I’ve used Foxy nails for 2 years... my nail girl was Ashley, she does a great job. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk is incompetent . I made an appointment for my daughter and three others in her Wedding party, a full month ahead. I also confirmed the appointment two days ahead. Girls arrived only to be told they had no appointments! Needless to say the wedding party turned into a disaster. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT ALL😔 Aside from this being a beautiful place I don't have much good to say. Well, we were greeted by the front desk lady, so that was nice. My friend and I wanted just a basic pedi. When we sat down we weren't greeted at all by our techs. Mine came over and said "You want deluxe ? It's better!" I thanked her and told her we would just do the spa. It felt like since we didn't choose Deluxe they just wanted to hurry up and get through. Then she and ...the tech working on my friend just started talking. My water was very hot so I asked her to please make it just a little cooler. Without looking up she turns it all the way cold. My friend had to ask her tech 3x to turn off the hot and she even took her feet out. I showed her a pic of a design I'd like on my toe at the beginning. I complimented my tech on how good I the foot rub felt and she didn't even acknowledge I was speaking. Towards the end when she asked again about the design I started to get my phone to show her the design and she gruffly says "I don't need to see it again" during this time a roach crawls from the front desk area and the guy working up there was laughing about it and just kicked it across the floor. (We saw later it landed near us) when the design was done my tech says "You pay now." I pull out my card and she says "How much tip" Honestly , I regret leaving $5 for each tech BC the attitudes were just awful. Went in to get my Sns nails redone. I asked the girl a few questions and she wrapped them in foil & said she'd be back in 10 mins. Well, she ended up doing someone else's nails and just left me sitting there with no explanation. Finally, a gentleman there helped me out! A friend and I went in yesterday 30 minutes to close to see if they HAD TIME for 2 pedicures. As soon as we walked inside we saw a man at the front desk; I said, "hello how are you?". He wouldn't even speak back until an awkward long pause to ask, "what do you want". I asked if they had time to do two pedicures. He said that he doubted anyone would want to do it but he would ask. I could see him ask the artists about it, he was negative the whole time. He told us rudely, no one had time. I work with the public and I understand how it is when someone comes in when it's near closing time. All of my nails were a different thickness, AND the French tips were not only uneven, they were VERY poorly shaped. And what sucks the most is that I was the bride there with my entire bridal party and got manicures and pedicures for some and my wedding the next day I was incredibly upset bc that was the only thing I got for myself. Nails. Did my own hair, did my own makeup....all I wanted was nails, and they new that and when I asked to fix them they got super nasty with me. To be honest this review is based on who you are. This salon cater to their regular older white clients. They do a crappy job on anyone else. So I advise if you not in that category then you most likely can find better service and cheaper price at another surrounding nail salon. Read Less

Been coming here for years to see Katie, one night she was not in I had my nails done by another nice lady, although she was nice she took 1.5 doing my fill in and the polish was so thick it was peeling off the next morning, I told the lady I did not like them and her excuse was "the polish". I was in a hurry to leave and went back the next morning and told Katie I wanted a polish change. Got my polish change, went to tip her n she said I owe $15. She knew my nails looked terrible then proceeds to tell me if it was the same color she wouldn't charge me but being that I switched colors she had to charge me. I said well why didn't you tell me that then before you started? Also, as a business they should have fixed any mistakes any of their workers do and the customer should always leave happy. I should have not had to pay for the polish change because if she would have painted them right the first time instead of 8 coats, it would have been fine, but they lost a customer and I will never recommend anyone to go there because they are all about their money and do nails however they want to do to them! Very disappointing manicure experience. The place itself is not clean, i was grossed out by how dirty the manicure station is and the chairs and the drying stations. The tools and files they use are also dirty and not sanitized properly!!!!!I was shocked when in the middle of my manicure, the nail technician girl asked me to go wash my hands from the lotion she applied!!!! I actually had to stand up and walk and wait for my turn by the sink to wash my hands!!!! Seriously who does that? Every other place i got a manicure at, they use a nice hot towel to wipe off the applied lotion.I will not go back there ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Read Less

Went in for a full set-when I left My nails were all different shapes and a few weren't the same length. Also the nails are too thick/bulky. Asked the nail tech, but still wasn't fixed properly. Go to T N Nails! I came in late on a Monday evening as they were closing and they fit me in. They were very friendly and took their time to do a thorough job. They didn't rush like some other nail salons, despite it being closing time. One week later and my toes and nails still look great! I think I found my new go-to nail salon. Read Less

By far the best nail salon I've ever been too. I've had acrylics for the past two years and this is the best set thus far. My two best friends and I went together and they kept up together the entire time. The manicurist that did my friend's nails was hilarious and had us laughing the whole time. Came here with my husband on Valentine's Day. I like that it's open on Sunday til 5 pm. They are open 7 days a week. I've been here before and they are very attentive with no wait time. Nice selection of polish colors. They spent an hour giving me a deluxe pedi for $30 which included a nice foot massage. It is convenient to stores I shop in like Trader Joe's. Parking is easy and close. Would recommend this salon if you want a thorough pedi. Read Less

I went for the first time with a friend to get a manicure and the man who did my nails walked up and was texting in front of me for a few minutes and didn't say a word. The whole time he was doing my nails he was constantly looking up NFL scores or watching the television. At one point he got nail polish on his fingers and wiped it on my hand. I stopped in here one late afternoon when I'd run out of time to make an appt any other place.  An establishment down the sidewalk recommended them when I mentioned I was going to the beach for the weekend and really needed a pedicure.  I had hopes given the high recommendation from someone I trusted.They were quite busy and it was late, but the owner fit me right in anyway, which I really appreciated.  I opted for their top of the service pedicure.  The facility is clean, the staff is all busy and appear to be doing a good job.  However they talk between each other the whole time, not in English, and if you are paranoid like me you assume they are talking about you.The prices are on the high side of normal and the service is standard.  However, the owner is a bit too crazy with the cuticle cutting.  My toes hurt me for a week afterwards.  I've never had a pedicure hurt me like that.  She continually said "you have dry feet".   I guess this is why she felt compelled to cut on them?  Whatever the reason, I certainly won't be back.  The reality is I have pretty good feet.  They are not a mess, no big calluses or ugly nails.  Most pedicurists thank me for handing them an easy job.   But even if I did I don't think sending someone off with a week of toe pain to look forward to is the way to go. I think the previous common is wrong because i know that they never charge your broken nails if u did your nails there. I think her nails is too long which she can't function and broke her nails. Their nails last over 3 weeks based on my own experience. I knew them more than 7 years ago in the other shop and Molly is always nicely and does whatever you request. I had made an appointment to get a basic french manicure.  The appointment was for a Friday afternoon.  When I got there, the place was so busy that they sat me at an empty station for about 15 minutes before anyone came over to start on my nails.  The guy giving my manicure, could not have cared any less about what he was doing.  He spoke maybe 10 words to me, total.  He painted the tips of my nails white, but did NOT go over the entire nail with a neutral sheer color.  Every other french manicure I've had has included a neutral sheer color over the entire nail!  When this guy finished, it looked like I had taken white out to the ends of my nails!  It wasn't even neat, the work was sloppy, and they had the nerve to charge me $17.I will NEVER be going back to this place again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere too! I go to this salon more than 2 years since Molly take over. I am really picky on my nails and my toe because i want it look perfect. They treat me really well and remember after the first time of my visit. Oh my god! Their Gel Nails is the best. It can last forever. Katie is the best. There is one time i went for more than a month and my nails is still on. It never broke or cheap at or. I always have problem with my Gel nails because the French always cheap off. I went to TN Nails yesterday for the first time over my lunch break from my nearby office. I went there because it was close by and came out with the best pedicure I have ever had! I told Molly I wanted my feet to look great for a special occasion this weekend. My nails look lovely and my feet are as soft as a baby's skin.
