Very disappointing. Living Social voucher for a cucumber pedicure that was supposed to be a "full spa pedicure," with a $70 value, I paid $30. Nothing cucumber about it (certainly no "floating cucumber slices" as advertised). Charged extra for "full callous" removal (was told my pedicure only included a light callous removal), which was incomplete - my heals were not smooth. My daughter received a basic pedicure, also $30. Both of us were concerned about the cleaniness of the... tools - her's looked like they had not been cleaned and had other skin on them. When I checked out, I was told the "cucumber pedicure" I received was a basic pedicure with "cucumber" in what they added to the water, and typically cost $35-37 (not the $70 value on the voucher). Extremely disappointed. I purchased a Groupon for a mani. For $20. And then spent another $17.50 for gel polish on a Friday, by Monday it was completely pealing off of my nails. When I arrived he sat me down at a table, then he walked out front to smoke and left me sitting there. Then when he came back in he smelled of smoke the entire time and I’m 99.9% sure that he did not wash his hands. I should have left at that point. He continued to talk about how he was getting... sick of his job after 10 years and he thinks he’ll become a stripper. (I can’t make this stuff up) This manicure was called a pineapple mani. When I arrived the guy explained to me what the groupon included. I did not even receive anything above and beyond just a cuticle trim for my groupon. It was suppose to include something pineapple, and also an exfoliants of some sort to make My hands soft. Did not receive it. So this visit was a total waste of my time, polish peeling off after 3 days, bad experience all around, the shop is run down, needs to be painted! And I spent the same amount of money that I usually spend when I get my nails done but that always last 3 weeks at my usual place. So not sure how the Groupon saved me money. I had the worst experience with them! I got the SNS nails done on my hands and a regular pedicure. Cost me $76.00 for both after paying cash. Two of the nails chipped and came half undone, broke my nail in half and the rest of the nails looked grown out with faded coloring in 5 days. Went back to them but they refused to to do anything but fix the chipped nails. The tech and the manager both told me that my nail must have chipped due to my over use of hands at home! I asked them to take all of it off. I asked them to fix it and they then agreed to do regular nail polish that chipped off the next day! Worst salon experience ever! I purchased the 40$ Groupon that was a 70$ value “The Cucumber Delight Pedicure” the description on Groupon is “a full spa pedicure, with a foot soak infused with cucumber (so much so that cucumber slices are actually floating in it!). The nail technician also uses cucumber lotion during the massage portion of the pedicure.” There were no cucumbers ever even mentioned, my water for the feet soaking was luke warm, dried my toes the whole time after the painting then an hour after I left I noticed the paint was chipped I showed a friend after telling her about my experience and even more was chipped off and my polish had like a greasy texture to it. I got my nails done there today by this older lady she had to be in her 50s however all I wanted was a simple feeling she put so much acrylic on my nails I complain and told her that I didn't like it. I asked her if she was going to file the size of my nails down into the coffin shape that I had them in when I came in the shop and she proceeded to act like she didn't understand me. Got the Groupon for the "cucumber infused pedicure" supposedly a $70 value. No where close to being true. It's your average pedicure that costs $35-50 at your average nail salon. It was supposed to come with a cucumber foot soak.. I had to make an appointment ahead of time to let them know that was the service I was receiving. Upon my arrival they were out of cucumbers... so put the two ends (stem and all) of a yellow apple to float in my water... the nail tech then proceeded... to refuse to trim the side of my nail that I always get trimmed during a pedicure to avoid grown in nails, and said he couldn't. I've never heard they couldn't do this because it would hurt me. So he then refused to ask a coworker to help do this, after my request. He finally allowed me to cut my own nail, while sitting in a predicate chair.. and shocker, no blood, no injury. Cuticles we're not properly soaked, making the cuticle trimming painful, which is something I've rarely ever experienced. All around quality of the service was mediocre at best. I was a customer here for over 10 yrs. I used to come here all the time to see Van, but shes moved up and the new nail techs they have there now are trash. I arrived at 7 pm and the manager (skinny guy) was turning customers away because the techs wanted to go home early. My tech rushed thru and destroyed my feet! Do not come here! I barely complain but when i got my eyebrows done here yesterday the lady completely did the opposite of what i wanted! She made my eyebrows completely uneven but there was nothing left to fix them! She angled the beginning of my eyebrows and took off half of it along with rounding off my arch that i told her i wanted to keep. When we were done my eyebrows looked exactly like hers but WORSE!!! To top it off i woke up this morning with A STYE INFECTION IN MY EYE because of it!!!!!! Read Less

I had made done last week, the acrylic started to come up where I can put a finger nail under it. Also while the lady was doing my nails she was being really rough and cut me on 2 fingers with a nail filer. I will not be going back. Horrible. Read Less

I love this place! There's never a long wait, if there's a wait at all, which is great. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and they have a good nail polish selection. Prices are more affordable than other places in concord. I've never had a bad experience here. Read Less
