My 1st time here and I loved the experience. I moved to Charlotte 6 months ago and been to 5 nail places even the most prestigious and classiest so they claim but none compare to the service and friendly staff as this spa. These ladies turned away customers so to give the ones already in the shop extra care and time to relax without rushing to the next dollar. I only got a pedicure and manicure. It included a paraffin wrap and heated gloves. I also got a eyebrow wax, she notice my skin type and instead of hot burning wax that tends to break me out in bumps she used strips that was painless and less redness. This is my new spa, I’m loyal to good service and they are excellent.

What a complete disappointment. First off, I've been going to this place since i moved her, luann was always very sweet and accommodating. But i got a overlay done with gel polish & it shortly began to peel -- I called to speak about the issue & told them my nails were already peeling and i was very saddened by it. WELL, her husband told someone else and then proceeded to hang up on me. Mind you, i wasn't put on hold and heard him telling the other person i was a returning customer. I am so shocked by their behavior and i WILL NOT be spending anymore money at their business!

Amazing!! I have been looking for a place that does SNS nails and I was lucky enough to get the owner who did a wonderful job! I also got a pedicure that was out of this world..... I wish I hadn't bee...
Amazing!! I have been looking for a place that does SNS nails and I was lucky enough to get the owner who did a wonderful job! I also got a pedicure that was out of this world..... I wish I hadn't been busy answering emails because I easily could have taken a nap. The customer service was over and beyond. And they serve wine :) It was the perfect way to start my vacation!

My 1st time here and I loved the experience. I moved to Charlotte 6 months ago and been to 5 nail places even the most prestigious and classiest so they claim but none compare to the service and friendly staff as this spa.
