I think two times is enough to know if you like a place of business or not. I went to this location for a second time on yesterday. Both times, I received a pedicure, and both time I was cut on the side of my toe. I received a full set on yesterday for the first time, and the sides of both of my pinky fingers are cut. I also spent about an hour scratching away leftover glue around my nails. The job was rushed and I will not be returning to this location. As one that was in need of a pedicure and my regular location did not have a appointment for me for today I decided to try this location of Regal.Let me assure you that I was not disappointed with the service place is very attractively adorned, clean and I found the service to be exceptional. My manicurist was attentive pharaoh and provided my feet with the attention in detail expected and desired. I doubt very seriously if one could find a more competent, quality pedicure for the price. I've been going to Regal Nails in Concord since they opened. The staff is friendly and helpful, they always try to take care of your needs as quickly as possible. I've had quality acrylic nails from them, as well as wonderful pedicures and eyebrow waxes. I highly recommend you see Rachel and Ben for your next mani-pedi! Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails were very narrow. They didn't put acrylic on my whole nail. I almost got a infection due to my nail being cracked and I went to another ace to get it done and I was There for about an hour the woman couldn't even describe what had happened to my nails. She couldn't get the acrylic off and it took 20 minutes for her to shape my nail. The nails hurt i felt pressure the whole time I had these regals nails. I wouldn't recommended this nail salon to anyone! This was the first I have ever gotten acrylic nails and they did a horrendous job! No one deserves that . I've been coming here for years and always have a really good experience.  No matter who does my nails, they always do what I need quickly and professionally.  Their prices are lower by $10 on gel polishes than some other spas.  I've NEVER had a nail tech continue to push an unwanted service--maybe suggest, but when you say no, it's done.  I highly recommend Regal Nails! This trip was a total waste of money. My daughter, friend and I went in and got manicure/pedicures. The lady talked us into getting the gel nail polish because she swore it would last up to a month.....my daughter has already lost the Polish off of 3 of her nails......and its only been 2hrs......waste of time and money.....a lot of money $140 to be exact! Way more than I had anticipated.... Wouldn't have even gave it a 1 star.....I will be calling to talk to them 1st thing tomorrow morning!!!! Read Less
