There's nothing fancy about this place — a little bit of color on the walls, some artwork and a few plants would go a long way — but the people are wonderful. I've never been somewhere that everyone seems so friendly with one another. Customers and employees all chatted in a very relaxed way. I also really appreciated that this was the first time I didn't get a comment/complaint about my toe nails being so short (long toe nails freak me out - it's just a thing)! I'll absolutely be back. This place is a lot of fun! Not your most luxurious but the staff there makes up for it! They know many of their customers on a first name basis and that tells you that they have a loyal client list. I agree with all the other positive reviews on here... the place is clean, and the staff is fluent in English plus extremely friendly, welcoming and fun! I get gel manicures to create the illusion that I have my life together. I may not have washed my hair and I may still be wearing yesterday's eyeliner, but my nails are going to look good. I discovered Spa & Nail a few months ago and now I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done. At this point, I believe every employee has worked on my nails. My mani is consistently strong and the polish is perfectly even. I have gone as long as four weeks between manicures because they do such a wonderful job each time. The place itself isn't very pretty or plush, but each visit I find myself laughing along with the ladies working and the other patrons and I always walk out in a better mood than when I entered.
