I moved here from Atlanta where I had a nail tech and nail salon that I loved and did my nails in a way that I requested. After trying several nails places in Charlotte this is by far the best. I told them how I liked my nails filed, and shaped...they did exactly that! I go for SNS and they have tons of colors! No appointment required but they are busy on the weekends in summer and spring. They work hard in getting you seated when you walk in and waste no time. They work fast and efficiently and are so sweet! The atmosphere is nice. NiNi is incredible with pink & white. She does it the most of any nail offerings. I am very impressed with how easy it is to make an appointment, the professional atmosphere & amount & quality of services offered. I had an ok experience here.  I expected more because the reviews were so high. The prices were good, but I also felt that the manicurist got irritated at me for declining the higher priced mani/pedi.  I felt a little uncomfortable after she suggested it to me and I turned it down.I came on a Friday morning and it was a little busy, but no wait.  The salon is clean.  They have some decent colored polishes to pick from.  They have complimentary drinks and offered me one right away.I had an eyebrow wax after my polish.  She did it very quickly and did not use tweezers afterwards or scissors to trim, which I didn't like...but didn't mention because I already felt a little weird.I think overall it was alright.  I like my favorite salon and will just stick to it from now on. Great service and amazing quality. I'm very picky when it comes to gel nails and Apple Nail & Spa met all my expectations. I love when salons work on your hands and feet at the same time. This nail salon is the best in charlotte! I live out of town but I always come and get mine done here. There is not a time they haven't exceeded my expectations. Mani and Pedicure experienceFacts:1. On arrival the woman try to overcharge me for a acrylic overlay for manicure. She stated that it was $35. I asked for a price list and the price was $25. 2. When requesting pedicure she try to give a higher option. I had to inform her I wanted to recieve the basic. She did not like this and as a result put little effort in my pedicure. The paint job is sub par. She even failed to remove polish that dripped on my feet. 3. I was not really happy about my color on manicure set. When I told the lady that I may want to change it, she got an attitude. I kept the color on my nails for the sake of peace.The lady that I spoke with about price should work on being honesty and respect customer wishes on service.  She not try to pressure them for the higher price services. The manicurist should have patience with customers who may need time to choose color.  Overall, I am disappointed in the first lady because she was intially dishonest and did not do a good job on my pedicure. I felt it was done out of spite.The second lady did a good job.I gave 2 star rating because of the workmanship and dishonesty of the first lady. Even though, I was not completely satisfied. I live in West Charlotte and haven't got my nails done in years because the nail salons close to me are not that good. I was referred to Apple Nails & Spa by a co-worker/friend. They are worth the drive! They were very nice. They were also fast but I was still able to relax. I got a full gell set, organic spa pedicure, and my eyebrows done in an hour! This place is awesome! I got a gel manicure and traditional pedicure for a total of $55 (gel was 30, pedi was 25). I thought the price was reasonable for the good work that they did. It's been a week now and I'm still very happy with the result. They offer you water, soft drinks, or wine while you relax. Insider tip: you get 5% off if you pay with cash so it's worth it to stop at the ATM before you go in. Been here nearly 15 times ... Really like the place over the surrounding places My only problem is when I get pedis I ask them to trim my nail as short as possible but they still give priority to the shape of the nail... And one time they cut it so short that it hurt for the next couple of days. Read Less

I was very impressed by my first experience here. I work very close-by and decided to give it a try after work. In exactly an hour I was able to get a pedicure, a gel manicure (with designs), and an eyebrow/lip wax. Obviously I was having multiple services done at once, but that didn't affect the quality. I am not one to write reviews but I have lived in Charlotte for 14 years. Not once have I found a place as good as this one. They did my acrylic nails exactly how I wanted. The lady was so friendly and nice. She took her time doing my nails and perfected them. There is only one other time I have had such spectacular service and that was in Seattle. This place is absolutely friendly, inviting, and professional. They use clean supplies and do not overcharge for the work they do. I think I'll come back for a Pedi only. I got the mani/pedi at the same time because I was pressed for time, but I hate feeling left out of a conversation happening around me for one. And two I don't think it was really understood that I wanted my nails cut as short as possible, and that I didn't care about the shape. They're still nice but yea I'm not a mani gal anyway. My toenails however are dope looking. I asked for the design right when she started polishing my feet and she obliged. I was a little hesitant because I didn't want my dude to think they weren't classy. It's on the edge but all in all he liked them. Figured I'd do something special for our date night on Friday. I go there every two or three weeks. Tina is my girl, but I have gotten to know all of them. Anna and her husband are good people. The place is so clean and they are so careful. They make your experience great every time. They always have the best and most on trend colors. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tina takes such good care of my nails.
