I get my nails done here on a regular basis. They do a great job and their customer service is amazing. I broke a nail a week after my nails were done, I came in to get it fixed and they retouched all of my nails to make them look fresh and newly done without an extra charge. Very nice people however the quality of the Polish and/or their practices are disappointing. I got gel Polish on last Friday it started chipping on Tuesday so I went back and they fixed it for me. Simply beautiful is how i describe my nails after i leave. Amy and her ladies are friendly and warm. I have a hard time finding a good nail color and Amy has helped me try different ones that i might not have tried. She is honest when she does not like the color and we change to another. My daughter and I have been going here for over 10 years. No matter what service I get I always tip 20% even when the wait is long or I have to do a touch up at home afterwards. Last month, I got the best pedicure ever from a new employee. Last Wednesday, I went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. They were extremely busy which was no surprise with the upcoming holiday weekend. I was going to come back, but I was taken care of without much of a wait. Over the weekend, I realized a small area was not completely still had a fair amount of hair. I went in today to have the area waxed again. There was only one customer in there. 2 employees were sitting there reading magazine. I explained to an older woman what happened. She told me to lay down and she would take a look. She asked me who had taken care of me. Never once have a seen anyone wear name tags. Never once have I had someone give me his/her name without me asking. The older woman asked me if I had the service done there!!! I said of course. You would have thought I was stealing equipment or refusing to pay after a treatment. Someone then handed the older woman the phone to take a call. I got up and walked out. The older woman didn't get off the phone. No one stopped me. This is a great nails salon. The salon looks so new with modern furniture and everything is clean. I love to do shellac here because they have a lot of colors to choose. I tried some of their colors and always happy with my choice, their colors are pretty and stayed shiny for a long time. Gonna try another new color next time. Read Less

This is a good salon to get my nails done. They got beautiful colors that I tried many of them and never felt disappointed. When I came inside the salon, I felt like I came to a happy family. They treated their customers like their brothers and sisters, very friendly and polite. I didn't have to explain much, only a few words and they understood exactly what I wanted. In other nail salons, I was scared because sometimes when cutting my cuticles, they bleed me. Over here when they cut my cuticles, I didn't feel scared at all, in fact I felt very comfortable. I personally like a nail shop that has as many colors as possible. And I found this one exactly what I want. They have a lot of colors to choose, so I each time I come, I can try a new color. And until now, I never felt unsatisfied with any of their color. The technicians are friendly and funny. They talk to customers and smile all the time. This a good salon, albeit a little inconsistent. I have gone a few times for a shellac manicure. They have a very wide selection of colors for shellac. The staff all seem friendly, and the salon is comfortable. The furniture and nail stations are pretty modern, which is nice. It seems that every time I have gone, the precision, attention to detail, and amount of pampering has dwindled. It's still a good manicure, but not the best. The last time, the polish was very noticeably not applied all the way to the bottom of my nail bed. It looked like I had 4 or 5 days of nail growth right when she finished the manicure! Also, the first time I went, the shellac manicure was $27 and the next time it was $30, not exactly sure why. Read Less

Went here for a lip wax, which their brochure says is $7. I asked the woman to also wax my lower lip. Every other place I have ever been, they do both for a lip wax. She did it all in less than 1 minute - did not take time to make sure she got everything, and even missed the center of my upper lip. When I went to check out, I was told it would be $13, because she waxed my chin too. I said no, only the lower lip, nothing on my chin, but they wouldn't budge. Had the WORST pedicure at this facility.  The water was SCORCHING hot.  I had to quickly step out of the water and my skin was bright red.  The technician filed my toe nails so aggressive I was twinging.  While she was filing she was hitting skin on top of my toes b/c she was jerking the file so hard.  I asked her to stop at one point b/c it hurt so bad.  My toe nails are unevenly cut and the polish was not cleaned up around the cuticles or tips of toes.  She put sugar scrub on my calves and proceeded to "massage" the sugar scrub.  I had to ask for lotion after the scrub b/c she scrubbed my skin to complete dryness. The eyebrow wax technician left wax pieces in my hair, cotton in my brows and did not clean up the brow wax area with any tweezing.  I did not tip and will not go back.  I wish there was a way I could have not paid, the service was terrible.NEVER AGAIN! This is my go to place for nails. Havent had a pedi. I dont know the man's name who does my nails but he does them RIGHT. Not to be selective but he's the only one who does the acrylic and paint job correctly here. Hope to visit this weekend. ..the shop is luxurious but not pretentious and everyone is friendly. Not like the shops where when you walk in no one speaks or they just say "you sign up".  Repeat customer! Read Less

They are under new ownership, and the new owners are extremely congenial!! They speak english very clearly and great sense of humor...if i didn't like something they would fix it for me to my liking!! They offered me drinks while i was getting a pedicure and even told me there were coupons for me! I loved the experience here, especially the plus pedicure..very different from other salons! I got warts from this place on my hands and feet. The wife of the salon has them all over her hands and she gave them to me. I never had one in my life so I didnt know anything about them. When the wife did my nails she should have worn gloves b/c she knew better. Well now Im paying for it. I cant get rid of them. The salon is unsanitary. Not to mention they are rude. I made several appts and they would show up late and then react to me like I was bothering them. Im not done with this place yet. Read Less
