Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They have hours that are later than other nail salons, making this very convenient. Their prices are very reasonable...
Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They have hours that are later than other nail salons, making this very convenient. Their prices are very reasonable. They also provide you with a card to receive $5 off after a certain number of of services. Very impressed with this nail salon and have all good things to say about it. Didn't feel rushed, such quality people and service.

I just moved in Winston Salem 4 months ago and been to a couple of nail salons in Winston. Lotus Nails charge a lot and Nails Cafe has poor quality of work.I went to Yelp and saw they have 5 star reviews so I took the chances and called and booked an appointment. The place is very clean, relaxing and Monk and Kim are very nice and professionals. I've got 3 different SNS before but always end up being bumpy. Monk took his time while doing my nails. He filed it to the shape I want and my nails are even and not bumpy. Kim took her time as well with my pedicure, the massage was very relaxing. She was also kind enough to fix the boo boo that I made on on my toe. I definitely recommend and I will be coming back. I'd much rather drive extra miles to get a great quality and great pricing.

I've been to many nail salons in the Lewisville/W-S area but this was my first time here. The pedicurist was incredibly patient and detail-oriented... No rush jobs here! I will definitely be back.

The people were very nice and my acrylics looked nice but the very next day after I got them done they started coming off of my nails. They came off after about 2 weeks which is very short for acrylic...
The people were very nice and my acrylics looked nice but the very next day after I got them done they started coming off of my nails. They came off after about 2 weeks which is very short for acrylics. I probably wouldn't go back because of that. However, other types of services might be better.

Brilliant service, I've tried plenty of places around Corby and Marta is the best by far. Shares great ideas and advises you what's the best for your nails not for the business !

Marta is fantastic at what she does. I'm a complete novice and she advised me on what would be best. She did my nails for my wedding and they still look great almost 3 weeks later! Highly recommended

Lotus Nails charge a lot and Nails Cafe has poor quality of work.I went to Yelp and saw they have 5 star reviews so I took the chances and called and booked an appointment. The place is very clean, relaxing and Monk and Kim are very nice and professionals. I've got 3 different SNS before but always end up being bumpy. Monk took his time while doing my nails. He filed it to the shape I want and my nails are even and not bumpy. Kim took her time as well with my pedicure, the massage was very relaxing.
