This place is really cute. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and overall service. It is my first time here, but they seem to have very good relationships with their customers and have a lot of repeat customers. I searched for days to find the best place to go get my nails done and with me not having gone to a nail salon in over 4 years I really wasnt sure where to go. The reviews really persuaded me to come to this salon and I'm very glad that I did. I had a very pleasant experience, the staff was very friendly and tentative Helen did my nails and she was awesome. She didn't rush, she took her time and the color on my nails is awesome. I'm very happy with them. The owner help me pick out the color because I was very unsure about what would look nice, he did a few samples on my fingers which helped me make up my mind. I'm very happy with the turnout of my hands. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the fact that the Polish bubbled up alot after having them in the dryer. I did a little bit of research and found out there's multiple reasons as to why it can happen so I know it's just one of those things that you can't really help but I figured it was probably wet coat on top of wet coat which is something that I completely understand. Overal, I'm very happy with my experience. I just love the fact that I wasn't rushed and that I was taking care of. The staff was very friendly to me and when people walked in, if they were regulars, the staff was greeting them by their name and having conversations and it just made it really feel like you were in a very welcome and warm place. Wonderful staff and relaxing ambiance to get a deluxe pedicure on a Sunday afternoon! Loved the lavender scented soak, scrub and lotion. The hot stone massage was amazing. Very nice atmosphere! The entire staff is pleasant! They don't rush with you and make you feel appreciated! The music is calming . My Gel polished nails are beautiful and lasts up to three weeks. Tina is my go to technician!! She does a fabulous job!!!! They all do ! Highly recommended. Read Less

Everyone here is so nice and they remember who I am every time I come in! Everyone has a friendly attitude and I get fast and quality service every time! First visit yesterday and was a hit. Liked the atmosphere, music, clientele and staff. Services were done well without overselling. Seemed higher-end than most places in the area; I've been 'shopping' for a new nail salon - really tired of those that cannot honor appointments or don't understand client's time (i.e., appointments take precedence over walk-ins, always. Walk-ins wait, not appointments). I've also had hit or miss service at a couple places - had the same girl for years but they just cannot manage appointments and I don't have hours and hours to spend every two weeks at the nail bar. Had SNS at another place recently and hated it - ripped off myself (big no-no) and really messed my nails up; was almost embarrassed to go to a new place like that but they were very accommodating at Sami and gave me a new mani-pedi that worked for my situation and made my hands presentable (and protected) while my nails heal. Fantastic nail salon. The employees are ready to please. Nail color options are the most I've seen anywhere else. There is also a discount once you've spent a certain amount. Another HUGE plus is they are open on Sundays! They can get busy so it's not a bad idea to make an appointment. Read Less

The reviews are right, this place was great! I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedi. The staff was very nice and did great work. Best nail service I have had in this area. My pedicure was sooo relaxing she almost put me to sleep. The nail color I picked was a lighter shade than I thought it would be but Vanny had no problem helping me find a better match. The staff acknowledged that I was a new customer and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. Helpful and courteous.  Nary did a great job and ensured I received what I wanted. Overall, the vibes were very nice, it wasn't busy at all but later on more clients walked in and it was a nice family-like atmosphere; nice chatter about family and the staff remembered what is dear to guests. I received a gel mani for $30 with three coats as Nary wanted to make sure the color matched with what I wanted, and she was meticulous. I can tell she takes pride in her job. Very satisfied. This place is great! Clean and not your typical nail place where they are worried about the payment immediately. I have to tell them I was ready to payI like the plastic liner. The lady that did my mani and pedi took time to give me that personal customer service. She did both the mani and pedi. I did not have to deal with two or three other ladies, one doing the mani, another person doing pedi. It is confusing when it comes to tipping. One on one customer service is a great concept! Amazing pedicure! Loved that they used new liners each time and the flavor/scent choices....ahhh! Also had my eyebrows waxed...best experience ever. She took her time and did a great job. Well we are headed into the months when open toe shoes are a must and that means feet need some pampering after being cooped up in boots. I was cheerfully greeted and asked to pick a color. I chose a deep purple sparkle and was told that it would not be good because it was "metallic". I do not get my nails done often and had no idea but thanked her for the warning. I later found out that they need to put to heavy dark coats and most do not like it especially on their toes. So I chose a similar color better suited for my toes.I liked that I was addressed by name. Jesse was great and engaged in conversation and simply made the whole experience wonderful. Even when she smudged my big toe while slipping on my flip flops, she did not get frustarted. Jesse took right to fixing it in a jiffy and giuded me over to the table dryer. While receiving my pampering, there must have been 10 plus ladies walk in during this time. I looked around at the workers and not one appeared to be irritated. Everyone remained geniune, worked together and smiles all around. This tells me a lot about management and how they treat their employees. You could tell that these men and women enjoyed their job and provided superb service. I highly recommend making an appointment but they also accept walk ins as well.  This is a truly top notch place, upfront pricing and exceptional service. I will be back!!! Read Less
