I loved my nails. I go there all the time. Yesterday i had my nails done and had nail art done on them. They look amazing. They look after their customers and they care about the standard of the service they provide. The nails and polishes they give you are excellent and they treat you with care and respect. It was our first time here. We arrived at 6 and it is posted on the door that they close at 7(as posted on their door along with 'walk ins welcome'). All we wanted was a simple nail polish change for mani and pedi for my daughter and I for our Mother's Day date. There was one customer inside and 3 staff standing around. When no one greeted me and obviously was avoiding me, I approached the desk and I asked when they take their last appt. She said "We close now." They obviously don't want to make any money or build clientele bc I will be sure to pass along this bad review to everyone looking for nail salon recommendations. As I'm writing this review they turned the lights off, locked up, and left. Seems like they just wanted to skip out early on a Saturday night. Very, very poor way to do business.Read Less

I had my my wedding nails done here, there was a booking for 9 people and the staff were amazing! Great experience. Danny is very personable and excellent with pink/white SNS.   I liked the salon because it was small and quiet. They had a ton of OPI and polish samples. Although I wish they had more than 5 SNS colors I would go back just because of the attitude of the employees and the salon in general. Read Less

Excellent salon. I visited the most highly rated salon in Clemmons and was not impressed. I had a 40+ minute wait with an appointment and didn't feel the final product was that great.Lavish was great. Super friendly staff. Very comfortable and modern salon. Apple TV playing current shows. The final product (gel polish and pedicure) were excellent. Highly recommend this place. They are in the Food Lion shopping complex and tough to see from the road. Read Less

Staff were nice enough however I was asked if I wanted Gel or Acrylic, to which I replied Gel with white tips. The 'technician' then proceeded to file my natural nails with the electric file before cutting them all short and sticking on white tips, too low down to be as natural looking as I would like. She then proceeded to apply Acrylic, I asked if it was gel, she looked confused as though she didn't understand and replied 'Yes, Gel.' The finished nails weren't hideous howev...er I did go straight to superdrug and buy some files to sort them out myself. Why let them finish? I hear you ask, well their English wasn't fantastic and to be honest, I wasn't in the mood for a full on argument and for my own NSI qualifications as a nail technician to be called into question. The best mani and pedi ever!!! This place has the nicest and friendliest people. The women who did my mani pedi has the hands of an angel. This manicure and pedicure put all the other ones I ever had to shame. Linda is the best!
