Been going here since I moved here in 2013. Totally disappointed in the last two visits. Nails cracked within a week of getting them done. I ask the technician to please soak my nails (although they are supposed to as part of the manicure). She then acted like she didn’t know what I was asking. When I finally got through to her she stopped speaking English and started talking to the man who owns it. They continued in another language and started laughing as this went on for a few minutes. My granddaughter and I went and had pedicures and enjoyed them very much! My granddaughter also had a set of nails put on and her eyebrows waxed. She was very happy with both of those services. I've been choosing this salon for the past 10 months, it's the first time I've consistently returned to any given nail salon and I don't even live in Cary--so hopefully that speaks to their talent. Horrible experience. Keep going back to think maybe they just had an off day. Won't make that mistake anymore. There seems to always be about ten workers hanging around-always talking loudly which to me is really annoying and unprofessional. Feel like I am disrupting their time. Nail polish looks old. Daughter came in to do a fill in-cost said $25 and up. Price came out to be $45. Feel like that don't explain what they are going to do/charge. The technician was clearly sick coughing/sneezing. Extremely rude to my daughter when she washed her hands he was very rude about how she dried them. Just overall bad customer service for an okay job. My last nail trim was way too short and my nails/fingers were sore. Taking my business elsewhere for sure-there are certainly many other options in the Cary/Apex area! I enjoyed my first visit to Blanca LaBelle. I had a Gel Fill which was a bit pricey. We shall see how well it last. I also had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I hope to be able to receive the level of customer service I received here today as long as my tenure may last in this area. Tre Nails showed me OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ON TODAY. I had a concern from a previous visit. The Manager and staff member that services me Jen was good about making me ( THE CUSTOMER) happy, thus; what customer service is all about. I've been to this Salon 3 times now and loved it every time I've gone. I've only had my toes done so far but look forward to getting a mani too there! OMG I am in a spa getting a manicure and this lady is talking on her cell phone using her speaker. Ugh! What a moron. Do you really think we are interested in hearing your conversation when we are here to relax. She totally doesn't get it. We complained and they told her to lower the volume but we could still hear her talking. there should be a sign posted saying no talking on your cell speaker phone. Very luxurious place to get your nails or toes done at! They serve wine, lattes and other drinks complementary. Unfortunately, they do not have massage chairs which is a must. Also the couple of times I visited my toe Polish started to come off within a week. This was noticeable because normally I can go over a month before touching them up. Read Less

I have been going here consistently since I moved here for school. I waited patiently for an hour as the receptionist helped those that came in AFTER me with no appointment. Love the gorgeous decor like your at a 5 star resort. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Comfortable with pillows and massage chair is Devine! Love having a hot or cold drink served as a courtesy with real teacups or wine glass. These are what keep me and my mom and daughters coming years and years for our mani and pedis. i just moved to NC and needed a gel fill-in. They use an electric file that ruined my natural nails. They use cheap gel product NOT LCN. Before I booked my appointment I asked if they used LCN product. I will never go back! It made select a rating I wouldn't give them a 1/2 star. Read Less

I heard about Tre Nail Spa from a customer last week, and couldn't wait to go because she sounded Texan, so clearly, it would be a wonderful experience. ;-) I really wanted to go because Tre's offers Gel Shellac, which is a manicure that lasts for 2 weeks. Every time I have my nails done, the polish chips a day later, so I haven't treated myself to a manicure in over a year. I felt very happy and relaxed afterwards. All the other customers were very friendly and talkative too! I appreciated that K.C really took her time and was detail-oriented when it came to my nails. 99% of other manicures I've had are over in about 10 minutes, and the ladies doing them are in such a rush to get you out, the manicure never looks very good. I was SO pleased with the time and care K.C took with my manicure. I am glad they offer the gel shellac service, since I will never waste money on a regular manicure again. :) When I was finished, I checked out with Frank, who was very sweet and talkative.
