I went in today for only getting polish on my toe nails. After the nails were finished drying I looked closely at the job. My left big toe had some running nail polish down a side of toe. And some of the nails were not fully covered with polish. This was my 3rd time to use this company. Next time I will be more cognizant of the job. Read Less

They did a great job for a great price. However, they need a no-child policy here. This one customer brought in her already tired and cranky baby into the salon. It screamed for a good 30 minutes before it was calmed down.  I was aggravated the entire time I was there. Babies DO NOT belong in nail salons. Get a sitter if you want your nails done. Horrible place. I left in the middle of getting my nails done. Went to another place who couldn't believe what the guy had done to my nails. My nails are really, all i needed was a fill-in. I have waited to put up a review. But after the 3rd bad experience, I figured it was time. The first few times it was good but then they lost a few staff members and it got bad. Then I had a lazy pedicure. I went to get my nails filled in another time and she didn't even buff my nails smoothly. They had lines and grooves all in them. Even with multiple layers of polish. 2 weeks ago, my nail salon got slammed and I needed one nail fixed. I was in a hurry and about to leave to ...go out of town and they are located close to my house. I called and someone answered (9:30am) and I told her I literally only needed one nail fixed. She then told me after a long sigh, "I don't think we have time today to fix it. Maybe later this afternoon possibly." It's one nail. I needed ONE nail fixed. It would've taken 5 mins. Bc it wasn't a higher dollar service, she chose not to do it. I drove by. They were not busy. My salon literally had one employee working, and they had 2 pedicures, a full acrylic set, me and 2 people waiting and he handled it and then didn't even charge me. The women that works in this shop are great and very friendly but the men are not as friendly and seems as if you're bothering them when customers is what keeps your business running. If I come back I will only let the women do my nails since the owner (a male) that did my nails got an attitude because I decided to change my nail color before he even painted them. Read Less

Despite scheduling our appointment and then arriving for that appointment 20 minutes early--we were rushed through like we were a walk-in. They would not even give my teernage daughter time enough to pickfrom lunch her nail color. The Asian man with the balding hair was horrific--he was rough handed on a teenage girl and wouldn't even make eye contact. My daughter was so rushed with color selection that there was confusion in the end of the process. When my daughter questioned--she was yelled at and called out in the establishment. And, then mocked in their native tongue! I did not need to speak the language to pick up on the mockery or disrespect! They nicked my moms nails made blood on like 3 nails act like they didn't hear what we was saying talked their language the whole time no air n left with a bad headache we was there almost 4 hours just to get a fill in and pedicure never going back..... Read Less

I just left in tears!!! Not because they did a bad job on my nails, but how I was treated!! I told Kenny as soon as I sat down that I did not want my nails square, I wanted them round. Plus, he was so rough , it made me jump up out of my seat a little and say "ouch" a couple of times. He made one of my fingers bleed...and never said "i'm sorry" or acknowledged that he had hurt me! He seemed to get angrier the more he worked on my nails....don't have a clue about that! He hadn't said 2 words since I sat down! When he finished...my nails were SQUARE...so I asked him to fix it and make them round. He really got angry then and started filing my nails so hard it was shaking the table! I told him if he didn't want to do it...I would go somewhere else!! He just kept filing furiously. He said I should have said something sooner....are you kidding...I told him when I SAT DOWN!! Great place. This is a small shop. The staff is nice and they are funny! I got a manicure and chose three nail colors. Friendly and quick service. Nothing much else to say here. Oh they have incredible prices! Mani was $14.00! Read Less
