection/ disease to customers ... & I didn't even sat down for my nails & the guy is like " of u don't like the service here u should leave " sure I left that place without my nails done & getting my eyebrows screwed big time

Always a great experience here. I've been here many times and I am satisfied each time. I love the fact that they remember me each time I come in. Pedicures are my favorite here. They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then). I always like for Mimi to do my nails. She is friendly, and experienced. She makes sure she does a great job everyone. She even will work miracles on nails that are done terribly by other nail salons!! I also work in the customer service field, and can appreciate when someone gets it right. They will give you the same respect you give them!

Pedicures are my favorite here. They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then).
I always like for Mimi to do my nails. She is friendly, and experienced. She makes sure she does a great job everyone. She even will work miracles on nails that are done terribly by other nail salons!!
I also work in the customer service field, and can appreciate when someone gets it right. They will give you the same respect you give them!

The first pedicure I got here was great. It was late, but they didn't mind and told me to come in. The pedicure itself was nice but maybe that was because I was paying more for upgrades. The second time I went was Saturday afternoon and I waited 45 minutes before they put water in the basin. Then I soaked my feet for another 15 minutes before they got started. The pedicure was average this time, kind of rushed. I just got a basic this time. I think I've decided I don't like their chairs, they are uncomfortable to me. She was meticulous at times but when I got home I saw I had polish all over my cuticles on a few toes. She recognized me from the last time but wouldn't put a mark for last time on the loyalty card I got this visit because I didn't know about them my first time. That kind of peeved me. I'd go back to try out a manicure, but I think i'm done with pedicures there. The next day my lower legs broke out in a rash from the scrubbing stuff and lotion they use.

I have been to several nail salons and this is by far the slowest ever. No one cares no one is bothered. My friend and I planned to take our mom's for a mother daughter mani Pedi session. We were here due over 3 hours and still not done... I wanted gel mani Pedi and 3 pedi were almost over and they hadn't even started on mine. I suggested then skipping my Mani so we could finally get out from there.... the lady suggested doing a Polish change instead. Time comes to pay... they charge me a removal fee because I didn't do Mani but did a polish change instead. When I argued they gave me a $2 discount. The lady then apologized for the delay and gave me another $5 gift card. I doubt I'd want to go back here.

Firstly, there was a huge sign out front claiming 10% everything for a Grand Opening sale but this was the most I've ever paid for a pedicure. Second, what kind of nail tech calls their customer's choice of nail color crazy with a disdainful look on their face? Not good customer service in my opinion. The massage pedicure chairs are nice and the cleanliness was apparent and my toes look good but I won't be going back.

The staff is great. The even give customer loyalty cards. I've only been coming here about two months, already they know my comfort color palette and don't try and push me overboard. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Tho, I wish "sexy" wasn't in their name! Xoxo

I walked in at around lunchtime with no appointment and was greeted immediately and asked to sit down in a nice, comfy chair with a built-in massager. My manicurist was from Viet Nam so I couldn't understand her half the time; she was nice though. There were two men and two women employees there and they're all chatty and make clients feel welcome. If $40 (the other $10 was for the grater) is good for both a manicure and a pedicure, I recommend this place. They're also right by the NCDMV license plates branch if you're going to be stopping buy there anytime soon.Worth giving it a shot.

This nail spa is just okay. They offer so many services which is nice but my service felt rushed. I came on a Sunday and their was only the owner and two other men working. She immediately started on my pedicure and tried to upsale me. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes and was not enjoyable. My gel manicure took about 30 minutes and she hopped between me and another person. I won't be back but if you are looking for an okay salon, this is it.
