I went for the first time to The Nail Studio yesterday on my lunch break to get a Full Set. The young lady who assisted me I believe her name was Marylin she was amazing, professional and detailed oriented. I didn't have time to finish the set so I came back after work as I told her I would and she was waiting for me. First impression as you walk in is average. I went there for a full set acrylic nails. The lady who did the acrylic process was very articulate, attentive  and she was nice. The person who painted my nails smelled like an ash tray and did an awful job. Also, I don't think he spoke English. I accidentally hit my hand on their tiny fan and he wouldn't even fix it all the way until I spoke up and said something. I had to come back the next day to get them fixed. A few of them have an attitude and don't know how to speak to customers. That being said they are very talented though. I got a basic, plain full set but other customers in there while I was were getting a bunch of trendy styles done like 3D flowers, ombré, etc. I will be on the search still for a nail salon. I find  good nail salons are hard to come by these days as the staff has no training on customer service, respectful practices, social norms, etc. Read Less

I got my nails done last week at the Nail Studio, and I am happy with the results! I moved to the area over the summer and hadn't tried a nail salon yet. I went with the Nail Studio based on location -- they are right on S. Elliott Rd, convenient to the Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ulta -- everything this girl needs. I showed up after a long day without an appointment and had to wait about 25 minutes. The Studio was busy even though it was 30 minutes before closing time. They had a nice selection of gel polish, and after waiting, Key did my gel mani ($30). He was so meticulous! My nails and cuticles are flawless still, after 5 days. I'll definitely be back. Went there for the 1st time yesterday and had a great experience! Walked in around 4pm and it was quiet. Staff is very professional and will spend the time to make sure that you are happy with your nails. It is definitely worth the price and my nail art (holographic, rhinestones) has never looked better. Will be back soon. Read Less

I was waiting for my wife to be finished and I decided to get a pedicure. it was one of the first times in my life I've ever had one and it was awesome! I got the best package because I've only done it a few times and Marilyn was fantastic! customer service was great and I was offered an nice beverage while I got a great massage on my calves.
