PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE. I have been a customer here for over 2 years and everything I read on here is true. I never came here to read the reviews because I honestly never had a bad experience here. But when you do trust me you wont forget it. There is no loyalty at this place. I have reported them to BBB and you should to if you have received the same crappy service as I did. Half the salon staff is new and the manager is more concerned about him being right. He doesn't even listen to customer complaints , let alone do nails. Nail Tech caused severe pain to nail by removing improperly and rushing through services.Advised Manager of issue but it was ignored and he retaliated. I mean the manager got loud with me in front of the whole salon bc I told him about my concerns. Its a nail salon on every corner. Buyer beware if you value your time, customer service, and or money choose wisely.

Nail tek employees were sweet and welcoming at first but the newer employees are rude, they rush and not to mention its only one person that could do brows there and she's no longer there. They jacked up my brows, my pedicure was half-assed and that old man was mean to my daughter and I had to check him so the last trip was MY last time! I go across the street to Concord Nail Spa. Beautiful people and beautiful shop :)

I'm honestly so disappointed. I went to get my acrylics filled and had some guy doing them. He was very very rude and in a rush. They look horrible. They are thick to the point where if you look at them from the tip of my fingers, he didn't even paint the whole thing. What a waste of money. not going back again. I don't have high standards but this was completely bad service. If you're going to work at a salon, take your time and connect with the customer. Noa Nail Spa is the place to be!

This used to be a great Salon. I have been going here for about 4 years. They are so wishy washy. They tell you they don't take appointments during the week, but when I went in to see Cindy, she told me she was waiting for her appointment to come in. Make up your mind and stick to it, don't change it up for certain people.

I went to this nail salon today with my family and had a rather pleasant experience in terms of actual service but became aware of some extremely awful customer service that transpired after I left and half of my party was still within the salon. My mother made it a point to tip before we left. One member of my party was still at the salon after we left and was TOLD that NONE of them received tips. 1) they were definitely tipped 2) REGARDLESS you don't EVER ASK for a tip, or bring it up to customers about not being tipped. How insanely rude. Even more disrespectful because they WERE tipped. Therefore, they received 20 MORE dollars in tip because the other member of my party felt bad and was made to feel as if they received nothing. The staff was patient with my party as we took a good bit of time to service and I appreciate that but wow, will never be back or send anyone to this salon due to that allegation and trickery.

Great prices and people! Been here many times and the owners are so kind and friendly! Only once had sub-par service, and after pointing it out the tech fixed it. Definitely recommend them. :-)

They're NO FAVORITES here. Everyone is phenomenal. Each time I'm there the Customer Service is awesome and my nails look close to perfect. My nails were done using the SNS dip method and I love them!! They're supposed to last for up to 4 weeks. My nail tech was very knowledgeable of the product and won me over. I love this place.

Worst Place!!! the man thought I was running out on SORRY $25 pedicure ! WAIT TIMES kept changing more than once , Then the nail technician act like he didn't know how to do long nails but asked more than once if I wanted to have them cut down when I told him NO the first time. They eventually called the police when I told them my husband was bringing me my bank card and he told me I had to wait inside after I told him I was outside to smoke. Then apologized when I came back in to pay after my husband gave me my card . Lame yes I cursed they a!* out because I was going to pay for my services even if they were not worth a $1.

I've been getting my nails done here for a year and a half. The atmosphere has always been professional and relaxing. Everyone has a knack for carrying on conversations with the clients without being intrusive. Their prices are great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Kudos to Helen, Henry and all the staff at Nail Tek!

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE. I have been a customer here for over 2 years and everything I read on here is true. I never came here to read the reviews because I honestly never had a bad experience here. But when you do trust me you wont forget it. There is no loyalty at this place. Nail tek employees were sweet and welcoming at first but the newer employees are rude, they rush and not to mention its only one person that could do brows there and she's no longer there. I'm honestly so disappointed. I went to get my acrylics filled and had some guy doing them. He was very very rude and in a rush. They look horrible. They are thick to the point where if you look at them from the tip of my fingers, he didn't even paint the whole thing. What a waste of money. not going back again. I don't have high standards but this was completely bad service. If you're going to work at a salon, take your time and connect with the customer. Noa Nail Spa is the place to be!

I went to this nail salon today with my family and had a rather pleasant experience in terms of actual service but became aware of some extremely awful customer service that transpired after I left and half of my party was still within the salon. I've been getting my nails done here for a year and a half. The atmosphere has always been professional and relaxing. Everyone has a knack for carrying on conversations with the clients without being intrusive. Their prices are great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.
