This is the best place to get your nails done. It's very small so you need an appointment, but you don't have to deal with all the nonsense that goes on at other salons. Wanda and Tiffany are wonderful at their jobs, and it's always great to support women in business.

Tifany took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. I was having trouble finding the place and was about 12 minutes late and finally called to get help but once there... Tifany was very friendly...

This salon is AMAZING! The customer service is impeccable and my nails always look beautiful. They truly care about the health of your nails and it shows. The atmosphere is welcoming, the tools are clean and the prices are affordable. I'm always excited to step outside of my comfort zone and try something different. Today I got chrome polish for the first time and I LOVE it! The quality and service are what keeps me as a loyal customer!!!

Limited polish selection and hasty, messy work. Did not clip cuticles or apply a smooth base coat. Gel polish began lifting within a day.

Gel manicure: Woman giving the manicure was pulling cuticle cutters out of her little bag and putting them back...which makes me think they don't clean their equipment between clients. Very messy look...
Gel manicure: Woman giving the manicure was pulling cuticle cutters out of her little bag and putting them back...which makes me think they don't clean their equipment between clients. Very messy looking manicure and the gel/shellac which should last 2 weeks chipped a day after she put it on. Would not recommend.

These ladies are kind, professional and so talented! They work through reservations, but made arrangements for me to be seen the next day when I walked in this week. They listen to what you want and make that happen! I didn't have any issues with cut cuticles or polish or acrylic on my skin. I plan on being a regular! Also, Sierra does an AWESOME job with eyebrows.

I was visiting from New York and I didn't have time to get my manicure and pedicure. My friend who resides in Charlotte, NC made me an appointment at the nail salon she has recently been going to. I'm all about supporting black businesses especially since I'm a proud black woman. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the ambiance of the salon. As the nail tech Anita explained to me what services my friend booked for me which was a gel manicure and speciality pedicure. I was like oh no I need an overlay on my nails due to the gel Polish coming off my nails in a day or two. Anita stated I promise you this gel Polish will last at least 2 weeks. I told her I don't think so and I do reports on yelp. We laughed and we continued the services. It has been 5 days and I'm so impressed. My gel manicure is still looking fabulous. Anita you were right I believe it can last at least another week or so. I highly recommend you guys.. I will definitely not fret when I'm visiting Charlotte again. I will be booking in advance. Thanks Anita again. #supportblackownedbusinesses

I had the best experience at Zoe Nails! I scheduled double pedicures for myself and a friend from out of town because I wanted her to be impressed with all that Charlotte has to offer. Our technicians were awesome! They began and ended at the same time. They laughed and talked and joked with us and made the experience absolutely fabulous. Love them!

This salon is AMAZING! The customer service is impeccable and my nails always look beautiful. They truly care about the health of your nails and it shows. The atmosphere is welcoming, the tools are clean and the prices are affordable. I'm always excited to step outside of my comfort zone and try something different. Today I got chrome polish for the first time and I LOVE it! The quality and service are what keeps me as a loyal customer!!!

I was visiting from New York and I didn't have time to get my manicure and pedicure. My friend who resides in Charlotte, NC made me an appointment at the nail salon she has recently been going to.
