Made appointment for mani-pedi. Was a few mins early. Started me 30mins late. I showed my nails so they would know how to do polish. Polished without putting on the glitter that I made sure to show her. Tried to explain which was SO SIMPLE (just diagonal on the tip). Couldn't understand!! Didn't get it. Then acted like I never booked pedi. Had a friend with me and she was told she had to sit by window- not next to me to talk- I mean REALLY!!??? We are ADULTS. LAST TIME THEY WILL GET ONE DIME OF MY MONEY!! Terrible experience....SO much for my relaxing day😡😡

She seem to get upset with me when I told her my nails were not straight. They also don't do the best designs. I've been to many nail salons and get basically the same thing and this place instead of doing a "fancy" flower did something that looks like a kid can do.

The most unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to. The owner has no idea what she is talking about neither does the blonde girl but she always acts like she does. They charge you whatever they want...
The most unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to. The owner has no idea what she is talking about neither does the blonde girl but she always acts like she does. They charge you whatever they want to charge you because the owner is greedy and just wants your money. They don't know enough English to communicate with you to figure out your needs. They just push and push and push all the expensive services. I had the blonde girl do me and she has a nasty attitude, didn't even do a good job, and talks way too much. All in all, they do not know how to run a nail salon. They should just close down and go learn more basic etiquette of business

I have watched this be the 3rd owner, my daughtere sns had one broke in one day and charged for gell polish, two pedicures a fill in and her nails paited $114. Whey had a cow when i was gonna take a pic of prices Yes they have decorated and remodeled but that just adds to what you pay to have something done. Complimentary wine and pepsi isnt neccesary... Went back one last time and the rude girl who works there dreaded to see me walk in and have to fill in my nales so a new set was 40$ and i tip so she got another 10$ and for 3 days my fingers were soar from her grining the skin off A lady wanted a polish change on her toes and when the smart elic rudely told her 10$ the lady was ticked No prices on the wall means you dont know what you are paying for See More

The most unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to. The owner has no idea what she is talking about neither does the blonde girl but she always acts like she does. They charge you whatever they want to charge you because the owner is greedy and just wants your money. They don't know enough English to communicate with you to figure out your needs.
