My friend and I waited an hour past our scheduled time, when I was finally seated I explained to the woman what I wanted and showed her a picture, a slightly coffin - squared shape with two glitter polished nails. The women looked confused and had to pull someone to explain what I wanted, I should’ve known it’d be bad after that but I went with the service anyway, I asked about their colored powders and the woman barely answered my question and offered to grab her shellac col...ors instead, got up and mumbled something under her breath as she walked away almost as if annoyed. Once she did my nails she rushed through the entire thing and I ended up with square- round misshapen nails, she painted my nails and asked me again how I wanted them painted. I explained and showed her the picture her response was that she didn’t know how they’d end up looking because I was the one who picked the color. At the end of the service I had nail glue and dry acrylic under my skin and nail, the woman could clearly tell I wasn’t happy but wrote me up for $40 anyway, grabbed her purse and got ready to go home. Highly recommend nail palace to anyone in the area. I can easily say this is the best salon in town. Every staff member at nail palace does great work and genuinely cares about their customers. Called first thing in the morning and set a 6pm appointment. Arrive at 5:45pm and front desk says my appointment was at 6:30pm (would have never set that). I explained how I set it for 6 because i get out of work at 5:30 and the salon is on my way home. He said they’d see what they can do (he was very nice). I stood in the lobby until 6:30, was told a gentleman will be done and ready in 10 minutes. I thought, “I’ve waited a half hour, what’s 10 more minutes”....6:40 a girl wa...lks in for an appointment with the guy i was told would be ready for my.... i was told it would be another 10-15mins because “this girl has an appointment”....i said “i had an appointment for 6.” To which he replied “but hers is specifically for him...”. At that point i had to go. I had now waited the equivalent of the time my full set would have taken. I have 2 small children and finding time and money to do something for myself is very difficult. I told the nice guy at the front desk this and he asked if i would like to reschedule to which i was honest and said “no, i will go somewhere else”. I will never go there again. I have been a customer of Michael and Kim's since they opened this spa in 2016. I have always been shown care and concern on EVERY interaction. Even on very busy days, the employees always greet me and have a friendly disposition. Kim does and amazing job with facials and is awesome shaping eyebrows. I will NOT let anyone else wax or shape my eyebrows. Maria and Mike are extremely friendly and they also do great work. Michael is my go to person for picking my colors and my gel fill ins. Today I went to Nail Palace Salon and I must say that I had the most amazing experience of my life. The got deluxe pedicure, manicure, facial spa and waxing service. When I went in, the staff showed me the OPI fall collection shades so that I can make a good decision. Maria did my deluxe pedicure and she took her time and was extremely professional. She asked me several times if I needed anything to drink. Maria massaged my feet and legs with deep pressure and it was wonderful. Hannah is wonderful with gel manicure. She pays very detailed attention and made my nails look fabulous. Kim- the owner of the salon gave me the most relaxing facial spa with a massage and it was so peaceful that I fell asleep on the table. The facial/waxing room was very hygienic and clean. The sheets and towels smelled so nice and fresh. I love the customer service that Nail Palace provides and the people that work here make all the difference. Went there on Saturday to get pedis with my bestie. The worse pedi I have ever gotten! They lady was rude and was just saying how she was ready to go home. She was suppose to put glitter on my nails and u can't even see it. They didn't use the razor like I asked bc she said it was against the rules in Michigan (wtf?) . Informed the manager how diss appointment I was and didn't do nothing about it. I could of done the work she did for free! Really really disappointed and won't be going against that's for sure!! Yesterday was my first time and it certainly won't be my last. My co-workers recommended the facility so I went in to just get my eyebrows waxed and ended up getting a pedicure too. My first experience here was o-k, second was better. I got a pedicure only both times. I like the massage chairs, the single use files and the fact they use bowl covers. They are friendly and offer a beverage, excellent customer service. There isn't a big enough difference in the deluxe pedicure -for me- to upgrade again, their regular pedicure service will do just fine. I will definitely go here again. Read Less

I've had my nails done tons of different places and this place is my favorite for nails. I get gel nails, and it's the only place I've gone where the tech doesn't make my nails burn and he doesn't try to flick off old nails by just peeling it off - which hurts. They also don't grind my nails down to super thin, which is nice. I get great designs and I really fewl the price is fair. Nick is the go to guy! I was finished and paid. I was waiting on the other I was with to finish paying out. As we were about to leave, they stopped me and stated I owed more money than my receipt said. I'm so excited about this nail salon opening. I have known Kim for years. She has been at Concord Mills doing fabulous nails facials and waxing. I love her so much she did my nails, pedicure, waxing and facial for my wedding. They are closed on Sunday's but there open until 7 during the week. Read Less
