I have given this place a chance a couple of times just because it is convenient to where I live but this is the last time. There is always a wait but they tell you there’s not! Never will I go back .. the wife is rude I went in she ask me to pick a color I did that it was one lady in front of me. she ask me and the lady to move over to another chair. at that dam point I'm thinking I'm after her.. this witch going to tell me I have to wait because she had another appointment on the way after I sat there for 1hr... Love this place! I travel from a far distance away just to come here. They take care of you as the customer and they have never disappointed me when it comes to scrubbing my feet! I do have my favorites, but the majority of the staff here is very good! I highly recommend!! Read Less

Really sad right now.  I have been going to T-Nails since before the renovation.  I had been seeing Lan.  While the renovations are gorgeous, sadly the service by "the owner & his wife", do not meet the facade.  (They also change the prices @ will), one week a service is this price and next time a couple weeks later, the price goes up)  Nickel & dime stuff.I consistently would have an appointment with Lan for gel nails & a pedicure which I called in and made with the owner. A few times, she was a little behind but nothing I couldn't live with, she was worth the wait.  I called today & was informed that Lan had quit.  I work in nursing and need to keep my nails in acceptable fashion.  I went ahead and, with the owner made an appointment anyway.  He knows who I am & I asked him to pick the best person for me, as I only knew Lan.  He said, OK, come in for your appointment.  i arrived at the salon, on time.  The owner said it was to hard to pick a person for me, so I could pick, or just take whoever was up next.  I said, OK, I'll just take whoever is up next as to me that seemed what was fair.  In the meantime, 4 women had come in, who apparently had gift cards and were not regulars.  They sat down in their pedicure chairs while I was picking out my color.  I found my way to my chair, & waited 5 minutes with my socks off & my pants rolled up, before someone came and turned the water on for my bowl.  It was screaming hot, and I could not put my feet in it, the owner saw the steam coming up from the bowl & came over and cooled it down & turned on the jets.There were only about 4 techs working, save the owner & his wife, who have never done my nails. I figured whenever the next tech is done I'm up, because I had an appointment, now, it's 2:30.......a nail tech walked over to one of the 4 women and started to work on her, I leaned to the woman next to me and asked if they were all together and if they had appointments?  She said yes we are all together but no appointments.  I asked the owner what was going on and reminded him that I had a 2 pm appointment.  He said, with no sense of urgency, "just a couple of minutes'. I work in nursing and have very little free time.  I have also referred many people to this salon & Lan, which the owner was well aware of.  I decided to leave and express my dissatisfaction on my way out.  The owner, saw me putting on my shoes to leave and frankly didn't care.  I guess he feels that they have enough business that one regular doesn't matter.  That kind of thinking and arrogance will be his end.....may not happen today or tomorrow, but customer service is built, ONE customer at a time.  I have had friends that I have gone there with & they had told me, they would never go back because of the way they treat people, but, I kept going.........well no more.......Take my review for what it is worth........information, nothing else. I made an appointment for 10:00 today and its 11:01 and I am still waiting. This happens all the time and today was the last straw. I asked the owner why didnt you tell me she was behind schedule? I have been faithfully coming to this shop for years. You have me sitting here thinking I was next. This has happened last time. The wife, co-owner was rude and didnt care. She proceeded to tell me how long my appointments are and some how relating that to why the schedule can get behind. She will stop taking appointments on Sat for me. WHAT?!?!?! I told her I get the same thing every time. What does that have to do with how you guys schedule. Where is the "I am sorry ", in those statements. She then walked off. WoW, 5-years faithfully coming and this is what I get. I love my nail technician but I will no longer give my money to a merchant who has no concen for its customers and my time. Very painful. Was cut during pedicure, she applied some green goo that I guess was to stop bleeding. During manicure they got very busy. The female owner took over my manicure so she could demand the other girl to do a pedicure. While doing my manicure she is yelling loudly at her employees and not paying any attention to doing a correct manicure. As you can see for yourself, the pictures show what I received. Rude and rushed welcome. Grinded my nails down from the front instead of clipping them. Knicked my skin down into the nail bed this way. At first I thought it was just an accident, then he did it a second time on the next finger. After the third knick/ burn, I got up and left. Will not return and don't recommend. Read Less

It was all find and dandy, they do an excellent job on nails but there was a roach! As I was getting my nails done (shellac) and moving my hand in and out of the machine that drys the shellac all of a sudden an roach appeared on top of the machine sitting inches away from my hands. The machine itself was dusty and looked like it needed to clean anyway, luckily the young guy saw it and swatted onto the floor. I was very upset because I love this place but it should be no reason why a nail salon has roaches that close to the customers at that. I'm sorry but I won't be returning Read Less

I have acrylic tips on my nail, 9 fingers just have an overlay of acrylic. One I broke in the door. Anyway I went here 12 days ago, to get a fill. I made an appt  earlier because i cracked my nail at work. I showed up on time, it was a pretty busy day all the pedi chairs were taken up. They told me to pick a color and I wait maybe 5 ish minutes. There were 2 kids about 5 & 4 who were the girls of one of the workers. They made the experience less enjoyable! I get they're kids, im a mom.  But when I go to an appt without my children I want to be able to hear peace. They were running back and forth, asking The patrons to play on their cell phones. Just very loud, and were never asked to sit down. You could tell the other customers were annoyed as well.  The older man did my fill. While filing with the electric file he burnt me several times, where I jerked my hand back. When he was done he put the clear polish on, and it bubbled up. I showed him andb he said it was a special polish that dries fast and it will fix itself. For the most part it has. A few bubbles are still there. Fast fwd to today 3 days before im due for a fill, and I have 4 broken nails! Never have I ever had so many nails break. They are literally chipping at the corners. 2 nails broke 1 week after the fill, 1 cracked. I tried to be careful but that one broke 2 days later. And then yesterday 1 broke while typing on the computer!  My color looks horrible! And that special clear polish has peeled away from most of my nails. This has truly been the worst experience ever. I shoild have known to stay away after my last experience with them. 2 years my mom and I went in for  mani/pedis. The same older guy doing my fill a week and a half ago took payment. He got mad and said we should have paid together since they get charged to use the credit card machine. That wasnt my problem! He told us next time we were to come in we paid on 1 card, not 2. some of the reviews you see about this place being a good place to go for mani/pedi especially eyebrows is a lie, i just about believe the owners put the good reviews of their business up there theirselves. i personally had a bad experience not once but twice with the women, she definately does not know how to Arch Eyebrows, i gave them the benefit of the doubt because i believe everyone deserves a second chance but this is not a business i would recommend anyone to go to. My Mother and I have been going to Tnails for over 7 years and refuse to go anywhere else. We have had people ask us Where we go because they have horror stories of infections etc.Tnails is extremely clean and you see the sanitation system in front of you.They run the business with the customer in mind first. They want to keep your wait time down but at the same time they don't slack on the quality of their work. Very nice and for the quality and cleanliness the prices are excellent! I have recommended them to several people over the years and not one has had anything but good to say!I'm very picky and I highly recommend them in any of the services they offer. Read Less

The girl who did my pedi did a good job but I probably will not return. The older guy who works there was kind of rude though. I went there with my mother in law and sister in law and after our toes were done we were sitting under the dryers. The old man just came out of no where and asked us in front of everyone if we tipped our people. We gave each girl a $6.00 tip and my mother in law paid for all of the pedi's. After we answered his question he continued to talk to one of the girls who did our toes and then again asked us if we tipped. I use to be a waitress so I know how important tips are and would never not tip. Shortly after we were asked again about tipping another girl came over and checked our toes and told us to go. It was down pouring outside and no one was waiting for the dryers so I find it rude to be kicked out. Read Less

I don't normally get manicures, but my Honey got me a Gift Certificate for my birthday last month, and it was finally time to use it.  I had "one of those days" and needed some pampering!Having said that, I'm no expert on Nail Salons.  But this is just what the doctor ordered.  I got a WONDERFUL Pedicure with my feet soaking in hot bubbly silky water in between gentle foot treatments.  All the while I enjoyed an awesome Shiatsu Massage Chair.  That thing rocked.  The stereo played really relaxing oldies but goodies from years gone by, which I really respected.  I had a magazine in my lap but my eyes were rolled back in my head too often to open it much.  And of course my toes look amazing today!  :-)Then I reluctantly had to leave all that while Tam guided me to the Manicure station.  She did a great job and I'm typing today with beautiful French Manicured nails.I need to do this more often!!This is place is not fancy or pretentious; it is owned an operated by nice Asian folks who provide all the basics at reasonable prices.  I have gone to Salons that were so full of themselves that I felt like I had to get dressed up just to go, and then be questioned non-stop about my life story rather than relaxing.   But Tam and I kept our chit chatting to friendly necessities, and for that I am happy.  :-) Read Less
