Pam and LeeAnn both do a great job. Prices are more affordable than most places and customer service has been the best i have received in a nail salon. Please dont let the bad reviews discourage you from giving them a chance. Judge for yourself. I am sure you will not be dissapointed. I love my mani and pedi. I have been going to Pam for about 6 months and have not been dissapointed. She does a great job with nail designs. Whenever I have a style that I want she always does good with recreating it. Her work is neat and the salon is comfortable. LeeAnn also does a great job (she has only done my pedicures). The wait can be long even with an appointment but I dont mind bc of the quality service. I visited this shop for the first time on Saturday May 20th. I read several reviews and was like her work look good so I will give it a try. Well Teresa did an amazing job on my feet!!! They are still amazing!! The owner Pam did my nails. She cut all my cuticles in which on several I was bleeding. On Sunday May 21st my nail chipped I was like np bc it's just one nail. Monday two more of my nails cracked. I called to see if I could get a discount on my next visit well I have called Pam two days in a row no response. I really enjoyed my experience but I don't like when I try to reach out and you have your employees to say that you are not there or say that you called and my phone was off! Really! I was offended by that comment. I spent $70 for my sister and I that's a lot of money not to last a week. I am really not understanding why she is not trying to reach out but I have a very different outlook on this salon all because she will not return my call. I feel like customer service is everything and I am not satisfied with the customer service after I have an issue that I feel is ignored. I don't like giving bad reviews but I am a customer who deserves respect to be called back. I hope that the next time someone have an issue that you called them back. Read Less

I've been going to VIP since I was a sophomore in high school...10 looooong years ago! I will NEVER go anywhere else for my manicure, pedicure or waxing needs. Great customer service! Every customer is greeted by name (unless it's your first time, and in that case, the next time you go in, they'll know you!) and treated like family. Might be more expensive than other shops but remember, you get what you pay for! Read Less
